We stayed for one night. The parking and the price of the room were the things that I liked.

The room had a sofa bed which was not made even though the booking was for 6 people. I did request a change of room at check in and perhaps that could be the reason. The bedding for the sofa bed was not present in the room. There were not enough towels. The breakfast was sub par. Very few warm items. Warm milk only on request. They have a small market area where you can get food, but they don't keep any milk there. As a family with kids who like to drink milk later in the evening, it was a needed, but not available. No lockers in the room and the lockers at the front desk are too small to keep any electronic items like a tablet.

Everything was great except for the Wi-Fi which made of difficult to be connected in the hotel room

Our go-to destination when we travel to Buffalo. Have been staying here since I first came out to interview for PA at D'Youville in 2003. Even nicer since they renovated the building.

Looked forward to having a drink when we got back from the Sabre game. Got back at 1030pm and found the bar dark and the lights out. Posted closing time was 11pm. Reception staff said the person at the bar hadn't had a customer in over an hour and closed early. I work in medicine and I have to stay until closing time whether I don't see a patient all day and one walks in at the last minute! Same should apply here!

Breakfast could use better food quality

The room was nice and clean

Arrived at 4pm check in was at 3pm we were informed room wasn't ready couldn't check in until 5pm. It was advertised with restaurant and a atm had neither. We asked what time does bar open they told us 5pm if the bartender shows up which they never did. Was very disappointed for the price we paid we should of received a discount on the room due to such late check in to say the least.
