value for money

the hot tub gave us an electric shock

good location, close to restaraunts and the beach as well as two supermarkets nice swimming pool area

we had no hot water during our stay, and the electricity keept going out on our third night there a security alarm went off in the middle of the night despite the fact that we never turned it on which disrupted our sleep a great deal

The location of the property was exceptional just a walk away from a supermarket and a few minutes from the centre of Los Cristianos. The villa was very spacious and had everything you could need it was modern and had excellent outside seating areas along with a hot tub should that be your thing. The whole complex was clean tidy and felt safe with the extra entry security.

Not that it was any fault of the letting company but the dogs next door barked, a lot,..... and were outside all day and night ... it was very annoying.

There was plenty of space it was clean and the location was perfect

The villa was very clean, comfortable and well equipped.

Unfortunately the hot tub didn’t work, we did mention is to the staff but nothing was done about it, we only had a short stay so it didn’t spoil it too much but would have been a little annoying if we had been there for any length of time. Our stay was also unfortunately spoilt by the very noisy neighbours who played loud music all day (not the fault of the villa owners) They were Spanish people who obviously lived there but had no respect for their neighbours at all, they also had dogs who lived outside on the patio and barked at every noise and everybody who walked past on the complex, we were kept awake by the dogs barking at 3:00am and then again at 5:00am. We love dogs and have 2 of our own but very annoying when they are just left out barking all the time but as I said this wasn’t the fault of the villa owners but did spoil our stay unfortunately.
