Lovely apartment with stunning ocean and marina views
Relájese y descanse en nuestro acogedor apartamento con impresionantes vistas al mar y al puerto deportivo. Disfrute de 3 piscinas refrescantes, jacuzzi, gimnasio, cancha de tenis y cancha de básquetbol dentro de nuestra hermosa comunidad privada. Estamos cerca de atracciones locales, playas y restaurantes.
El espacio:
Apartamento familiar de 3 dormitorios con 6 camas con capacidad para 8 personas máx. Parque infantil y trona disponibles para su conveniencia. Acceso Wifi Televisor de pantalla plana grande en la sala de estar con altavoz wifi Sonos, Apple TV y acceso a TV en vivo a través de Sling. TV en las tres habitaciones con Apple TV y acceso a TV en vivo a través de Sling. Radio reloj despertador con altavoz bluetooth en la habitación principal King y en la habitación Queen. Muebles nuevos, electrodomésticos y aires acondicionados con hielo en todas partes. Hermosa decoración de ambiente de playa que marca el tono para una estancia relajante.
Acceso de invitados:
Ropa de cama, toallas de baño y toallas para la piscina / playa, Jabón para platos, jabón de manos y detergente para la ropa incluidos. Lavadora y secadora para su conveniencia. Lavavajillas

Este barrio está rodeado de varias atracciones. Estamos ubicados frente a Villa Marina y el puerto deportivo de Puerto Chico, que ofrecen una variedad de tours y excursiones, alquiler de botes, alquiler de motos acuáticas, etc. También estamos cerca del ferry que va a Culebra y Vieques. Seven Seas Beach se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche por la misma carretera que el complejo (Carr 987). Las Croabas se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche, donde encontrará los recorridos bio bay, así como kayak y taxis acuáticos a Palomino y la isla de Icacos. La playa de Luquillo y los famosos kioskos están a solo 15 minutos en coche. El Yunque Rain Forest también está cerca y está a 20 minutos en coche. Hay un montón de buenos restaurantes cerca. No dude en comunicarse para obtener recomendaciones específicas.
Muy cerca también encontrará supermercados, farmacias, walmart, sears, kmart, etc.

We had a wonderful family vacation staying here. The location was perfect with beautiful views and easy access to grocery stores and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. We would definitely love to come back and recommend friends to stay here.

#1 the host was amazing! She had communication with me since before my check in and she was available and assisted me the entire stay and after. The home was clean and fresh I walked in and it felt just like home! Air conditioning in the living room was a plus as I’ve stayed in Peña Mar 6 other times and not many of the other villas have AC in the living room. The view from the balcony was absolutely amazing especially while on the hammock relaxing ! Pots, pans, coffee maker , towels toys for kids you name it it was there! I hosted Will most definitely be booking our next PR trip at this location again!

We'll be back! Had a blast in Fajardo and felt super safe the entire time on the gated property! Great communication with the property owner she was always quick to respond to any text questions we came up with very quickly. I'd highly recommend this property over any of the others. They had several of the amenities available that you don't think of packing and plenty of items for the beach area. One of the pools at the complex was drained so that was kind of a bummer but we honestly never even tried to go to the pools with the beautiful ocean so close! Maybe my only suggestion would be a list of local grocery stores and stuff to check out upon arrival. We went to Walmart, Pueblo, and Supermercados Econo Fajardo (all 3 left something to be desired especially the Walmart) all before we found a Ralphs close by. The Ralphs was more of what we we're used too at home so we were way happier shopping there. Honestly it was our fault for not asking because anytime we asked Liz was always quick with response. She gave us 3 restaurants to try all of which were impeccable! Please give this property a try we stayed with my wife and I and another couple and had plenty of room the entire time.

This property is superb! Has all you may need to enjoy all of what the area has to offer, beaches, marinas, excursions, restaurants, Rainforest and more ...the view from the balcony is breathtaking! I’d like to come back again. Thanks Elizabeth!

Great Quiet Place Fajardo
We enjoyed the area, the beaches are ok, just a few mins drive. Beautiful view from the condo. Relaxing.

Stunning!
Absolutely amazing! From the great communication with the homeowner from the start, this condo really made our trip home away from home and took all vacation worries away. The unit was decorated beautifully, and included all the little extras that mattered from beach buckets and toys to a washer/dryer. Soft towels, cozy linens, comfy beds, spacious, stunning views, great location, the list is endless! What mattered most, however, is how safe we felt on the complex while traveling with children. Everyone we met was welcoming and respectful. Great pools! Although it felt to be a quieter complex, there were many things offered for all ages. This condo would well suit a couple nights stay to several weeks. We only stayed for 4 nights, but we will definately be returning again as soon as possible!

Perfect location and tastefully decorated
The condo was so nicely decorated and very clean. It had everything we needed! We will stay here again. The location is awesome if you plan to go on any of the ocean snorkeling trips, the boats all depart from the marina across the street. The pool is one building over which is also really convenient.
