We stayed at this beautiful property during Thanksgiving 2022. Our family had a great time!!

We had such an amazing time staying at this lovely home in Angelfire. The house was well stocked and very clean, the host was very communicative and the views were AWESOME! Summertime is a spectacular time To visit. Located just up the mountain from the resort, we enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning.

Our family of 6 adults and a new granddaughter had a wonderful visit. The weather, especially the low temperatures in the summer make this house a great place to escape the summer heat. Everything is well planned for and Bret provides excellent communication. We’d love to visit again.

This place was everything we expected and more! The views were stunning and the property was in perfect condition. There were ample supplies provided and a grocery store just 10-15 minutes away. We will definitely book again if we ever return to Angel Fire!

We’ve been going to Angel Fire for over 10 years and by far this house had the best views. The house fit our party of 12 perfect! Loved it!

This was our first time snow skiing with our family of 6 plus 2 grandparents, and the house was perfect. Location is great, and the house was very clean upon arrival. We stay at VRBOs each year near Rosemary Beach, and we've never had a house this well equipped. Owner was very helpful and attentative to ensure we were enjoying our stay. Highly recommend!

Let me start by saying this house was AMAZING, the pictures only tell part of the story. When we got there we were in awe, it is truly a “Dream Home” and we were honored that Bret and Angie shared their home with us for the week! Words can barely describe the time we had and shared as a family in this beautiful home on the mountain, there was so much room we all had our own beds and more than enough room for the 9 of us. The deck outside has the best view all day long, including sunsets are to die for. We couldn’t have been more happy with the whole set, they provide everything we needed and wanted on our stay and if it wasn’t there then Bret is more than willing to get it for you. He also helped out with some local places to enjoy like horseback riding and snow mobiling, and where to shop and where to go for any needs. It was easy to communicate with Bret even from before we got there up until after we left, he really showed that he wanted us to have the best time and believe me we did. And we surely appreciate a genuinely gracious host, that’s the bonus you get when you stay here. We were close to the ski resort where we went snowboarding and tubing but yet not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle with crowds, and that’s exactly what we were looking for. We also had deer coming strolling through the back yard in the mornings and the kiddos loved that, they also loved hiking everyday down the mountain and exploring new things. Which was a great unplug from their I-phones and I-pads which they needed desperately. The jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom was a tranquil place for my wife to relax and she let calgon take her away, Lol. All in all this house and the hosts was above and beyond what we had expected and we will definitely come back as long as they will have us, and we highly recommend others to stay here as well. Just be courteous and take care of the dream home as it is your own, like we did. This was a fantastic trip. The owners are amazingly accommodating and kind. We saw an abundance of wildlife and even got snow! We had a great trip. The house has everything you could need. 5 stars for sure!

We love returning to this cabin each year! The owners are great to work with and make sure the house is in great condition for us. The house is roomy and cozy. The views from the deck are spectacular and it’s a peaceful retreat. We will continue coming back to this cabin each year for our fall family getaway.

Amazing house and location! Everything was just as described, great house and perfect outdoor space. Loved the deer passing through every morning and also saw elk one morning. Area is so quiet and peaceful, great place to get away from it all. Well stocked kitchen, also used the gas fire as it's already chilly at night, plus enjoyed the view under the stars from the deck. Very easy communication with home owner. Great stay!

Cannot say enough about the peaceful location and view from the deck of this house! Started the day on the deck with a cup of coffee, taking in the scenery and wildlife; ended the day on the deck taking in gorgeous sunsets and star gazing late into the night! It was a great location to spend with my family and celebrate my 50th birthday. Three of us work in healthcare in hospital settings. The past year and a half have been stressful and tiring dealing with the pandemic. This trip and stay in this lovely home relaxed and re-energized my body, mind, and spirirt and prepared me to come back and face the surge of this delta variant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The home was large enough to fit our entire extended family, with plenty of space to spread out. The views and surrounding landscapes are beautiful, with great hiking and exploring nearby. The home was well-stocked and very clean. We look forward to being back in the future.

Spectacular views of the mountains (and even part of the golf course), everything at the house worked great, lots of wildlife, strong internet and great home office, impeccably responsive, courteous and helpful owner. It was a stellar home base for a family of 5 and would comfortably host more people.

Our family which included infants to grandparents had an amazing experience here. The house is so cozy and comfortable it almost feels like your own. We enjoyed the rocking chairs on the back deck in the morning and the gas fire pit on comfortable outdoor furniture in the evening. The house was outfitted with everything we needed. Bret was an amazing host that genuinely wanted us to have a great stay. We would certainly rent this house again and recommend to anyone looking for a tranquil mountain visit.

Wonderful home overlooking Angle Fire. Enjoyed the evenings sitting by the fire pit gazing at the stars. Very clean home with all the amenities. We would definitely stay at this location again.

Beautiful home! Our family had the best time and the experience with the owners was amazing! Bret text and called regularly to check on us and make sure we had everything we needed. The house was super clean, lots of towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The view is enough to not make you want to leave, especially with the 20” of snow we received while there! Definitely plan on returning!

This was our first time to Angelfire and the surrounding area. The house is situated with an unbelievable view. The house has plenty of room and Bret is a fantastic host. Animals(Deer, Turkeys) walking by everyday. The kids absolutely loved it. We plan to go back again next year!

Very good family to rent from, house extremely nice

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It had all the bells and whistles to make us feel right at home. The owner has the best communication and was so helpful throughout our stay. They are good people and we appreciate them opening their home to us and treating us like family!! We will definitely be back!

Our family of 5 travels frequently and I usually never leave reviews unless our stay is absolutely perfect. We had a rough start to our trip and with a phone call to the owner he was more than happy to help us out. He also had lots of suggestions for our trip and was more than happy to help with any questions we had throughout our stay. This house is easy to find and located just a few minutes from anything in town you will want to go. The bedrooms are all spacious and the house has a lot of room for multiple families. The kitchen is equipped with many items and has anything you will need to grill or cook all your meals. We enjoyed coming back to the house every afternoon to hang out by the fire place, play games and see the deer in the backyard. We would definitely choose this house again when returning to Angel Fire.

This may be the best place to stay if you are looking to visit Angel Fire. You will not find a better location. The views are unbelievable. The house is high-quality and won’t disappoint you (kitchen, beds, bathrooms, furniture). Bret, the owner, was very helpful before and during our stay. One of the highlights of our stay was short walk to a picnic area that is a on a trail that passes by just below the house. Great place to have lunch or watch the sunset.

This was a return trip to this property. It's located in an ideal location if you're looking for a little privacy and enjoy viewing deer, elk and yes bear from the property. It's well appointed and has everything you will need. From the cozy fireplace inside to the firepit on the patio (great for smores at night). We've stayed at many properties and the owner, Bret, is by far the best to work with. He is incredible with communication and taking care of everything. We will be back, again!

Spectacularly situated overlooking the Moreno Valley, golden aspens and herds of elk. Immaculate all around, with many modern amenities. It's a very comfortable place to enjoy mother nature and all she offers. Bret is unbelievably responsive and pays attention to every detail. Highly recommended; we'll be back for sure!

The house was just what our family was looking for and the sunset view from the patio was second to none.

We are so thankful for this last minute get away. The house was amazing and the view incredible. Just what our family needed for a few peaceful days. I’m pretty picky about cleaning and this place was exceptionally clean! We were able to settle right in without any worries and had a wonderful stay.

This is the perfect place for a large family looking for a mountain getaway. We stayed in July and the weather was perfect—gorgeous sun and the occasional light rain. The home is fantastic—set on a very private lot with fantastic views. We saw lots of wildlife off the deck. There’s a large wrap-around porch, a well-stocked kitchen, and nicely decorated rooms. We stayed with 3 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of space. The hosts could not have been nicer—they were very communicative and helpful. Very easy pin-pad check in. Would definitely recommend.

The house had everything we needed. Well stocked with supplies, linens, etc. Property owner was very communicative. Home was a quick drive to Red River and conveniently located in Angel Fire. Overall, great experience.

Our family experience renting this property in Angel Fire was wonderful All the way from booking to checkout..such a beautiful setting in Valley of the Utes with an amazing view of Wheeler off the back deck complete with fire pit! We began and ended everyday here!
