Ich habe den Urlaub zusammen mit meinen fünf Freunden in der Villa von Stelios verbracht und wir alle waren begeistert! Die Villa hat alles was man braucht und dazu noch der schöne Pool! Stelios war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat sich sehr bemüht. Gerne jeder Zeit wieder!

We stayed at this place for 7 nights and really enjoyed it. We especially loved the pool and the BBQ, great if you stay in a group of friends or family. You also get to the beach really quickly, just a few minutes walking and can enjoy good restaurants. Thank you Stelios, it was a pleasure to meet you!

I cannot recommend Stelios and this villa highly enough. It is in a lovely private location with fantastic views of the mountains and a short walk to all amenities including a fantastic taverna as well as the beach, shops and many restaurants along Stalis. Stelios is a wonderful host who met us at the airport to ensure we arrived safely and direct us to the villa. He caters the anything and everything you could possibly need for your stay! Top hospitality and superb facilities. We didn't want to leave! And will certainly be returning again next year. Thank you Stelios for the most amazing family vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Stellios’s place. The location, the pool, the access to the beach, super market and tavern by walking are all part of a winning vacation. Stellios was available to answer any question and help. We loved living in a traditional Greek house which was adding another layer of uniqueness to the whole experience. We will miss it.

The house is lovely and pool is fantastic. It was really clean and had some food and water in the fridge for us when we arrived, which was a nice touch. It's in a very peaceful neighbourhood and feels relaxing. The walk to Stalida is around 10 minutes but we had to go a long way around due to having a buggy and finding a suitable place to cross the main road, which was a little inconvenient. Stelios, the host, was so helpful and friendly. Overall, I would definitely recommend this villa.

Stayed at villa owned by Stelios . He picked us up from the airport , which was so handy . Absolutely perfect and so relaxed. Spotless villa and very beautiful inside with everything you need ,surroundings of mountain views. Peaceful and relaxing holiday and superb location. 10 mins walking to shops and beach. Perfect. We had a great stay. The photos don't do it justice! Beautiful villa with everything you need. Great pool for relaxing and sitting around evening and stunning views of the mountains and sea view from the balcony. Stelios was a great host, meeting us at the airport and giving us a helpful tour of the villa on arrival. He also made some great recommendations in terms of visits and local tavernas. The Villa is also very nicely located within 10mins walk to the beach and town of Stalida. Couldn't recommend enough as a great oasis in the wonderful island of Crete!

Excellent location, easy walk into town for the bars and food. Nearby supermarkets and only a short drive to everywhere. Good clean pool, and nice sunbathing areas. Aircon in every bedroom and in the main living room which worked very efficiently. Overall this was a great villa in a good location with excellent service.

Very much enjoyed our stay here, Stelios was kind enough to pick us up from the airport and provided us with lots of helpful information. The villa is very quiet, about 5 mins walk at the bottom of a winding road is a minimarket and a lovely taverna, beware the portions are huge, luckily we saw someone else's before we ordered, my husband and i shared the mixed grill for two, no starters needed, they even wrapped up the rest and we took it home for lunch. You can go under the road via an underpass and 5 more mins walk takes you to the lovely beach and the Stalida strip, lots of little shops here, lovely jewellery, a fantastic bakery with huge doughnuts for the kids and nice ice creams from a great guy who dresses up as Mario or Luigi on request. Many of the bars here back onto the beach and if you buy a drink from them you can use their sunbeds for free, our favourites were Nemo bar (free mini golf for customers, beware the cocktails may make you fall over) and The Irish bar (great music, pool table and darts for the kids). Two lovely restaurants here are Maria's House (so friendly, this was totally the kids favourite) and Mythos (more options on this menu, a little more grown up, this was my favourite restaurant, hallumi and grilled vegetables, feta baked in the oven and amazing lamb). We did have a bit of mosquito problem, so don't wait to be bitten, take some repellent with you and apply regularly, there is a pharmacy on the main strip who speak english if you need something, nice quiet break, very secluded so the kids could make lots of noise, win win.

Nous avons passé un séjour exeptionel en Crete grace à Stelios et sa villa. Je vous recommande cet hébergement pour plusieurs raisons: 1- Idéalement placé. À l’Est d’Heraklion vous êtes globalement au milieu de l’île. Ideal pour explorer l’Est et l’Ouest. La vue depuis la terasse de l’etage est top. 2- Tout confort. Les lits étaient fait à l’arrivé, les serviettes de bain et de piscine disponible, le frigo rempli pour un premier repas simple avant d’aller faire les courses (chose très appréciable quand vous arrivez à 22h) et le ménage irréprochable. Nous avons trouvé tout le nécessaire dans la cuisine pour passer de bons moments à tous les repas. 3- La piscine. Une grande piscine avec transat pour se détendre de jour comme de nuit. 4- Stelios le propriétaire est exceptionnel. C’est surement là un avantage majeur de cette villa. Stelios a eu pour nous tout un tas de petites attentions avant pendant et apres notre séjour. Je ne vous dirais rien pour ne pas gâcher le plaisir de cette rencontre humaine mais c’est un hôte serviable, disponible et qui sera vous considérer au delà du simple touriste... meme comme un ami. Bref pour résumer, calme détente confort et plaisir nous ont accompagné pendant ce séjour. Nous y retournerons dès que possible. Allez y les yeux fermé.

There must be someone creative in Stelios' family, as there is wonderful artwork all around inside, which adds to the wonderful character of the place. We virtually lived outside as the weather was so good, but there are different places to escape to, depending on the time of day. I loved the sunrise coming over the bay, while everyone enjoyed breakfast under the olive trees. We lazed around the pool from morning till night, and loved moving chairs around to find different colours by the poolside in the evening. The upstairs verandah was magical too, to enjoy the wonderful views over Stalida and the sea, as well as up into the hillsides all around. Stelios had left a great welcome set of provisions which were ideal for our late arrival, but there are several bakeries and mini-supermarkets nearby for brilliant loaves of bread and croissants. Stalida has loads of different sorts of places to eat, drink, and enjoy. We enjoyed walking around the place, as there was so much to see. We tried to get into the taverna that Stelios recommended, but it was packed (obviously a good place), but found two lovely tavernas (one on the main thoroughfare, and one off), to cater for our veggie family. Malia has a bigger supermarket, near the town centre crossroads. The sea at Stalida is lovely for early morning dips, but as a family, we preferred the beach up near Palace of Malia, as there is an open beach for people to just set up wherever they want, rather than using sun loungers and parasols. For day trips, we enjoyed Heraklion and the Aquarium, Agios Nikolaos is beautiful and we loved the changing scenery of the Lasithi Plateau. Everywhere we stopped, people were friendly and helpful - we had a lovely holiday. Thank-you Stelios.... x

Die Villa macht einen sauberen und ordentlichen Gesamteindruck und ist hervorragend ausgestattet. Das große Grundstück ist mit Olivenbäumen bepflanzt und es gibt keine direkten Nachbarn, die einem beim Schwimmen oder Sonnenbaden zuschauen könnten. Der Vermieter ist sehr sympathisch und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen und auf Wunsch hat er uns vom Flughafen zur Villa eskortiert. Er hat uns sehr nett durch das Haus geführt und war jederzeit bei Fragen oder Problemen erreichbar. Der Strand von Stalis ist bequem innerhalb von 10-15 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar. Mit dem eigenen Auto oder dem Taxi ist man in wenigen Minuten in den Nachbarorten Malia oder Hersonissos.

The communication from the owner was fantastic, we arrived at the airport to be personally collected by Stelios and when we arrived at the villa we couldn't have wished for a better equipped place, the little touches such as a starter pack of food and alcohol in the fridge was extremely welcome. I researched the area using google earth and found a car rental company at the bottom of street called M.P AUTOS, a family run business who delivered the car to the door, I would highly recommend them [email protected] ( ask for Giorgios and say Stuart says hi) the villa has a progressive stepped pool so our 3 year old loved every minute of it, at night the villa lights up and has a real funky feel for those nice warm evenings, with the car we were able to explore and did a trip to Chrissi island I have left a review on the boat Nautilos ( worth a look ) the villa has 3 bedrooms but there were only 3 of us in the villa so we didn't use the one which is on a mezzanine level off the lounge. Everything you need is in the villa and although we ate out most nights you have a BBQ and all mod cons.. The madness of Malia is far enough away for a quiet time and if you venture into Old Malia it's quaint and has a great restaurant called San Giorgio and Wednesday night in the square of Mohos is worth a look, the coastline of Crete is narrow so you will not find many quiet beaches but even the snob in me found that if you sit at the front you can ignore what's behind you. Note the shore is a bit rocky so sea shoes are not a bad idea and there is a large supermarket near the strip in Malia that is cheap enough. The villa is well located and so getting around is easy having hired the car from MP we parked there most days and wandered through the alley to the beach as it's a little more than a five min walk with kids and up hill on the way home. There is a Greek restaurant at the bottom of the hill which is great value and v friendly, the attitude towards children right across Crete is amazing and very relaxing. I will definitely returning to Crete and the villa, and thank you so much to Stelios as you made the experience and went out of your way. Note the wifi is free but look under the router for the Wan code starting 1406.... And you may need to clear the pool filter occasionally and add the provided chlorine tablets as the pool water can flow over after a few days but this is a nothing concern if you think as the stay being in your own home treating like it's yours

Amazing owner willing to pick up and drop off his hosts at the airport with no charge. Very quite and private back yard with clean large private swimming pool. 3 very clean nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Walking distance the best beach in the area and to excellent food choices.

Most beautiful villa. Other Steolis and brother in law George could not do enough. Myself and three friends stayed here. The villa was perfect and the pool amazing. Best holiday ever. Thank you

We had a fabulous week in this villa. The house is very well-equipped with everything we needed, and lots of little extras like basics in the fridge when we arrived, fuel for the barbecue, etc. There are three bedrooms, so the place is big enough for six, although tone of the rooms is a mezanine and so open to noise in the living-room, if others get up early; it didn't bother us as everyone headed outside as soon as they got up. There is a nice patio with sun loungers and good shade, and a great pool which the kids practically lived in. The location is convenient, in a quiet little road but only ten minutes walk from the nearest beach which is in Stalida with lots of bars and shops etc. The beach is great for kids, but there are nice quieter ones within a few minutes drive the other side of Malia. In fact, although we had a car, we could have managed without, the buses are nearby and go pretty much everywhere. Stelios was very welcoming and helpful, met us at the airport and guided us to the villa, gave us lots of information and even a box of cookies to sustain us on the homeward journey!. Great place, thanks Stelios.

The owner Stylianos was extremely welcoming and made our transfer seamless. He went out of his way to get us settled in and was available throughout the week for advise and any assistance we needed. The villa was clean and fully equipped with everything you need for the perfect family holiday. The walk-in pool was my favourite, the WiFi kept the kids occupied and the satellite TV kept the wife happy. The pool area is a absolute sun-trap and the built-in A/C kept us cool in the evenings. After a day relaxing in the quiet surroundings, numerous bars, restaurants and shops are only a short walk away. Stalis is ideal for family's, and has a safe and un-hurried atmosphere, with the typical Greek hospitality. We would thoroughly recommend this villa, and will be making a return trip very soon.

Stelios, le proprétaire, est très gentil et très serviable (il est venu nous chercher à l''aéroport et nous a apporté des gâteux typiques le dernier jour!). Nous ne trouvons rien à redire à cette maison qui dispose de tout le confort, et même plus. Elle est très bien située, un peu en retrait de la côte (loin de bruit de Malia) mais suffisamment proche pour savoir atteindre la plage en 10 minutes à pieds. Je la recommande vivement!"

Elle est à 10mn environ à pied de la plage. Les propriétaires sont absolument adorables et très attentifs au bien-être de leurs locataires.
