Esta es una propiedad maravillosa y moderna con todos sus requisitos de vacaciones. Amplias habitaciones con aire acondicionado, todas recién amuebladas. Cocina moderna totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos para que su estadía sea lo más cómoda posible.
Hay hermosas vistas de los lagos de sal y el mar más allá del dormitorio principal, donde se puede ver la puesta de sol en una noche.
En el exterior hay 6 tumbonas, 6 sillas y mesas con sombrillas y una gran pérgola con mesa y asientos para 12 personas para cenar al aire libre.
También hay una mesa de piedra y sillas con capacidad para al menos 6.
Una nueva adición es una mesa de billar que ha sido un gran éxito. (No debe usarse después de las 11 p. M. Para ser respetuosos con nuestros vecinos y cumplir con la ley española).
La villa se encuentra en el centro de una gran parcela de esquina de 500 m2. Posee naranjos, limoneros y olivos y una gran palmera.
Zona exterior de baño y ducha.
Televisión por satélite gratis y conexión a internet por fibra óptica.
Los bares y restaurantes más cercanos están a 20 minutos a pie y las tiendas a 5 minutos en coche.
Se recomienda un auto.

We really enjoyed our time here, villa was perfect. Definitely need a car as not much within walking distance but loads just a short drive away

Lovely villa. Just a couple of suggestions: at least one of the folding parasols need replacing as it cannot be fixed in the upright position. On our last visit we had a lovely 'welcome pack' that was absent this time. Not incumbent on the owners to provide as such, but it did make a nice touch. Maybe the pool area could be jet-washed as it would probably look a million dollars afterwards. Otherwise, really enjoyed the space and facilities.

We stayed in the villa for four days in mid-March. Really enjoyed the Villa, communication with property manager was excellent and the house met all our needs. A bit of distance to restaurants and shops but we had cars or used taxis which worked well.

Plenty of room for large families
Everything we needed was provided from a travel cot and high chair to pool towels; of which there were masses and very well used with everyone in and out of the pool. Being a large family with differing ages there was an area in the villa suitable for everyone. Taxis hit and miss in the area if you don’t hire a car! But my daughter belongs to villa Martin forum and we found an Uber type company that we could book and track arrival simply. We thoroughly enjoyed spending time together as a family and the weather was amazing!

Perfect Villa in a peaceful location
We have just arrived home from a wonderful 10 day stay in the villa. Everything was perfect for us, the welcome pack was a lovely surprise especially with a hungry toddler and arriving late!
It’s a great size, we were a party of 8 and wasn’t on top of each other! The outside space is great and having the heated pool in October was brilliant! Thank you Rosie xx

We have just returned from a week stay at this property and can not fault it. Rosie was brilliant from the start and so friendly. Lovely clean house, plenty of room, good size pool. Very relaxing family holiday. A car is needed to get around to shops etc but that is stated. We hope to return. Thank you so much :)

The Villa was amazing as was the welcome pack and very much appreciated. Lee was very helpful as we got lost on way from Airport due to having the wrong area code. We think it would be usefull to have some family games to play in the evening.

The villa was brilliant from start to finish plenty of information about villa and area. Lovely and clean, we got picked up from airport then hired a car which was much easier. The owners couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely be booking again and telling people about the villa, 5 star plus .

All of the bedrooms and bedding to a high standard. Supply of not only internal towels but pool towels. Kitchen was well equipped with indoor and out door drinks and food utensils. Villa info very helpful. Good restaurant in walking distance and many more a short cab away. Easy location for top beaches and fantastic golf courses.

Fantastic holiday, great villa, everything you need and more
Had a wonderful Easter break with all the family, there were 12 of us and there was plenty of space for us all to do as we pleased. The pool was heated and got to 30 degrees so that was excellent for the kids and adults. Plenty of sunbeds and seats for everyone. Pool table was a bonus for a game in the shade. Loved sitting on the balcony on a night before we went out, great views and fantastic area. Cant wait to go back.

Absolutely fabulous villa
Our party of six adults and three children loved every second of our stay in the villa. Loved it so much that we spent most of our ten days stay at the house. There is plenty of space for everyone both inside and outside. The villa is very well equipped and very tidy and we got a great welcome pack at the arrival. It is situated a bit outside of any center so a car is needed. The people who looked after the villa as well as the owners are extremely helpful.
Thank´s for having us. Hopefully we will come back in the future. There are no complaints what so ever from any of us so the villa is highly recommended.

Amazing 11 days.
The villa was clean well equipped and spacious.There were nine of us four adults and five teenagers there was plenty of room we had a great time either round the pool or exploring the beaches,restaurants etc around the area. Thank you Kevin and Rosie

Well equipped and convenient, ideal for a family holiday
This was our second stay in this villa. There were eleven of us: six adults and five children aged between 4 and 74 and we all thoroughly enjoyed our holiday!
The villa is well equipped and well maintained, convenient for shopping and beaches and the property managers were very helpful and friendly.

Stunning spacious Villa perfect for large families.
Party of 10 just returned from a 10 day stay in this beautiful villa. This is a perfect villa for large families, boasting the 6 bedroom 4 bathroom layout. There was enough space for us all. It's situated about a mile away from the nearest village ( San Miguel) so unless you like to walk in the heat, a car is highly recommend.
From arriving to our last day we enjoyed the pool every day which was so needed in the heat! Equally beautiful views.
The villa came equipped with plenty of kitchen equipment we never ran out!! The welcome pack was also a lovely touch from travelling and enjoying our first drink and sit down.
The management company were very welcoming and were on call at any time if any issues ( which there weren't any!!).

Lovely family holiday
Lovely, comfortable, clean, well equipped villa. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 children, aged from 3 to 73 years! We particularly enjoyed the pool and the BBQ with a family sized table under welcome shade and we never even put the television on.

Fabulous villa for larger groups!
We had an amazing time away with family at this gorgeous villa. It is beautifully laid out with lots of space and children friendly. Rosie (the owner) was so helpful with all my enquiries and Lee the manager was also very helpful and friendly. The welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Would thoroughly recommend for families and big groups with lots to do in the area.

Superb Holiday Home.
This Villa has everything for a great holiday home. The place is immaculate, modern and user friendly. The pool along with the location of kitchen and utility room make everything easily accessible.
Rosie has been wonderful all through since day of inquiry and nothing too much of a problem.
Visit Rebate Restaurant which is a must for Food and Entertainment.
Only down side is waiting for Taxi's which is a well known problem locally during peak season.
I recommend this lovely Villa to anyone, enjoy !!

Faultless in just about every way
We stayed in this property July-August 2016. Absolutely loved it, an amazing villa with great facilities. Delt with the villa owners on a few occasions and they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. The villa manager was also great, he met us upon arrival at the villa and filled us in with all the relevant information about the villa and the surrounding area.
We stayed there as three families of four, even with twelve people (6 adults, 4 children and 2 teenagers) it still never felt too small. And with air conditioning in all rooms it's easy to keep cool when the temperature rises and it definitely did while we were there.
These are the views of all three families.
