Well equipped (particularly the kitchen) and well laid out house. Perfect for 2 couples
Was not clean; operating manuals (heating) not available; extremely busy road and therefore very noisey.

Location location location! large space and open concept living area was so nice!
no smart tv in main area such a bummer. exterior needed a bit of work (deck and home needs painting) but that did not bother us.

Close to amenities
I have booked and stayed and many holiday houses I have never had an sms telling me to clean the house and listing what to clean. It's rude! I recieved and sms the night before departing to clean the bbq and take out the bins etc At this price I would think you send in a cleaner to wash sheets change beds a and clean after guests leave.

Large clean, nice log fire for the cold evening, lots room around the kitchen and dining area.
The fact it was two distinct living areas allowing two couples to easily share

A very cosy and comfortable home. We loved the decor and the space was great. The kitchen layout was also really good with the window opening out onto the deck.
Loved the day bed and enjoyed resting there in the dappled sunlight.
The ensuite bathroom - alot of water leaks under the shower door. More bathroom floor mats would have been handy to clean up the water each time we showered. Also the mixer tap in the ensuite is not secure and it's a bit tricky/annoying to get the water the right temperature.
Laundry - Both faucets drip - I think they needs new washers.

We liked the settup of the interior, it gave everyone more privacy.
Not enough normal drinking glasses.
