Blankets bit cold

the property is well located.

the property is unclean. floors, walls, bathrooms, carpet all dusty, marked and in poor condition. hair and cobwebs throughout the bathrooms. one bunk bed is incredibly wobbly and door handles are broken. the property provides the bare minimum of what you need (no washing powder, one toilet paper roll). the cabana was so filthy I am unsure it had ever been cleaned the aircon barely works due to being covered in dust. there is rubbish everywhere, an old rug left on the driveway, boxes in the garage. the wheels bin had maggots

Plenty of seating space and zones of house for large groups.

Needs cleaning cloths and soap. Sparsely decorated upstairs - blank canvas. Some broken items in home when we arrived. Foot stool, door hinges, pool vent cap. Keys/locks need servicing - difficult initially to open up.

What breakfasts

Very difficult to find Kingscliff accommodation office. Poor signage.

House was fine. Not clean what so ever. It was my husbands 50th so it was a special weekend, we spent an hour cleaning. We even had to go and buy toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets. For a house that charges nearly a thousand a night u dont expect that. Downstairs toilet had no towel or soap to wash your hands. The splashback had flicks of fat, the front of oven was dirty, the glass around pool had marks plus the bi folds had hand prints all over. The out door gazebo floors were filthy. There was a vase with flowers that were dead and petals were all over table. You really need to have a discussion with the cleaners as it was a terrible job. So so dissapointed. I was informed that i had to leave a $500 deposit on checkin as we were informed because it was such an upmarket house, we didnt mind paying that, but it certainly wasnt presented that way. We let paradiso know after we arrived and they did offer to send cleaner next afternoon however we said no as we had already mopped, wiped and disenfected house. I would really like to hear your reponse please i have photos if u would like to see just what im talking about

Great location with plenty of room for everyone. Just a short walk to the beach which was great.

Unfortunately the house had been very poorly cleaned before we arrived. A faulty fire alarm kept sounding which meant we couldn't leave the house until some one came to fix it. One of the bedroom door latches which aren't meant to lock failed meaning we couldn't access that room until a locksmith came to fix it.

the aircon didnt work it was freezing in this huge house
