Property doesn’t have any iron & hair dryer,which is very essential specifically in monsoon time.Lot of smell was there throughout our stay,especially from mattresses & pillows.

Its quite an irony but had a harrowing experience throughout.

The list can go on. The care taker was absent and extremely rude. We were 12 adults 4kids and 2infants and the arrangements needed were not enough. We had paid for each member but inspire of that he kept telling us that the bungalow is not well equipped for full occupancy. The air conditioners were not working! Flush tanks were dropping off and the toilet pipes were leaking. The cook didn’t have enough utensils to cook in and hence we got each meal 2hours late- my issue is if u can’t serve and make food in this bungalow why offer it in the first place. The customer service team is extremely rude and it’s like they are doing you a service by listening to you. I can go on and on. Towels were a huge problem and no one to clean the bungalow. The night utensils were not picked up. And when I told the care taker he creates a huge fuss..
