The apartment was a great size, with two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a decent size living/dining room. The ground floor position gave easy access to the swimming pool area, which only really got busy from 4-6pm. There were a huge amount of items located within the kitchen and utility area to ensure you had pretty much everything you needed (cooking and cleaning equipment).

We had no hot water for the first two days, before engineers came and fixed the problem. The pool area is a little tired, with some broken floor tiles and broken umbrellas. The area could also benefit from some more sun loungers for the busy time period.

You get what you pay for. Pool area is nice but looking old and worn. Patio area is nice, but no furniture to actually enjoy it. Outside BBQ is a nice touch, but no utensils, coals, trays etc to be able to use it. Cleaners were very nice and attentive.

In the apartment we were in, there was no outside furniture to enjoy the patio area. Furniture that was there was broken. Had to pay a €30 charge to pick the keys up from the office which took a lot longer than expected as the address they send you is incorrect and will take you much further down the road. I was also told that they will be closing the office at 11pm, after I had spent 45 mins trying to find them. The fact that I had a 5 month old baby with me in the car didn’t seem to matter to them as I “should know where the office is” having not stayed there before. We were infested with ants at one point, understand this is not the properties fault but if you are in a ground floor apartment be prepared for that. Gap in the seal of the back doors to the apartment allowed no end of mosquitos in, so expect to be bit to shreds if you’re in Bloc 5 apartment U. Pool area is nice but old and worn now. Missing tiles all over the pool, blocked showers, broken parasols. The whole complex could do with a spruce up to be honest. Also if there is more than 2 families on the complex, don’t expect a sun bed as there aren’t many. In the apartment we stayed in there was a complete lack of cooking utensils. No place mats to eat at the table. You will also need to buy sponges and washing up liquid as there is absolutely nothing stored in the apartment. You will be asked to take the keys back to the office (which is a 10-15 minute drive). If you do not plan on hiring a car, do not stay here. You are 10-15 mins away from Quarteira and Vilamoura. We knew this as we have stayed in Pine Hills many, many times. I fully recommend you pay the extra and stay at Pine Hills!

We had to get a taxi to the reception to pick up the keys, before then getting another taxi to the apartment itself. Someone should be meeting you there at the apartment to show you around and give you the keys.

Great size apartment with everything you could need. Brilliant size pool and gardens for the kids to run around. The apartment was very clean and the air conditioning was fantastic. Lots of free parking available.

The beds could have been comfier. Pillows were not very good.

The apartment and environement are great, pretty calm and a beautiful garden and swimming pool

The bed is huge but the matress has to be changed as it was really unconfortable

Was hard to find reception at night- the flight was delayed and so missed reception hours. Finally got in and to apartment via a lift from the duty manager

Nice quiet location although no shops near so transportation is a must.only had one taxi who got us home without finding the location on a map!!!

large rooms. plenty of sun beds by the pool, although it was out of season.

reception was miles away. unclear directions. 4 different phone numbers- difficult to get access because the plane landed in the evening. large cobwebs on the ceiling~ looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly for years. no clean sheets after 9 days. no washing up liquid, detergent, not even a dishcloth. no on site facilities except a pool. difficult to get taxis. unpleasant experience.
