Quiet. Plenty of wildlife. Convenient. Towels clean. Sheets clean. Kitchen well stocked

Pull out couch was not comfortable but we wanted to be near fireplace. Bathroom small. Too much furniture in LR. Too small for more than two people.

It had dishes it had a kitchen living room kitchen table bathroom two bedrooms big backyard and a grill with gas what I liked most was the kitchen because it had pans and all the dishes you need for a kitchen fridge cups and all that and a fireplace and it was warm and comfortable

What I didn't like was the couches were full of dog hair and cat hair the blankets were full of cat and dog hair I don't know if people have been bringing their pets over but when you sit down on the couches or cover yourself up with a blankets you can see the hairs whenever I would sit down I would get up and I would have tons of hair on me it was disgusting that's what I didn't like and another thing I didn't like was some guy pulled up in a red pickup truck Hispanic throughout the trash I had in the trash can looking for recycled cans I didn't know what he was doing he didn't even knock I just kind of thought it was rude and weird he did pick up the trash after ripping it out of the bag and put it back in the trash can but it was just weird because I didn't know what he was doing and another thing I didn't like was I was running late because I got lost and they were supposed to meet me there at the house at 4:00 The Host was nowhere to be found at 5:00 I told her I would be there by 5:00 she didn't respond to my email so if you're running late you're going to have to wait a whole hour on the phone so they can let you in the cold that's what happened to me but they finally gave me the code to the lock box and I was able to get in but I did struggle a little bit

I love that the property was quiet and secluded, yet close enough to enjoy the town.

if you aren’t going to have AC at least have a couple fans. I left one of the two I purchased at the home for future guests.

The house was isolated and quaint. Definitely a unique experience. The views were nice and there was almost everything we needed. If you want a rustic location to unwind and get the experience from living in a mountain town, this is it.

There is no working AC in the house. There is a heating system. For most of the year, I'm sure this is pleasant, but in the middle of july the days can get sweltering in the house and there is no respite except to leave. Plus, this is something we found out when we showed up. We have two small children in addition who need to take naps. Taking sweaty naps is rough on everyone. At least include this in the description so we can plan accordingly.

Leather couch had torn arm rest. Fireplace spotlight was burned out & we replaced it. Left handle of Toaster kept falling off.
