Sehr knappes Frühstück, aber sehr in Ordnung

Os funcionários são impecáveis. Eu só tenho elogios. Ajudam com tudo. inclusive com a questão do carro que fica na rua. A localização é perfeita para quem vai fazer comprar no micro centro de CDE. Várias vezes eu saia sozinha pra comprar algo e voltava, é muito bem localizado e mesmo à noite tem segurança na porta.

Eu só acho que o café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades, principalmente de frutas.

Funcionario da recepcao muito querido e atencioso,localizaçao mais do que perfeita praticamente no fervo das compras do lado da loja da chenson uma tentacao,mercado excelente a 2 minutos ,restaurante na frente enfim vale pela localizacao.

É um lugar basico, pra quem quer so chegar e dormir pq nao tem nada pra fazer e nem muito conforto. Nao gostei do banheiro nao me senti nem um pouco confortavel com vaso sanitario dentro do box isso quebrou.

A estadia foi agradável. A equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa, simpáticos e prestativos. O chuveiro era bom, com boa pressão de água e água bem quente. Toalhas de banho eram boas e macias. Café da manhã gostoso. A localização é ótima fácil de ir a pé para todas os principais lojas e shoppings. Conseguíamos fazer as compras e retornar para o hotel para deixar as sacolas. No geral gostamos muito.

A limpeza do quarto poderia melhorar, especialmente embaixo da cama, tapete... Pois tinha muitos cabelos. Ar condicionado antigo e um pouco barulhento mas funcionava bem

Not bad, good value for the price, close to the bridge and to all important shops and malls. Friendly staff, one of the receptionists has a permanent smile. The restaurant offers lunch but there are better place s to eat.

Staff were amazing. Gentleman on the front desk was an absolute star looking after us. Ladies at breakfast would cook us up sandwich mixto. Also, cute cat and parrot combo is always a winner!

Sink in bathroom is in the shower, which is a little annoying when you're wearing socks...

extremely hard bed , hole in a window so mosquitos will come to your room and they gave me dirty room that looked like its cleaned so i told the guy and he gave me a new room so problem was solved

The location is great! The guy at the reception is amazing and can give you lots of information about things to do. The breakfast was good. Good Wi-Fi.

The hotel looks good at first glimpse, but it's pretty run down. It was not super clean, but still acceptable. The air conditioning was just bringing air from outside inside, no cold air. The windows couldn't be closed completely leaving mosquitoes inside constantly. It's okay for 1 night though.

Some of the staff are ok. The breakfast was adequate.

The room looked different from the pictures. Facilities were basic. The area didn't feel safe, but the main reason for my rating is that the staff member who checked us refused to take the dollar notes we had even though they were legitimate and taken out from a bank. After failing to get transport around, we asked for help, and he called one of his friends who charged us (later found out) 3x the normal rate. We also got left behind at ITAPU dam because we didn't have enough money after they took all our money. You should be able to trust hotel staff to make sure guests are safe, but this looked like a collaborative hit job. I IMPLORE ANYONE READING THIS, DO NOT TRUAT THE STAFF (especially the young curly head man) WITH TRANSPORT ARRANGEMENT.

The price and location were the main factors of my booking. I could walk across from Brazil and straight to the hotel without any taxi. It was bare bones. You got everything you needed and nothing more, which was fine with me. The staff ended up being the best thing about my stay, with them helping with sightseeing, tours and then contacting my Uber that took off with my bag in it!

The staff guys at the front desk are great, especially Leandro who speaks excellent English. Location is right in the city center. Good A/C and WiFi.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel & Restaurante Guarania. The staff was super accommodating. Its location can not be beaten. Plenty of places to shop in the neighborhood, and only a 10-minute walk to Friendship Bridge connecting to Brazil. While you should not expect luxury, our room was clean, and the air conditioning and Wifi worked well.

Breakfast was minimal and the facilities are outdated, but the pros outweighed the cons of this accommodation.

The room was not clean, there was residues from other stays, and the bathrooms are small and not comfortable.

An old, but very nice hotel with the beautiful people who care about it. The room is simple, but the bed is large, bed linen and towels are fresh. Staying in the city for a couple of nights is the best option. The breakfast is simple but tasty. And everyone takes care of you, it's very nice. But our main love is the Pancho parrot! He's just the sweetest old man to talk to. We will definitely visit him again!

If you are afraid of the noise of shopping streets, then this option is not for you, you need to look for a hotel in another area of the city. But for us it was not a problem.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good. Walkable to the main areas. Breakfast was very good.

I didn't have a window but i got the cheapest room

Super friendly and helpful staff (English speaking too) - helped me organize transportation and a COVID test and gladly answered all of my questions, good wifi, hot showers, nice free breakfast, central location downtown and walkable to the main shopping centers

location is great just a walking distance from the bridge of friendship, I came from Brazil.And the staff is just amazing even the guy from reception he can speak English. Very helpful. He helped me to organise my trip to Itaipu and also he helped me to buy the bus ticket to Asuncion. Highly recommended

NO HABIA TOALLAS.

This is my standard Hotel I always use at least once when I stay around Ciudad del Este. This is perfectly located in the shopping area and very close to the bridge to Brazil. The cheapest and best value for money. I like the people who run it. Breakfast usually included and it's fairly decent breakfast. At lunchtime there is a decent Shawarma (Döner) place next door. This is a simple hotel that does the job, price is unbeatable and location is perfect. Here, I even give you a comparison of choices so you get the overview. Hotel Austria, usually around $40 per night (over twice the price) not as perfect a location. They have a nice German restaurant, but on Sunday you're out of luck, and I think Monday too. Never come to CdE on Sunday anyway. There are a couple of more hotels around Guarania, but they are either cheap (but not that cheap) and not so nice, or they are another $10 more expensive than Austria, for a pool that is ice cold and therefore unusable. Nothing around the shopping area has a pool, not worth trying. If you want to have a resort style place with pool so you can really relax (especially good over Sunday, when CdE centro is dead) then you go to Asuncion Grand Hotel, it's a little behind quilometro quatro, cheap bus fair to and fro, but the pool area is really nice. I review that separately. Oh, and if you wonder if you should stay on the Brazil side instead, I tell you the hotels close to the bridge are not as nice and then it gets more pricey.

For the money I find nothing to complain.
