Beautifully Renovated Main Street Cottage- Great Location

A sweet property close to town. We had a lovely stay here-cottage charm with updated kitchen and bathrooms. We were able to walk into town for dinners and shopping. Outdoor shower for after the beach. Highly recommend.

This is our second year at this property and we already have plans to return next year. The house is in a great location to town. A very easy walk to the center of Main Street. The house is very comfortable and well appointed. Peter is very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this property.

The property was in a wonderful location that allowed my wife and I to walk to town, beaches, restaurants, etc. It was exceptionally clean, relaxing and had the perfect amount of Nantucket charm! Highly recommend for couples or families. There was plenty of room.

Pictures of property much more pristine than reality. Towels, screens, living room furniture in need of attention. Washer broken upon arrival and not fixed during weeklong stay due to getting a specific part. Great location tho!

My family of four plus a dog were very comfortable in this cottage. The cottage is beautiful and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Kitchen is also well stocked. Location was great. We walked easily into town or rode bikes to various beaches. All in all this is a great rental property.

The house is small but was comfortable for our family of 5 plus small dog, and the location is perfect for walking into town. Peter was a gracious host and we are particularly grateful for the early check in. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our family really loved this cottage! It was more than enough room for 4 of us (3 adults and a 2 year old). The host was very easy to contact and super responsive. It was close to everything. I unfortunately had to work a bit while there and the internet was greater. It seemed faster than what I have at home. Overall, we had an amazing time and cannot wait to return.

We booked Peter’s cottage for a girl’s weekend and we had such an incredible experience. The house is absolutely beautiful, updated, cozy, and impeccably clean. It has all the amenities you could ever need. It is in a great location, making it easily walkable to downtown. Peter was super helpful and very responsive, making sure all of our needs were met. I will definitely be booking again in the future!

When an approaching hurricane created dangerous travel conditions, we were offered alternative dates at no extra charge despite the agreed upon cancellation policy. It saved our 25th anniversary trip. They didn’t have to do it, we are so glad they did!

This is a beautiful property with a great location. It is clean and contained everything we needed. Peter was in communication with us and all of our needs were met. When the next reservation canceled at the last minute, he offered us an additional nights stay! Will definitely be returning to this beautiful island and hopefully staying in one of Peter’s properties.

We just loved our little escape to Nantucket. We were so excited this property allowed our dog. It is the #1 reason why we booked it as so few rentals allow dogs. The house was clean and the furniture comfortable. We loved that there was fun coffee table books and cable tv. About a 15 minute walk into town and the neighborhood, overall, is very walkable. We were there in the shoulder season and I imagine it will be gorgeous when the flowers are out. Would stay again!

We rented Peter's Nantucket house over Columbus Day weekend and had a great experience. The 3 beds and 2 baths were plenty for our family (2 adults, 7 yr old and infant). Easy walk to downtown and a nice parking spot for the jeep. The house was centrally located so it never took too long to drive anywhere. Cleaning crew does a great job keeping the place spotless and Peter was an excellent host. Will come back in the future.

What a wonderful house for a weekend getaway for a wedding. The house slept our group of 6 comfortably. The host was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay again.

The location was perfect! Under a 15 min walk into town. We loved the the outdoor setup with the outdoor shower and the master bedroom was larger than we anticipated! Definitely a great place to stay for a small family!

Excellent location and home!
This was a family girls’ trip that we planned more than a year ago. The anticipation and waiting was so worth it! We were so impressed with the location and quality of the home. It felt like the home was recently updated and no detail was left behind. The beds, bedding, and towels were so comfortable and high quality. The home is tastefully decorated with a wonderful Nantucket feel. The kitchen had all amenities as well.
Our host was super helpful and responsive. Check in/out was super simple and easy!
We hope to visit Nantucket again and this home will be our first choice!

Excellent location with Nantucket charm
We truly enjoyed our stay at Peters place. The rental was selected based on proximity to town - our daily walks were enjoyable with plenty of beautiful views to take in. A fare share of cooking was done and it was nice to have an equipped kitchen with outdoor grill. The interior of the home was lovely and well done. We would love to come back and stay in the future!
