Hotel bellissimo con tutto il personale gentilissimo,colazione a buffet davvero buona e la piscina all’ultimo piano è spettacolare con il bancone del bar e gli sgabelli immersi nella piscina per degli aperitivi fantastici!Top ci ritornerò sicuramente

Nice bedrooms, nice pool but looks a bit dated now.

Sausages weren't cooked well, pink in the middle and casings were soft, perhaps they were steamed? It a huge place, but we missed on room cleaning, after the first day as they went round in the late afternoon 430pm. This was after a day trip when we were showered and had a knock on the door. Not a good time for room cleaning. Perhaps help this staff group more, they do a great job but I imagine it's hard to do all the rooms. We left them a tip too as they were great.

The hotel is one of the best in Patong. The staff are amazing and the facilities were great. Wifi was fast and stable. The breakfast had a great choice. The pool is a great place to spend the afternoon.

If you are like me and don't have a credit card, the deposit must be paid in cash. This in itself is not too much of a problem, unless, like me, Patong is the last stop before heading home. I basically have 4,000 baht that is useless to me until I travel next to Thailand. The other issue was water temperature consistency in the shower, it was all over the place.
