The fire was nice

We had to clean the house on arrival, had to clean all the cutlery, glasses and dishes. We felt the linen needed a wash, the linen for the outdoor bed was not available. The provisions were quite poor from the quantity and size of cups to only enough cutlery for 5 at a time...just felt the entire house was under provisioned...we went out and purchased new glasses (left them behind), a lighter to light the fire, tupperware storage, mosquito coils (left them behind), gave the entire house a thorough clean and the outdoor couch is due for replacement I would suggest.

First I had to chase my deposit for 3 days with numerous call and promises of call backs, then being told it take 14 days!!!. Finally got hold of owner who accused our dog of chewing a coffee table, which was impossible given the damage and the breed, to then being told it was friends of the hosts dog. Then chasing payment yet again to be told it take 4 to 5 days to return deposit in a credit card. Add to this there was no outside mattress as advertised and the hot tap to outdoor shower is broken. This is not how you treat guests who've paid their money and deposit well ahead of booking and left the property in good condition. What a wrought.

Convenient location easy stroll to the beach and to the shops. All fenced in great for the dog to safely run around.
