Clean and practical. Good for overnight transit stop. Probably wouldn’t stay for a longer trip. Reasonable buffet breakfast available.

A bit dated and rooms still have the faint smell of cigarettes.

La saleté, la Clim non fonctionnelle, le rooftop…une véritable arnaque…piscine avec des familles se baignant habillées dégoulinantes dans l’ascenseur ! Le bar du rooftop avec des vestiges de mobiliers extérieurs…hallucinant le choc à l’ouverture de l’ascenseur ! La crise Covid est passée par là mais cela n’excuse pas un tarif élevé pour un hôtel dans cet état. Photos mensongères à mettre à jour sur le site.

Great property. Great location. They have an amazing Asian restaurant at ground floor next door.

The staff were helpful. Staff presented themselves professionally. Their friendliness is awesome. The roof-top pool area is the draw card of the hotel. Need to provide an afternoon and dinner atmosphere utilising the restaurants to share specific menus for certain nights. For example, we have the best seafood in town come and try out our steamed fish and our delicious prawns on the side while you sip a glass of chardonnay and or bottle of merlot.

The last time we were in Nalagi was back in 2019. We were aware that it was a COVID-19 facility for travellers. It just needs to shake off the reputation. Certain aspects of the building are dated but it requires a touch-up here and there.

The rooftop pool was lovely, and the location was ideal.

I complained twice about the broken air conditioning in the hotel room I was assigned, but it wasn't fixed. Along with a comment sheet from the last visitor, there was an alcohol bottle from a prior stay left in the side drawer. The restroom lacked proper hygiene, and insects and cockroaches were emerging from the chamber. The room dissolved like a poorly cleaned smoke. The hotel's breakfast was appalling; the buffet menu was really unappealing, the waiters didn't wear gloves when preparing scrambled eggs, there were flies everywhere, and there was no replenishment of bread or fruit.

Staff were friendly and willing to help. The room was clean and heaps of space, really happy with it.. Rooftop pool & bar area is fantastic. McDonald's next door open 24hrs

Toilets did not flush. Neither the room or the lobby one.

Breakfast was basic. Not enough fruit or cereal choices. Hot foods were average.

The bathroom had alot of mould. Lots of bugs found on bed sheets. Very noisy. Could clearly hear the next room and doors closing. Place really needs a upgrade. Cracks on the walls.

Details of the Breakfast served from 6 am - 10 am: 1) Daily - bread, egg, lamb sausages (would prefer some chicken sausages on an alternate day as some does not eat lamb meat), cakes, croissants, pastries, cornflakes, butter, strawberry jam, apple, watermelon & dates 2) Alternate day - may have bacon (insufficient bacon served as by 9.20 am all bacon is gone & there is no top-up), sweet & sour fish, baked beans, scrambled eggs, porridge, vegetable fried rice, hash brown

In our bedroom, there are very very small black bugs on the table where teacups, saucers, sugar, tea & coffee are placed. The bedroom smells stale. Luckily, I managed to go to a nearby Chemist/Pharmacy to buy spray disinfectant & got rid of the stale smell and bugs and for 5 days and 4 nights, I placed a DO NOT DISTURB CARD on the door as I do not want my bedroom to be cleaned by the Housekeeper.

Friendly staff and customer service. Beautiful clean rooms and great views of Nadi from our room on Level 5.
