C-SCAPE VILLA overlooking Tasman Sea

La villa C-Scape es una casa impecablemente presentada que cuenta con áreas de estar de planta abierta. El dormitorio principal tiene excelentes vistas desde donde se puede despertar desde su cama con acceso a la cubierta (disfrute de un desayuno al aire libre al aire libre), baño grande con ducha, inodoro y bidé con vestidor de tamaño completo. Dos habitaciones dobles completas con armarios empotrados, mesillas y luces de lectura.
Unidad de bomba de calor / aire acondicionado instalada y calentadores de columna de aceite en 3 de las habitaciones durante los meses de invierno con ventanas de doble acristalamiento. Tenemos un ventilador de techo ubicado en el salón principal durante el período de verano.

La propiedad está ubicada a 6. 2 km del municipio de Raglan, 1. 3 km de uno de los mejores lugares para surfear en Raglan; Manu Bay o 2. 5 km a los destinos de surf de Whale Bay / Indicators. Manu Bay permite un lanzamiento fácil del barco (marea).

Was a great location, clean and tidy however the property felt tired. for example there were no tap handles on the bath so couldn't use it and some of the usual crockery was missing, cupboard doors not closing properly
Other than that it was a great place and would go back

Peace and tranquility.
What a stunning property! Although we were pre-warned about the driveway, it was an interesting challenge. From entering the front door, exploring the rooms, decks etc we were on holiday. There was a sense of disappointment that there were no taps for the bath because the view from the bath is spectacular. The beds are so comfortable, quality, clean linen, enough tea,coffee etc for the weekend. But overall - the view, the peace and the tranquility are the memories that will remain.

Raglan wedding
We were there for a family wedding at SolScape so the location was perfect. We really enjoyed the property, our only gripe was one of the duvet covers did not seem to have been dried in a timely way after washing and had a strange smell. But otherwise it was 5 star, with a view that never disappointed, morning day or night. Will try to book again in the future.

Relaxing, quiet getaway
This was the third time we’ve stayed at this property and love it due to the location, deck for outdoor BBQs and quick access to the beach. The downstairs neighbours are very friendly too.

Amazing spot
The views from this house are absolutely phenomenal. It is spacious and has everything you need for a great holiday. We are looking forward to our return. Loved being able to walk across the road and into the track down to the beach.

Stunning view!!!
The view was truly breathtaking and spaces were clean and felt very spacious.
The occupants in the 2 bedrooms closest to the front could not sleep because of water pump or pump going all night. They ended up sleeping on the couch in the living room. Is there a leak (hence pump going on all night)?
Otherwise the bach was amazing!

The view is incredible!!
We loved the view that this property has to offer, it is stunning. Three great bedrooms (family of 5) and two bathrooms fit us well too. The location was great, we had a rental car, so it’s a quick and beautiful drive to town. Bring some beach towels if you come, and don’t miss out on the opportunity for some sunset cocktails on the deck! We enjoyed the groups of surfers and the sound of crashing waves. One thing that we weren’t expecting was the incredible night sky! We could actually see the light of the Milky Way without using a telescope. We aimed our dslr camera up and took some amazing nighttime shots of the stars! Incredible!! You’ll enjoy your time here, be sure to hit the beach and watch some of the great local surfers in action!

Breathtaking view of the beach
It’s the first thing you’re drawn to. The property has the advantage of sitting high on the hill with 180 degree views of the beach and Manu point. Perfect for relaxing, and chilling out. Main bedroom has full advantage, with living areas also being spoilt. Very comfortable throughout, and clean. Great to also be across road to beach path, which takes around 10/15 mins to sand. Wonderful part of the world - great places to eat at Rockit and the Shack.

Quiet location overlooking Whale Bay etc. Best view is from the deck or the master bedroom. Very handy to the excellent Rock-It Kitchen (cafe and restaurant).

4th time staying here. Love it each time.
I would say though the house is starting to need some maintenance. Light bulbs need replacing and doors in kitchen very loose. The water pressure is the worst I’ve seen it. Literally had 3 drops of water coming out the taps.
Still love the view and would love to visit again.
