Great location, three minute walk to the beach. Five minute walk to Bridge Street restaurants/shops. Right on Gulf Drive so quite a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. Parking right in front can be a challenge getting in/out. Very small unit but we were only there four nights so it was fine. Would stay here again.

This was a cute unit across the street from the beautiful white sandy beach of Braidenton on the island of Anna Maria! This unit was clean and had everything we needed for a great week at the beach!

Perfect location! Close to the water, shops, restaurants and trolley! Our room was small but sufficient for the price. We would recommend!

Room was very small and basic which we expected. Picked because of the excellent location to a wedding venue and other restaurants etc.

Please note the images of the studio are deceiving. The picture shown is not how it looks at all. it's dark and dingy like an unfinished basement. If Expedia allows it I will upload pictures. We checked in at 3 and left at 7:45p. That's how bad it was. The owner did offer us a bigger room, but the sq. footage was not the issue. The fact that we were deceived with the photos presented regarding how the studio would look. If it looked like this photo we would have stayed. But it did not.

Clean room, perfect for our two night getaway. Literally steps from the beach and all of the shop/restaurants on Bridge St.

Room was a bit dated but clean. Spent most of the time exploring nearby. I highly recommend!

The house is a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the main street restaurants and businesses. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. Maria was a great host and replied to our messages in minutes. Highly recommended!

Unit was old with mildew on window frames and door to bathroom disintegrated. Faucet in bathroom ( the only sink) came off when turned on. Bedding inferior. Towels inferior! Location excellent. I took photos!

The pictures make the room seem bigger. And a small eating area and kitchenette have been added that aren’t pictured. A bit run down with grimy windows. The owner has tried to freshen it up with paint. Traffic noise is apparent but you are right across from the beach. And as another reviewer stated, You don’t visit the beach to sit in your hotel room.

Great little place to stay and so central to everything. Across the street from the beach, 2 blocks from Bridge Street. Wicked Cantina and Blue Marlin were fantastic. Trolley was fun to see the other end of the island and not have to find parking. Footnote: AC is right near bed - hard to hear TV and loud but it also blocks noise from outside as well. All in all - a great little place for two for a getaway!

It was clean and comfortable. Very tiny, but perfect for the two of us. Location was awesome and we loved the free trolley that took us up to Anna Maria Island. Food in the area was awesome too. We had dinner at the Blue Marlin... Oh My! The owner was very accommodating and there were very nice touches in the room to greet us. I would have given 5 stars but it was just a bit small.

This place was perfect for two people! The location was awesome, very close to the beach and restaurants Oceanside and bayside. The place was a little musty/damp, but we were not in the room very much due to the amazing weather and great beach. I would definitely come back to this area and rental again.

Very nicely appointed space in a great location.

Loved the door to door car service. Prompt and friendly. Room was ready when we arrived. Busy street, but right across from beach access. Could easily hear our neighbors in the adjoining room, so we slept with earplugs to block the TV. Ample towels and a few beach chairs. Good for 24 hour stay.
