What a wonderful home! Everything was immaculate and it was so inviting. I will recommend this rental to anyone wanting to stay in Orange County. It is centrally located and only about a 20 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to explore.
Our hosts were extremely responsive and attentive. The house was fully stocked with all necessary dishes, towels, and toiletries. I was also impressed with the toddler books and dishes!
Should you choose to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

From booking, it was a pleasure to stay at this glamourous place! Sandy was prompt with my schedule change, which I really appreciated, and the reviews are correct; it's very well set up, down to filtered water chilling in the fridge! Thanks again for a lovely stay!

This place is a true gem. Fully stocked with everything you need and more. Sandy is an excellent host. The home is immaculate and has a lovely patio outside. We used the pool on a number of occasions and had it to our selves. We enjoyed the trails and the fact we could walk to resturants. The many beaches are a short drive. We would definitely recommend this home and would love to return.

Very quiet area…lots of fun walking paths…grocery stores, restaurants, Costco, gas, everything we needed was close. The weather was super! We enjoyed our time there.

We loved our stay at Laguna Hills! Everything about it was great - super clean, well equipped, and a fabulous location. Communication with Sandy was VERY prompt - always appreciated by a renter. We encountered no issues at all but I have no doubt that anything that HAD come up would have been handled immediately. We highly recommend and will return if we are in the area again.

We stayed at the condo while visiting my son and his wife in Irvine. I'm a light sleeper so the quiet was welcome. We only used the master bedroom, but the bed in that room was very comfortable.
The home was well furnished and clean, and we truly appreciated the paper goods and toiletries. We had one issue, and it was addressed immediately. We also took advantage of the Fire TV, watching a very fun Netflix movie.
The location was also wonderful. We went to the beach twice (again, very much appreciated the available beach towels and umbrella). There were lots of restaurants and shopping places close by.
I would definitely recommend this rental.

Met the lovely owner, Sandy, upon arrival. Everything was provided for our comfort including plentiful towels, pillows, blankets, kitchenware, and even lots of nice toiletries. We loved our stay!😊❤

Family Stay
Our stay went very smoothly! Our family enjoyed the location near everything and very beautiful towns around. My children enjoyed the community pool a lot, and was right across the unit! The playground area was perfect too.
Terry was great with communication and we felt comfortable during our stay!

Wonderful California Experience
We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this Condo. The accommodations were excellent and the owner was very friendly and super to work with during our stay. The Condo was fully stocked with supplies for cooking, dining, bedding, and bathing. It was also a great area for the things we wanted do; biking on the trails, trips to the beaches, walking our dogs in the park nearby, and shopping. The neighbors were also very friendly and helpful. We definitely want to come back to this Condo and this area of California in the future. Many thanks to Sandy and Terry for making our stay such a wonderful experience!

A Wonderful Place to Stay
We are still so thankful for the soap, coffee and laundry detergent that were provided in this condo. Flying in from across the US, it was so nice to be comfortable and ready-to-go when settling in. The Master BR walk-in closet was convenient, with lots of garment, shelves, and luggage space. The owner is very sweet and helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Ideally situated for a variety of area beaches: 15-20 minutes away for Laguna, Dana Point, San Clemente. Property is excellently maintained. Host solicitous of our needs. Highly recommended.

Perfect!!!!
Everything was as described and pictured. All of the little extras like coffee, sugar, creamer, and personal products were so thoughtful. If you arrive late evening you don't even have to worry about having your morning coffee! Terry and Sandy are always available for any questions. All in all a great place to stay!

It looks bigger on picture and parking garage only fits a small car only!
It's location is close to the beach but won't stay there again. They asked if we wanted a no contac check in . I said please because my mother is older and with covid we would like that. Well she called us several times before we got there wanting to me us. It's was late and we were tiered. The next day I'm at the beach and she calls all day and texts she's coming by. So we had to go back and she came by and then asked to come in. I thought it was odd and I told her my mom is old and we wanted to keep safe. We left two days early and then she text many days later that my kids left the key probably at the pool to mail it. We didn't have it and tried to reach out but no answer. Never had a negative experience with Virbo....this was the first.

Just like home in Laguna Hills
Overall this place was amazing. Not only because it was spotless, well appointed, well located, and just plain perfect. But, because Sandy does so many little things that are important to travelers. Kitchen was stocked with spices, and everyday needs, including matching silverware, beautiful dinnerware, appliances were like new, and coffee was provided. Not just for the first day, but enough for our entire stay. We also had plenty of towels, linens and dozens of hangers in the closet. She came over and introduced herself and made sure we had every possible thing we needed. My wife said that she felt instantly at home as soon as we walked in the door. You can't go wrong by staying here, in fact we tried to rebook for September and found the unit to be already rented. So if you need a place to stay in the Laguna Hills, Laguna Beach area, choose this one!!! You won't be dissapointed.

Not only was Sandy very attentive , the property is located next to other condos & every one was very welcoming & great with suggestions on where to go & great restaurants! Great property! Quiet neighborhood and close to several restaurants and stores.
We loved staying here - the condo was very comfortable. Everything you would need for a stay was there. Very close to many stores and restaurants. We had our dog with us and there are several walking trails all around the neighborhood. Very quiet neighborhood. We loved it!

Perfect Stay
We stayed for 6 weeks and have found our home away from home! It was clean, quiet and very close to shopping. The location could not have been any better for us, as our daughter and family live 3 miles away. Sandy was the perfect hostess and was extremely easy to work with. She even brought over early Chistmas presents for us!!!! It was a perfect place for us. Thank you, Sandy!

For renters- Fyi, condo isn’t “ brand new” in case your looking for a brand new development, but has some new things in it, like appliances etc. It’s an established community that was well kept and the neighborhood felt safe. Nice playground and field behind the home that the kids loved to use in the mornings.
Overall a great stay and would consider renting again if we visit OC.

Wonderful time!
We are a family of 4. We spent 9 nights here. We had everything we needed to feel like home. Sandy (the owner) is really nice and she was always available for us if we needed something. The neighborhood is quite and excellent to walk my dog around. Also, there are stores within walking distance. The location is great to go to all the beaches around (Laguna, Salt Creek, Monarch). We can’t wait to get back! Thank you Sandy and team for let us stay in your wonderful place.

This was the best HomeAway out of 5 that we have rented!
Not only was the owner welcoming and charming so was the condo.
We were welcomed by Sandy (the owner) who showed and explained EVERYTHING and more.
Our 2 bedroom 2 bath was perfect. It was clean, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. I was amazed at how much thought Sandy put into the condo. She provided everything from shampoo to cream and coffee! We were surprised that she even thought of things we forgot! Our stay was the most perfect we ever had at a Homeaway/VRBO!

Our stay at Sandy’s condo was wonderful. Condo is really cute and has above and beyond everything you need for a stay away from home. Sandy is a great host who met us personally to give us the keys and show us around. Condo is in a great location to get around town.

Wonderful Location
Refurbished unit ,with a rather strange decor . Can’t beat the location as it was so close to everything, including the beaches. It’s time to change the linen ,towels etc. Their sheets were so skimpy we had to purchase our own. Audio was excellent everywhere. One local resident said the owner shouldn’t be rentingbecause it was causing the value of her home to drop. Neighbors in close proximity to the unit were very nice,especially the lady upstairs.The caretaker was also very helpful on a number of occasions.
Should we decide to use VRBO again we would be looking for a much more upscale property

The owner was incredibly gracious and accommodating, and we loved the condo. Our only suggestion would be to add another chair to the living room area. Overall, though, the condo was wonderful.

Beautiful house, perfect location!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Our hostess Sandy met us there and showed us all the inns and outs of the house. She was very warm and welcoming and even took the time to show us the brochures she had picked up about the surrounding area. The house was newly remodeled and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and she even provided us with her favorite coffee to brew. We had two kids with us (7 and 10) and after a long day at Disney and being out and about, we swam and soaked in the hot tub. We were there for 5 days and had the pool area to ourselves the entire trip. When we did run into neighbors they had nothing but amazing things to say about Sandy and her property. Very pleasant experience! Thanks Sandy for an amazing vacation!

Met all our needs - extremely well-appointed condo.
The condo layout and its amenities more than met our requirements. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed, best we've ever stayed in: appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, etc. The grounds were great for our pets, and the location was central to our travel itinerary.
Sandy, the host, met us on arrival and walked us through the property. She kept in touch in case we had questions or needed anything else. Super value.

Fabulous, Outstanding, the best we've seen!
5 STARS ++ this place is over the top amazing. This is the best Vacation Rental evperience we've had and this is our 15th stay. I expected a nice place but this place is stunning, truly. Everything was perfect. Sandy and Terry are incredible hosts going the extra mile with hospitality and attention to detail. Everything is new, extremely high quality and everything works perfectly. Anything I didn't have they got for me . Super comfortable beds excellent large tubs and showers excellent kitchen we loved the fireplace the spa the pool. There are walking trails all around with beautiful trees, greenery, we had a picnic in the lawn. The kids loved the playground and played for over an hour. Great grocery stores and shopping around the corner. We were very keen to be near the beach and the drive to the most beautiful beach and town Laguna Beach was 7 minutes away. Amazing! We love this place thank you for having us. Five stars plus plus!

Sandy was an ideal host: available, accommodating, and welcoming. The pretty condo had everything we needed for our stay. An unexpected treat was the accessibility of walking trails just steps from the front door!
