The house was just perfect for our needs - very well equipped and well decorated, with a nice, enclosed outside space. We appreciated the warm welcome from the kind owners, Michele and William. Our dog, Olive, particularly liked the walk through the woods to the dunes - and it’s a lovely walk, even without a dog!

We were so happy to have found this beautiful property, in a part of France we’d never visited before. Michele was the perfect host, and could not wait to visit San Sebastián based on her fab recommendations. The house was perfect for us, had absolutely everything we needed, and our dog enjoyed the freedom of the totally secure, enclosed garden. We spent every evening reclining in the garden or eating alfresco in the shade(it was a very hot week). All in all it was the perfect final 5 days to our holiday and we’d love to come back

We had a great stay here ! The property is fantastic and a great location walking distance to the beach and centrally located between Hossegor and Biarritz for a quick trips to either. Communication with the host was seem less and she was extremely welcoming and helpful. I will be coming back for sure!

Clean, tidy house with plenty of space to stay, short distance to the beach and forest.
We missed absolutely nothing.
Michèle and Bill are great, best shopping tips for the prawns, fish and of course the bread.
We had a relaxing holiday and will be back as soon as possible :0)

Perfect new year
Warm welcome from lovely Michele, spotless and well equipped house, very secure garden for the dogs. Very comfortable sofas and bed, best shower ever. Everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Five minutes walk to the beach, great Spanish restaurant round the corner...loved it. So lucky we found this place.

A pleasure to stay here
Comfortable, welcoming, well-stocked with essentials and unusually well-equipped, this house is compact but you never feel that it is anything other than spacious. Within easy reach of sea and beach and within walking distance of the village for ice creams, bread and cakes, as well as a small supermarket.

Fabulous home in a fabulous location
We loved this house thanks to the wonderful welocome from the host, Michele. A fully enclosed garden kept our escapee border terrier safe and the miles of sandy beach was a joy. Highly recommended on all fronts.

A home from home relaxing stay.
This house is great. We felt at home straight away and our young kids also took to it immediately. Located behind the owners house but you feel like you are tucked away in your own private spot which is great. Lovely private garden and eating out side in rain and shine! All the necessary house utensils etc that you need including some games for inside and outside the house that we made use. And added touches like the beach umbrella - a god send on the really hot days. Great location for this part of the surfing coast, laid back, cycling and swimming in the lake - all nearby and the mountains in easy reach. Thanks Michele for the welcome and help!

We spent a very comfortable Christmas in this delightful house. It was warm and very well resourced. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden and we all enjoyed walks in the local woods and on the beach. A great location for visiting nearby towns and places of interest. We wouldnt hesitate in recommending it to others!

Delightful house in a great location!
We spent a very comfortable Christmas in this delightful house. It was warm and very well resourced. Our dog enjoyed the enclosed garden and we all enjoyed walks in the local woods and on the beach. What a wonderful place :-)
Superb villa, fairly new and nicely fitted out. Feels more like a home that a vacation rental. Michelle very helpful and Labenne is great little town. Typical day - leisurely breakfast (outside of course), long walk in the National park with dog, couple of hours sunbathing and a stroll along the beach to finish up - Bliss !

Spacious holiday house
It is a very well equipped and clean house in a rather quite road near the beach.
It was easy for us to feel like home because everthing we needed was there and the owners were very friendly and helpfull.
Also our dog enjoyed the fenced garden and long walkes in the nearby forest.
We had the Feeling , that the Holiday was too short , so we would like to come back!

Super schöne Ferien in einem tollen Haus
Wir können uns den positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) haben im Juli für zwei Wochen in dem Ferienhaus Urlaub gemacht. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen, trotzdem kann man den schönen Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr gut und auch zu Fuß erreichen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Die Ausstattung ist auch super und es hat uns nichts gefehlt! Die Vermieter halten sich stets im Hintergrund, bei Fragen oder Problemen sind sie aber sofort zur Stelle. Perfekt! Alles in allem ein super toller und entspannter Urlaub in einem schönen Ambiente, deshalb auch 5 Sterne! Danke für alles!

very well equipped house
We have spent to great weeks in July with our 2 kids.
The house is close to the beach with supervision during July and August. It is spacious, clean and very well equipped, including aircondition. There is for instance not only a barbecue, but also barbecue tools, charcoal and firelighters. There are a lot of books, DVD’s, games and brochures of activities in the surroundings.
The owners are very friendly and helpful. I broke the handle of the brand new barbecue (it was not yet used), and they repaired it without charging any costs.
It has a very nice terrace with pergola and good sunbeds. And a shower in the garden (very good the keep the sand out of the house and clean equipment when you come from the beach).

Belle maison, tout y est au niveau confort et correspond en tout point à ce qui est présenté dans l annonce. L' accueil est vraiment sympathique, chaleureux, nous nous y sommes sentis presque chez nous. Un grand merci à Michèle!!!

Perfect beach house
This was our second time in this house and we enjoyed it as much as the last time. Michele and Bill's hospitality makes it even nicer.
We feel like at home. Very well equiped and furnished, very pleasant terrace and garden, very quiet neighbourhood, close to beaches...
We will surely come again!

Lovely property.
Spent 4 nights in this lovely property. Light, airy and fully equipped. Excellent location, short walk to beach and forest. Michele was very friendly and helpful.
We hope to return again later in the year. Have no hesitation in recommending this property.

Very nice place to relax / great vacation
We spent a great week in this lovely and very quiet house. Everything you need, even a welcome drink! Great hospitality and very flexibel and relaxed hosts, especially concerning our arrival and departure. Having coffee outside in the sun, sunbathing in the afternoon on the Patio or just hanging around - everything was great. Close to beaches and as well to other places like Hossegor or Biarritz . Thanks again for the groceries because of arriving in the middle of the night, especially the coffe ...... :-) !!! Would book this place again any time!!! Karel

Great location!
We had a great time in Labenne Ocean this summer. Everything was as described, the house clean and well-maintained. Our dog loved the garden and our children all the activity opportunities in this area. With bikes you reach the beach within 3 minutes, by foot 10 min. The forest is also only a few steps away, so it was easy with the dog. The hospitality of Michele and Bill is excellent, they provided us with tips for restaurants, where to go, etc. , and they had always time for a conversation.
All in all it was perfect and we definitely plan to come back next year.

Lovely vacation home
We just spent 1 week at the house and we all loved it (a couple, 2 teenagers and a dog)! It has everything you need on holidays...it is quiet and comfortable, clean and very well equiped, very well located...Michele and Bill make it even better!

A Splendid Seaside Retreat
This gite is clean, comfortable , light and airy as well as having all the advantages of being close to the beach and local cycle paths. Cycling is a great way to discover the area with well sign-posted routes and family-friendly off-road tracks.
At the house we particularly appreciated the outside area where we could eat and relax in private. Inside everything was provided for a hassle-free holiday.

Heerlijk "thuis" komen!
Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad in dit huis. Het is erg gezellig ingericht en je voelt je er direct thuis. Het ontbrak ons aan niets. Ook de keukeninventaris is optimaal; genoeg potten,pannen en ovenschalen. Bill en Michelle laten je merken dat je welkom bent. Wat het weer betreft; de eerste week viel wat tegen met veel wolken en weinig zon, maar de tweede week hebben we prima weer gehad. Lekker op de fiets langs het strand over de mooie fietspaden is ook erg aan te bevelen.

Our stay at Michele and Bill´s lovely Vacation home was great ! The house had everything we needed for a very relaxing week in October. The house is very private and close to the beach ( perfect for a family with 2 children or 2 couples) . Bill and Michele have thought of everything one might need on vacation including a great video library for teenage boys , tired from a long day chasing waves. We felt very welcome and will definately book another week in this charming home again soon.

This house was even better then our expectations. Private very clean, comfortable and spacious with all amenities provided. Lots of beautiful places to visit within easy reach. Labenne beach perfect and enjoyed watching the surfers. A great welcome was given by the warm and friendly owners Bill and Michele. We will definately be recommending this house to our friends and family and hope to be returning ourselves in the not too distant future.
