We all had a lovely stay at the apartment. Andres was very friendly welcoming and showed us round the apartment and explained how things worked. The apartment is well equiped with everything we needed for our stay and was spotlessly clean. We had a lovely relaxing time, with everything in Fuengirola within walking distance. Wow what a lovely property the views are amazing. Andres was a fab host meeting us at the property and showing us everything we needed to know. Would definitely recommend 😎 the lotus restaurant which is a couple mins from the property is well worth the visit. Will definitely go back.

The apartment was out of this world! Modern and so well equipped. Superb location and cleanliness. The views from the balcony and watching the sunrise were amazing and the beach on the door step! It felt like home, i was so relaxed there. The host was so helpful and genuine. I had the best holiday experience I could've had.

Just had a week in this amazing apartment, 3rd floor, with lift right outside your door. Large balcony with the stunning view, beds comfy, shower hot and powerful, plenty of bath and hand towel, the pictures don’t do it justice its larger than it looks, had everything we needed and more ! Can’t wait to go back, communications with Andres was excellent, thanks for letting us stay !

We loved the apartment: it was beautifully and practically furnished and decorated, and there was everything we needed. All the time we could see and hear the sea, which was wonderful. There were a lot of shops and restaurants nearby, but the surrounding were very calm at nights. Location was perfect, in the best part of Fuengirola. Andrés was a wonderful host who took good care of us - met us at the arrival and replied to messages immediately. We can recommend his place as a perfect holiday apartment!

Die Wohnung ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Allerdings fehlte der Parkplatz, obwohl laut Beschreibung ein Parkplatz dazu gehören sollte. Aus diesem Grunde haben wir viel Stress gehabt, weil ein Parkplatz dort zu finden beinahe unmöglich ist. Der Strand ist für kleine Kinder ungeeignet, weil sehr schnell abfallend das Meer sehr tief wird. Auch dieser Umstand musste eigentlich in der Beschreibung nicht fehlen. Wir müssten deswegen mit zwei kleinen Kindern jeden Tag ca. 2 km weit liegendem flach abfallenden Strand fahren. In Verbindung mit der Tatsache, dass ein Parkplatz sehr-sehr schwer zu finden ist, hatten wir viel Stress und könnten unseren Urlaub nicht genießen. Für Erwachsene Leute, die dann auch ohne Auto anreisen, ist die Wohnung, der Strand und die Lage volkommen OK.

Andres and Elma were superb hosts and their property was by far the best we have experienced in fuengirola over the last 14 years. They worked hard to accommodate our early arrival and all other aspects of our stay. Their apartment was to a very high standard and kept in a pristine condition, so much better then most lettings in Fuengirola. We thank them for a memorable stay, our next visit, further down the coast, was already booked months ago so we will have to wait awhile before we can come back. Thank you

We spent a very nice and relaxing time in this exclusive apartment. A directly view to the sea, only a few meters away. Sunshine all the day, sitting for many hours on the balcony, looking to the Mediterranian Sea. Shure we will come back. Many Thanks to Elma und Andres for ths wonderful stay. Everything is great with this apartment. We stayed here for 9 days (4 people) and we had very comfortable holidays. The apartment itself is modern, very well organized and perfectly equipped. Then, the best of it is the terrace with the impression you're on the sea - perfect view! Many thanks to Andres for waiting us late in the evening and for organizing the parking next to the building! Great host and perfect communication! Around the building you can easily find everything you need and supermarket is not far. Also if you're in for some more diversified stuff you can easily reach the hypermarket Carrefour.- but anyway the restaurants along the beach offer great food and always tasty catch of the day. Looking forward to returning here.

The apartment is as good as all other reviewers have said.Andres let us have access earlier than stated on the website and showed us around the apartment. Unfortunately the renovation work was continuing in the apartment above from early morning until 18.00 hrs at night which was not condusive with breakfast on the balcony, this time Andres could not claim to know nothing about it as it was an ongoing situation which he failed to inform us about, a major failure on his part. Although apologetic when collecting the keys prior to our departure all he had to say was that it was out of his control. Maybe this was so but he could have advised that major restructuring was going on directly above us..

The views were spectacular morning noon and night. Would go back again. Thank you Andres for all your assistance.

As you walk into the apartment the view is amazing. The apartment too is lovely. It’s beautifully modernised and very comfortable. The open plan living/dining/kitchen is roomy and allows for the best view at all times. The large sliding doors are excellent and keep out the noise of the sea (if you really don’t want to hear it) and paseo below. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the mod cons you could ever need. The main shower room has a large shower and the small toilet as you enter the apartment is a handy extra. The balcony is large with good furniture. We had a problem with noise as renovations started in the apartment above. On some days it wasn’t good and we had to go out. We contacted Andres who ‘was on the case’ straight away. He spoke with the builders asking them to keep the noise down early. The owners were not aware this was going to happen so it was not of their doing. Andres, Elma and Luc were great .wanting to make our stay a good one. We’d like to stay again on our next visit to Fuengirola if there’s availability

In spite of unstable weather we enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is perfect with comfortable furniture, well-functioning appliances - and a view second to none. Great service by Elma and Andres - thank you both! We had a couple of meals downstairs at Nabuco's and felt very welcome. Good home cooking and little treats by the wonderful couple who run it. Other than that a memorable lunch at El Refugio on C/Moncayo. And, of course, tapas everywhere!

Lovely views out towards the sea. nice balcony to eat and drink and watch the world go bye. would definitely recommend this apt. Can't wait to use it again. Thank you Andres.
