The location is all this place really has. The communication through Ray White or the owners is ZERO!
From the moment you walk in you are bombarded with how they expect you to leave the place, clean this clean that, take out bins, fold sheets etc. the main storage in living area is just about all cleaning stuff. Signs about cleaning everywhere. Did not feel welcoming at all. The place had a bad smell, had moths and spider webs all round so I don’t think they do any cleaning themselves. We did what was required and not once have we heard anything after we left. We’ve asked numerous times for our bond to be returned. No response. We left it cleaner than it was. Very dissatisfied!!

Great house in an amazing location and best of all pet friendly. Everything is supplied, wonderful bbq, outdoor setting & back yard. House well outfitted to accomodate. Suggestion for owner as people walk/drive past and look in the windows out the front all day is maybe dual blinds so people who stay can see out but the outside cant see in or sheers as well as blockouts currently at the house. 10 out of 10 for this property. Looking forward to next year😀

My daughter and i had a beautiful time in Kingston and the property was lovely. The back yard was perfectly enclosed for our dogs as well .

This accommodation is fabulous. It’s situated on the esplanade and only a short walk to the shops and pubs. It has been recently renovated and is absolutely immaculate and spotlessly clean. Our group was three couples and it was perfect but it would also be ideal for families or even two families. Bedding and towels were provided and the kitchen had every utensil you would ever need as well as a commercial size stove.

It was freezing cold & rainy for the duration of our stay, but sitting on the couch in the warmth, drinking a hot coffee & enjoying the beautiful view from the big windows was sooooo relaxing. Doggo also enjoyed her stay. Great location. Will definitely be back.

We had a fun time here. It was good for what we needed for two families with toddlers and primary school kids. Some things to know are that there are only six seats at the dining table and no cloths to do all the cleaning required for departure (lucky we brought some with us which we used for dishes before also). For us with young kids we would’ve rather paid a little extra for a cleaner to do the cleaning required, as this was a push whilst organising all the kids and packing etc before the 10am check out. Also trying to keep the kids outside in winter weather whilst doing this cleaning so they don’t mess it up again!! I wrongly thought it had wifi, this would be a good little addition. If you are looking for a clean, easy, affordable place where young kids will be safe and walking distance to the beach and a playground - this ticks the boxes.

Stayed here in winter. The house and bedrooms were kept very warm by air conditioners. Location allowed us to watch beautiful sunsets over the ocean while sitting inside keeping warm. Short walk to beach directly in front of house was great. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Large enclosed back yard and fenced front yard was perfect for young children.

This house was in an excellent location (right across from the water). The house was of a modern design and looked newly renovated, very clean and roomy, modern appliances and only a short stroll to the jetty and main shopping district. Highly recommend to stay here if in Kingston SE.

We enjoyed a comfortable stay in this property that is well located on the waterfront and near to the town centre and jetty. Had everything we needed and property manager was very responsive when the bbq gas ran out.

I must say, this is the only place I have paid to stay where I have been left full instructions on how to thoroughly clean the property as if i was leaving a permanent rental as opposed to holiday accommodation, where the joy of a holiday is in not cleaning, having said that i thoroughly cleaned, washed floors removed sheets cleaned the tiles showers etc, while achieving the early check out time including having a very bad back, i did all this as I was grateful that dogs were allowed, i was mistaken pet friendly means leave outside , my dogs are not farm dogs, I was told this was because other guests may have allergies, one can be allergic to anything including cleaning products pets are allowed on seats in aircraft in America in shops and hotels, in pubs and accommodation in England and Europe, and guide dogs are allowed everywhere. Dog allergies are not common an not severe , and as the property is scrubbed and vacuumed would not cause a problem, this is not pet friendly, other places are , its a pity they are not up with the modern trends there are places in nearby robe that allow dogs inside and do not expect the rigorous cleaning with little time to end your holiday. i would invite the actual owners to contact me , thank you
