The excellent view of the sea from the bed and the big balcony.

The room is amazing, there is a stunning view to the beach. The room is very clean and has everything needed to have a nice stay. But most of all, the property manager was super nice and friendly, was there to handover the keys and for anything needed. I would highly recommend this accommodation!

The view and cleaning
you are forced to use all the time your car; location is outside normal houses ares of Vourvouru and no sidewalk for the road .
The apartaments from the gorund floor in reality have very small window for the bedroom that is situated in the semi- basement of the building; close to your bedroom window is the eating space terase of the first level apartment ( the hill on which is contructed the building influience such position); so, you have no light in the bedroom and you are forced to close the window all the time because other guests are looking into your bed.
Even if I booked 7nights ,the owner told me that somehow I choosed that apartment ( not true because on the booking you do not have the possibility to choose); but...you arrive at the location, your vacation already started, you have a small Child with you and the atitudine is......take it or leave...no other option .
On the level 1 apartment multiple guests arrived în our vacation period..for 2 or 3 nights..no kids

to notice: we had some issue with the water, I called the owner and after literally 10 minutes the owner came and fixed the problem.
To consider not the problem itself (can happen) but the speed and reaction of the owner! Good job!

Exemplary cleanliness, sufficient facilities for a stay, with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, crockery and everything you may need to prepare meals. Located outside the crowded area. The apartment, although not very large, comfortable. Terrace and sea view. Green area. Private parking space. Thanks to the hosts for their attention to detail! Excellent!

The view and location were beautiful.
The sink in the bathroom was very small and it was dangerous when washing face. The distance was too narrow.
The air conditioner in the room we stayed in was problematic and there was no enough cold air. We could not sleep at night because of the heat. There were too many mosquito when we opened the window.. There must be mosquito nets on the balcony door..

Very unclean, dead worms and bugs in the room, toilet and balcony. When entering the property you are greeted by a broken fan which I do not understand the point of it and why it is not replaced or removed. Staff came in the morning but they did not clean or tidy the room. I did not understand why they came at all since they did not do anything. This is the first time I see such unprofessional behaviour. It is unacceptable. If the room was clean and there were no dead bugs and worms I was willing to score higher. Very disappointed.

Accommodation with an equipped kitchenette. The terrace was spacious with a lovely view over Vourvourou, especially the sunrises are wonderful. Ask for a room on the upper floors! Supermarket, wonderful beaches and other amenities are nearby. Overall a nice stay with a good price/performance-ratio.

The location was good , with a nice view to the village and the gulf. It was clean and the hosts were cleaning regularly.
The room we were in needs a bit of renovation. For example, it was challenging to close the bathroom door. One of the shower cubicle panels was missing, and the floor was constantly in water, and we had to wipe. One of the sockets didn't work at all. I know that the offer states that there is a sofa bed in the room for a child to sleep, but this sofa was not suitable for sleeping an 11-year-old child at all. The board of the toilet was taped with double-sided tape.
I'm sorry, but I couldn't help but give this feedback, as I was expecting more for the price.

The place looks great. The terrace is spacy and private and the view is perfect, especially for watching the sunrises.
The staff is pleasant, rooms are cleaned every 2 days and the general impression about the appartment is that it looks a lot better than in the pictures shown here.
Would recommend it for everyone.
