La encantadora unidad final Villa en East Beach Village, Kiawah Island, SC EE. UU., Con pintorescas vistas a la laguna, se encuentra a 4 minutos a pie de la playa y a un paseo del parque Night Heron. Our stay was amazing. The owners were so easy to work with. The location of the home was steps away from the beach. From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left, everything was perfect. I had proposed to my girlfriend on this trip and the owners had a bottle of champagne and goodies sent to us. Just an amazing experience. I will definitely rent this place again.

We had an amazing time staying at After Dune Delight! The home is bright, clean, spacious, well decorated and beautifully updated! The location to the beach and Night Heron Pool and park, plus the Sanctuary Hotel couldn’t be more convenient! We would definitely stay here again!

We had the best time here - it is the perfect place for a family to stay. My three kids loved the room with the two single beds and the bunk bed, and then there are two other master suites, and three bathrooms! We didn't really cook but we absolutely could have. The deck and the water views, and even the sounds of the ducks (surprisingly noisy) were lovely. And then the biggest perk is the Kiawah golf resort access that comes with renting this villa: we were able to use the Night heron pool (with waterslides!), and enjoy discounted rates on all the on-property restaurants and the kids camp (Camp Kiawah - highly recommend). My husband played a round of golf and I was able to use the spa at the Sanctuary. Also, this properly is a two minute walk from the beautiful beach - and I mean really two minutes - even my kids didn't complain about the walk while carrying beach stuff. But we didn't even have to carry that much because we rented chairs/towels through the resort that were waiting for us there every day. The villa was clean and everything was just beyond our expectations, including fast communication with the owners. Highly recommend and can't wait to return!

This property did not disappointment. The views of the lagoon were awesome. The neighborhood was quiet. It was well appointed and quite comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. What a beautiful place! Thanks for your hospitality!

We had a great time in Kiawah! It had been 20+ years since we had last visited, and we really enjoyed the amenities such as the new Sanctuary resort and the Freshfields shopping area. The condo was a great setup for 2 adults and 2 teen boys. Location was great, as well. Close to all we wanted to do. Very clean and well stocked. Would stay here again. Thank you for sharing you home with us!

We had a great experience for spring break. We were close to the pool at Night Herron and close to the beach. The host was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction as this was our first time visiting Kiawah. We loved sitting on the porch and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Washer and Dryer were also very useful. We had a blast. Definitely would recommend this property.

Awesome location and condo
We had a great experience for spring break. We were close to the pool at Night Herron and close to the beach. The host was very helpful in pointing us in the right direction as this was our first time visiting Kiawah. We loved sitting on the porch and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Washer and Dryer were also very useful. We had a blast. Definitely would recommend this property.

Location and villa was lovely and well appointed. Few minutes walk to beach which was stunning !

The villa was not cleaned as well as it should have been especially in the setting of covid .Owners quite responsive .Resort privileges were nice yet hard to understand why the pool would close at 4pm? Otherwise perfect week and would recommend the villa! We have been coming to Kiawah for 28 years and this villa was one of best ...Thankyou to the owners for their lovely home for my family to finally gather after such a hard year!

Gorgeous home!
Our family of 6 enjoyed this gem and found it the perfect place to stay on Kiawah Island. The home is on the lagoon and provides beautiful views from every room. It is located a few short minutes from the beach and pool. We took advantage of the resort amenities and booked bike rentals, beach chair set ups and a sunset cruise . We ate at several of the golf club restaurants and the food was outstanding:. We enjoyed going to Freshfields Village as well.
Wonderful time was had by all :)

This place was absolutely beautiful. The owners have put a lot into this place to make it beautiful and cozy. Every room is great! The outdoor furniture is so comfy overlooking the lagoon. It is serene. The kitchen and living area is wonderful! I don’t usually write reviews but this one is worth the time and we would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location!
We loved how close this property is to the beach! It was a short, easy walk. The view of the lagoon was very relaxing from the patio. The kitchen and finishings were all updated and very nice. Overall, we loved our first trip to Kiawah and hope it’s not our last!

Enjoy the comfortable deck while gazing over the expanse of water and watching herons fish at its edge or nest in the distant trees. Outstanding , well-equipped kitchen and plenty of dining space. Lots of good, comfortable seating in the living room. Although we didn't use, the fun spot for a family is the spacious kids' room with bunk, twins, and private bath. While the king beds in the two master suites make for a tight fit, it's really not a problem. The villa is an easy, easy walk to beach. And be sure to go biking! We've been going to Kiawah since the resort first opened in the early '80s and this villa may now be our favorite place to stay..

Comfortable retreat
Great location to bike to park/pool. Very short walk to beach. Relaxing deck to watch the lagoon - spotted a few alligators, lots of flying fish. Well stocked kitchen. Very happy with the memory foam mattresses in all the rooms. Would definitely return. Quick response from owners with any concerns.

All You Need
We had everything we needed for a fantastic week. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious, especially the room with twin beds/bunk beds. The short walk to the beach was very convenient. We also enjoyed the gator watching from the balcony.

Beautiful Villa

Social distancing - Kiawah style
This our 3rd trip to Kiawah Island and has been our favorite, by far. This villa is nothing short of perfect - gorgeous view of the pond complete with the most comfy deck furniture where you can settle in, sip your coffee, and relax with a book or enjoy the peaceful scenery. The location of this property is ideal. The walk to the beach is short and easy. The walkway is paved and the boardwalk ramps all the way to sand. Night Heron Pool and Park is less than a 2 minute bike ride. The property was well stocked. I tend to pack a lot of kitchen items because I find most rental kitchens are lacking but there were ample dishes, pitchers, pots and baking pans. There were extra touches that made this property stand out. Lots of outlets equipped with strips to accommodate phones and device chargers; starter packs of pre-measured coffee along with filters; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion; hair dryers. The attention to detail made it feel like home. I had 4 teen/pre-teen girls with me and the upstairs bedroom with 4 beds was their favorite part. It's hard to find villas with this set up so it was a treat for them to all sleep together. Lastly, the owners were quick to answer questions, provided very helpful information about the property and surrounding area shopping and grocery stores. They even checked in on us by text to make sure we had everything we needed, and to let us know about baby alligators that had been spotted in the pond. Needless to say, we LOVED this property and will be booking again for our next trip. A big thanks to Greg, Rich, Maura and Kerry for sharing your beautiful property!

Perfect for our group!
We had a great weekend at After Dune Delight! It was the perfect location for us, and it was just right for our little group. We loved being able to walk to the beach and other nearby amenities. It was the first trip to Kiawah Island for most of us (maybe all of us). Thank you for helping make a great first impression! We have already booked again for next year!!!

A perfect fall vacation for 2.
The process was seamless, the island was beautiful, the property was perfect location. Enjoyed biking on the island and the beach, the sunset at Bohickets Marina and day trips to Charleston. Most enjoyed the nature and peacefulness of the island.

Nice place
Great location! Pretty clean and perfect for a long weekend. View over lagoon is nice and the porch is great. Upstairs bunk room great for kids! Not as big as pictures reveal. Would stay here again.

Exceeded expectations!
We had a great time! The home was exactly as pictured, very clean and bright. The perfect Beach ambiance for us. It's difficult to find a place with 2 master bedrooms and bathrooms we really appreciated that arrangement. The kitchen was very well equipped. We loved being on the lagoon it was relaxing and beautiful. We enjoyed the the deer that would come up and look at us from below the deck. The walk to the beach was easy and quick. We found good places to eat and explore making a list of those we didn't get to for next time. We shared lot of laughs finding our way around and spending time at the house. It's a place where we could choose to be going and busy or settled in and relaxed. The owners were fast and responsive to all questions and requests. The four of us all agreed we would stay at After Dune Delight again! Thanks for sharing your truly awesome home! Already thinking about next time.

Location, Location, Location ...
What an easy walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes away)! Wonderful place to stay and great communication from the property owners. You will love the view from the huge deck overlooking the lagoon. Great layout for the villa and superb water pressure in the showers for after a lazy day at the beach. The villa was stocked with plenty of all of the essentials including lots of puzzles and games for fun evenings with family and friends. A perfect place to stay!
