the location was perfect for sightseeing

The apartment was lovely, very clean and spacious with an amazing view of the cathedral. Location was perfect.

Just one thing, only one wine glass in the cupboard

fantastic location, close to the sights and right on the main square

above a bar where wedding parties were being held, so very noisy, flat needs some maintenance. park across the river where its free and only 5 minutes away.

The view of the basilica from the living room window is out of this world!!

It looked fairly new, with plenty of space and rooms and amazing views over the cathedral

when we arrived, there was a foul smell in one of the bathrooms, and we could hear noises from the patio at 6am

You must be careful for the right door to unlock cause there is a door next the apartment with the same number. Also, two towels seemed dirty.

There is NO PARKING as advertised. They just propose you a public parking on payment. So, there is no difference between an apartment with no parking and this one. This is tricky To collect the keys you must go to an other place, not far away but still you have to walk with your buggage. They ask for a guarantee at your check in, a bit uncofortable and not usual at least in other countries. The apartment itself, even though super central and very spacious, is missing of style

Check-in was in a separate building. We had to wait about 30 minutes for the cleaning crew to finish.

the host was very rude. they weren’t in the location that was sent on the email, so I have to walk for more than 15 minutes to locate them. when found the lady was very rude, nasty and disrespectful. She said not only to me but to other customers that we have to solve our things with your site.

Access to car parking was non existent with an SUV plus roof box. No kettle!

Apartment overlooks giant most beautiful plaza in Zaragoza and has view of river! Great location!

Bathroom door broken so it wouldn’t close, so for privacy had to use the 2nd bathroom. Also toilet seat broken and scuff marks on walls in main room. Some windows didn’t operate properly.

Space

1 bed sheets was missing 1 shower was not usable (missing door)

I am not exaggerating when I say that this was an amazing experience that I hope to repeat - and which I will always remember. Thank you Zaragoza for a wonderful welcome. As an artist you gave me quite simply the best view I have ever had. My only regret is that my stay was so short. The two ladies went out of their way to make my stay special. I felt like a VIP. They are very special too.

Great location, very central, amazing view. Great apartment which was spotless. Highly recommended.

If we had stayed longer I might have found the cooking equipment lacking: saucepans etc.

The apartment was incredibly spacious and ideally located! Comfortable beds and two full showers.

The locations to pick up the keys was a bit confusing only because there were two buildings with the same address right next to each other. Same goes for when you arrive at the apartment building. The apartment just needs a paint job, otherwise it was fabulous!
