A really great apartment in a great location. We were 4 adults and 3 young children and it was perfect, a friendly restaurant next door, 2 minute walk to the lift, or 3 minute for the button to get up the other side of the resort. Walking distance to ESF ski school, and underground parking for our cars.
Honestly, not much, we had an issue with the sink, but a plumber was sent and in less than an hour the issue was resolved. There were no plugs for the bath so we fashioned something ourselves for the kids to keep the water in, the apartment was also quite dry, might benefit from some humidity.

fab location, parking, ski in/ski out, size of apartment, quiet. lack of desk staff not a problem as Emanuelle answered the phone. ski locker was a very good size.
the apartment needed a really good clean - it just felt dirty despite being pretty new and modern. some of the pots were not clean, the floors were dirty and both showers/bathrooms were dirty (photos available). please sharpen the knives!

Nice spacious 3-bed apartment (note that the 3rd bedroom is small room with bunk beds) in a great location in La Plagne 1800. please note the descent into La Plagne 1800’ is very tricky for novice skiers!
Tiny ski/boot room (who designed this on such a brand new property !?) and the car park height restriction is 2m so roof boxes may prove tricky.

The apartment is clean, comfortable. Good location and view. 5 minutes walk to the nearest ski lift. There are couple of restaurants nearby and is very close to the shuttle bus bus stop and ski rental shop.
Car parking space is provided as well. The indoor car parking is spacious and is safe.
No communication whatsoever from the apartment staff. I left a couple of messages via booking.com to the apartment regarding the checkin procedure; however, I have never received any reply at all. And the checkin time is 5-7pm rather than 5-8pm as stated on booking.com. I was only contacted by the accommodation on the day at around 5pm.
No one would be at the reception most of the time. If you have any problems, you are on your own.
There was only 1 bin bag, 3 toilet rolls for the whole apartment for the whole stay (7 nights). We did contact the accommodation and they said no amenities would be given and no housekeeping service for the whole stay. No extra information was given regarding the ski equipment locker as well. I guess you have to figure out most things by yourself once you get there.
If you want to stay there for more than 5 nights, make sure you bring enough bin bags, dish washer tablets, toilet rolls, kitchen towels and toiletries etc, literally bring your own supply of everything. And there is no washing machine on my apartment.

Spacious, well equipped and good location close to the lifts. Excellent showers and comfortable beds.
Check-in could have been better. We arrived at 2:00pm and no one on reception till 5:00pm - not a problem as there is a good pub/restaurant less than 20m away. Would have been better if a key was left in the key box so that we didn’t have to leave our luggage/skis in the lobby.

The location is great, close to the lift and slopes
The apartment is a reasonable size for 2 adults and possibly 2 kids (it has 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite and 1 separate toilet) although the bunk bed room is quite sad, it's literally a metal bunk bed with one window that goes out to the corridor and has little to no room to move, better to be used as a storage facility, we wouldn't come with friends to this apartment because we wouldn't be happy to sleep in this room either

The biggest issue for us: The check-in is super late (5pm) and anyone rarely picked up the phone, the communication is difficult, when we arrived we didn't know where to go, we didn't even receive a code to sit inside or any possibility to leave the luggage - thank god there is a restaurant right in front of the apartment, but same with the checkout, the phone number on booking doesn't work, we had to call Teressens and then get a correct number for a manager of Diamant de neige. The apartment is great but that was frustrating.
The bunk-bed room is too small, dark and sad - although we didn't use it other than for storage
The kitchen could have some coffee filters and possibly some sachets of salt, pepper, sugar and oil
Ski room lockers have no numbers so it's a trial and error checking and it's quite cold and wet so the shoes don't dry

The apartment is spacious and stylish, modern bathrooms. WIFI signal was poor. No communication from the owner/manager during our stay, even though we reported issues.
Dishwasher was broken, we reported it, but it was not fixed and no apology. Kitchen lacking basic items. Communication from owner/manager very poor. Overcharged for tourist tax. Ski locker too small.

If you’re searching for more vibriant apres ski, you’ll probably need to take the (free) bus to other la Plagne villages. Bus stop is next to the appartment though!

Modern and well located, nicely furnished and compared to most apartments in La Plagne it had plenty of space. Car parking a good bonus.
Limited ski storage facilities - no boot warmers or seating, space cramped when more than 2 or 3 people trying to use it at the same time. check in was poor and took an hour! Cutlery missing from kitchen although replaced fairly quickly after a phone call and a bit of to and fro with the staff member on duty. Wi-Fi slow.

Location is great. Apartment very spacious and very nice. Staff is good and responsive. They also kindly accomodate our request for a second parking space.
Unfortunately the flat was not clean up to a good standard, especially considering we are in the middle of a pandemic. We did complain and they sent immediately someone.

The location is ideal. 10 mins walk away from the lifts if you are a beginner. If you are experienced then there is a lift just outside the property.
All the shops are in walking distance from the property and it benefits from being very close to the free shuttle service that takes you between the La Plagne villages.
The property had all the modern amenities that you would need however it lacked a microwave.
Vanessa (caretaker) was extremely helpful and prompt in sorting out any questions or issues we had.
The mattress on the bed could have been more comfortable. It was rather soft and the pillows were oversized. The apartment was generally clean but could have been cleaned more thoroughly and methodically.
