A solo tres cuadras del centro de Charlottetown, 26 Gerald Street es una casa de 117 años que ha sido completamente renovada y conserva su carácter y encanto. Family with 2 adult children used this great property as our home base for exploring area. Excellent communication with owners and met us at property at our arrival to tour house and ensure we had all we needed. Gracious to have coffee cream and milk in fridge for first morning coffee. Nice selection of keurig coffee and tea bags to start our day. Kitchen well appointed with everything you need to cook at home.
This property is very thoughtfully stocked with what you could possibly need for your stay. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash, more than adequate towels, TP and Kleenex. Further, shopping bags, umbrellas, ponchos, picnic basket and blanket. Local brochures available and AC in each bedroom made our stay comfortable during the hot spell.
Nicely located for east walk to main sites of downtown. Close to grocery as well.
House is like a stay at your favorite aunt and uncles. Would definitely recommend and would stay again when back in area.

I had an awesome stay at this beautiful home! It is so close to everything but on such a quiet little street, the owners were fantastic and the house has everything you need.. lawn chairs down to umbrellas!

Older style house with nice garden and free parking in a quiet area a mile or so from waterfront and restaurants. We walked in each night, a fair way but manageable.
Decking gets morning sun, but easy to lift chairs off onto lawn for afternoon sun.
Very pleasant stay and easy to access whole island from here

We arrived later than planned and tired from the drive, but we were thrilled to see a beautiful home awaiting us. The property was clean, hosts were friendly when they met us to check-in, and we were able to bring our pups along to enjoy the fenced-in yard. The amenities were top notch, and the location was close to everything! We will definitely keep you in mind for future trips to the island!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay very much. We could walk to town for a leisurely walking tour of lovely Charlottetown and also walk to the nearby grocery and restaurants. The kitchen had every pot, pan, and gadget we could imagine, plus a washer and dryer, a grill, and even a cooler and picnic basket for our day touring PEI. Having only 1 full bath was a slight drawback, but not a big deal for our group of 4 adults. Very nice to have salt, pepper, coffee, tea and even cream provided!

This is our first stay at a VRBO home and it was an excellent experience. Kathy and Bobby met us at the home to give us a tour and some recommendations for local activities. The home is very spacious, clean, comfortable, well-decorated and is equipped with almost everything you would need. A very minor improvement to our stay would be if there was a dishwasher. Overall, we would definitely book again!

We enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay in your home. Everything we needed was there, the rooms were all well appointed, the outdoor patio with table and umbrella provided a lovely breeze, and all amenities were in close range. A very enjoyable experience, thank you!

All we could have asked for. Lots of supplies, clean and well kept. Close to town. The restaurants were superior. Puppy friendly. Despite the rain, we had a great time. Sincere thank you to Bobby and Kathy.

We enjoyed our stay in Charlottetown at Kathy and Bobby’s charming home . It was extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need . The house is in a perfect location for walks to the harbor and park . There is grocery store very close by to get anything you might need. The fenced in yard was a perfect for our dogs to run safely . Overall , a great experience .

Everything we needed was at this house, including pet friendly hosts and fenced property. The house was conveniently located close to downtown and grocery stores. It was a great place for our family including our dog while we attended our son's college graduation.

The unit was perfect for our family - 5 adults and our dog. The house is close to downtown/water, was clean, and very well-equipped - bedding, towels, kitchen equipment. The owners replied promptly to my inquiries. I highly recommend this rental.

Stayed here for a week while in PEI for Canada Winter Games. It was close to downtown, UPEI, and restaurants. The house was very clean and had everything you would need. Kathy was great and quickly answered any questions we had. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay at this home. The hosts have done a great job with amenities, decor, and comfort. We stayed for a weekend while in town and it had everything we needed to cook, was close to everything and we slept like babies in the beds. Highly recommend!

This is a nice 3 bedroom home a short 18min walk into the center of downtown Charlottetown. Lots of room to spread out in the house, all amenities as listed. The hosts were very attentive and accommodating. Like a previous visitor, we hung towels over the bathroom windows for additional privacy. For those over 6' you will be bending down to get under the shower head. Neither of these issues spoiled our overall satisfaction with the home and location.

Gerald House is a clean, well-appointed house only 10-15 minutes walk from downtown. It was so convenient and easy to stay here. Kathy and Robert were kind and communicative hosts and did a wonderful job of preparing the house (only weeks after Hurricane Fiona!) for our arrival. We had a great stay!

The house was clean and extremely well equipped (i.e. kitchen has everything we needed, there were beach chairs and umbrellas, lots of bath towels etc.). Kathy was easy to deal with and flexible with our arrival time. The house was lovely and well equipped, beds were comfy and the location made it easy to walk to downtown (about 1 km). Highly recommend.

Renting from Kathy and Bobby was great. The house was filled with everything you could possibly need and more and the small touches like cream and coffee pucks made it feel just like home. The location is conveniently located near groceries, the liquor store and several restaurants. The proximity to the local motorcycle club could be noisy on occasion but nothing we couldn’t ignore. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location for doing driving tours of island, walking distance to restaurants in main area of Charlottetown, quiet/safe neighborhood, comfortable/well stocked /clean home, excellent check in procedures with owners giving you a personal tour and intro to home. Would rent here again.

Just a wonderful place to stay. Clean and well kept. Home is loaded with character that made our experience in Charlottetown that much better. Close to everything you want to see in Charlottetown. Kathy and Bob were great to deal with. Highly recommend these hosts and this property.

Very clean with comforts of home. 3 bedrooms for family. Pet friendly with enclosed back yard. Easy walk to downtown restaurants. A bit farther to convention center but still only 15 minute walk.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay. The house was well stocked and very comfortable for my family. It was also within walking distance to everything we needed. The owner was very helpful and got back to me when I had questions. It is a great place to stay in town!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Kathy's house. A short walk downtown and across the street from grocery stores and other conveniences. A superb location. But most of all this house was in pristine condition, super comfortable with all the amenities and Kathy was warm and welcoming.
