Amazing location and the host was very responsive. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach vacation

The unit was quaint. The supplied beach towels, chairs, and umbrella were great! A short walk across the street put us on the amazing beach!

Love this little gem in the island ,2nd time to stay here always enjoy, very clean and efficient.

We came from gloomy Ohio for a quick weekend trip and had an amazing time. The location is seriously the best. The place had everything we needed for a day at the beach. Will definitely recommend this place to others!

I only stayed over night here! It was very adequate for that stay! It’s just one bathroom, one bedroom. And a small kitchen. It has a microwave, a mini fridge, and a stove top kitchen appliance. It was perfect for one person. I would stay with my spouse here too! The location is amazing! Right in the middle of the activity on Ana Marie island! But also not too loud. I also didn’t eat there or shower there, so I don’t know for sure how the amenities would be. There is one TV too, no cable, but it does have Netflix already logged in which was nice!

Cross the street and you’re at the beach. Accidentally locked out and the owners communicated quickly and solved our issue. I was a bit unsettled that the lock box code is the same on all units. I accidentally entered another guest’s room upon first arrival and then later that day, another guest accidentally entered our room! FYI: don’t book through Expedia for local activities. Horrible experience and no word of a refund yet. Our boat ride was cancelled. I would’ve driven an hour to st Pete for nothing had I not pro actively called to see if the boat tour was still on for that day. Bought three tickets and I’ve had. 0 refund. 0 voucher. And no call back or email regarding my concern. Customer service hold time was two hours I don’t have two hours to wait on the phone. I entered the option to receive a call back and I am still waiting for that call back several days later. The rental unit was very cute had all the amenities that I needed. Unbeatable price to be that close to a quiet beach!

We had a great time! We loved that it was walking distance to Beach and only one minute driving distance to Coquina Beach( best). The apt was very clean and it had the main utensils needed for a 4 night stay. I would've liked the fridge to be a regular fridge, small but that we wouldn't have to bend to open and the TV higher. It was too low and physically painful to watch. Other than that we loved it. Maria was very sweet and helpful. We would go again but to a smaller one, because of my disability.

Great stay! Steps from the beach which made life SO easy. Also close to all of the town amenities so you are able to walk everywhere. Accidentally locked ourselves out one day (lol) and the owners communication was quick and heplful! Couldn’t have asked for a better spot! Will be coming back!

The location is perfect! You can walk to restaurants and shops and it’s just a few steps from the beach. The actual unit is small, especially the bathroom. For us it was okay because we didn’t spend much time in the room. Overall we had a great week here and would without a doubt book again.

It was small but cute perfect for two loved the high ceiling mark was super nice

This suite is located two blocks from Bridge Street, for restaurants and shopping. The beach is just across the street, as is the free trolley stop that will take you from one end of the island to the other. The property is clean and has a beachy decor. It was perfect for my needs.

This was just as described. Perfect location, just a short distance to the beach. Room was very clean and accommodating. Bathroom was a little small but it worked for us.

We truly enjoyed the location, the price and unit. We'll be back!

This was a great spot. Two streets away from Bridge St. which has lots of restaurants and bars. The beach is across the street. The house provided beach towels, chairs and small cooler. Everything in walking distance no car needed. Room was on the smaller side but still perfect. We will be coming back! FYI Uber’s are hard to come by at Bradenton beach. We used a private taxi service to get to Armond Circle on Long Boat Key. We took the free trolley to The sand bar restaurant on Anna Maria Beach. Great place

We were shocked by how small the room and bathroom were. The bath was ridiculous. Probably 3 feet wide by 6. The sink was at your knees. The sink didn't drain. The walls are so thin. The people in the next room at 2:30 am were so loud. We could hear everything. The kitchen area and table were on a incline. The super small fridge barley opened. We were very disappointed. The location is great and that's about it.

Close to Everything! And literally steps away from the beach ! I was kept up to date with check in and check out! The room was cute and Clean and they even provided chairs for use and a small styrofoam cooler! Couldn’t ask for more it’s all we needed

Unit was clean and comfortable and location was great. Bathroom was very small and shower head was extremely low as my husband was not able to get under it.

We love this building and have been in 3 different units. have the pleasure of meeting owners this time around. They were very nice. Did want to say, this is not a one bedroom. This is a studio.

The property is walking distance to everything. We loved it.

The only thing good about this is location, the shower & basin only big enough for children they need a bigger TV the toaster didn’t work & the outside needs cleaned up definitely not a place for seniors would never recommend this to anyone.

The property was clean and private. The only down thing was the mattress has seen it's better days. It was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. Great location and value for the cost.

We were forced to move units mid-stay. Now, our secondary unit was very nice and much bigger than the unit we originally rented, but the inconvenience of moving from unit to unit during a vacation was disappointing. As for the original rental, the photos online did not match the actual unit. It appears that some renovations have cut down on the bathroom space, which was important to me as a larger man. Those issues aside, this place was in an amazing location with only 20 to 30 steps to the beach. I would absolutely go back, but I’d rent a different unit from the start to avoid the small bathroom.

Great location to beach and restaurants. (within walking distant to both.) Room is small but everything is there (kitchen, tv, bed shower outside seating). The only complaint we had was the air conditioner is loud and bottom sheet did not stay on the bed. Over all great place

The property was great. It was just a little smaller then expected, especially the bathroom. other then that the A/C did not work well during the day it was just to small for the old non insulated room, but at night would freeze you out. The price and location still give this Property a 4 star rating from me.
