The apartment had an inverter to combat load shedding. Daily cleaning services!

The fridge made a constant noise especially at night which was interruptive when trying to sleep.

I liked the location of the property.

1) We did not get the specific room we saw on the pictures. 2)The Wi-Fi had issues and we had to request for technical assistance more than once. 3) The unit we stayed in wasn’t properly cleaned on our first day of arrival, room service was requested on our behalf to clean and sanitise the unit again. 4) The pillow covers had dark spots and the bedding sheets looked like they weren’t properly washed. (We took pictures) 5) There was an uncomfortable and unfair smell to the nose and we did not know where was it coming from but it wasn’t unpleasantry. (the staff hinted it could have been the UPS/Inverters that had been recently installed) 6) The washing machine was not working/functioning at all. 7) We experienced water low pressure in the showers. 8) The landline telephone was not working as reception/security officers tried getting hold of us to communicate messages relating to few queries.

The location was great and very safe

To be honest they just to put a better couch, that couch is really bad Other than that everything was on point

Location was amazing & the downstairs Japanese Restuarant which we highly recommend.

Unfortunately with the almost 12 hours a day with no electricity, the lack of a generator or inverter made the stay very difficult to enjoy the apartment.

There was load shedding,which I thought it will have generator for a back up, it caused inconvenience for my work

Great location, very clean unit, all the facilities that I required.

The shower pressure was very low, the shower drainage was very poor and the shower door doesnt close completely.

Very spacious, modern well-kept apartments. Feels comfy inside and the layout of the space works. Location is perfect, close to a few trendy restaurants and bars and located in the newly developed part of Century City. If you want to go to town or visit the beach it's only a stones throw away, so giving best of both worlds. The property manager was friendly. I like the fact that no upfront deposit is required and overall its value for money.

The beds were okay but not the most comfortable to sleep on. Could definitely improve on that. Provide your guests with more coffee sachets and tea.

Spacious apartment with everything you need. Located within Century City so very convenient to Canal Walk mall. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby which we walked to even at night as it's very safe. Very secure complex.
