The price and location Bed was comfortable

The exterior was dirty as was the tile floor in the room

The beds was okay.

Dirty - no cold water - the toilet coud not flush - rusty bathroom - the stairs was dirty .

It looked nicer in the photos. The pool area needs some work. Dirty water in the fountains around the pool and the pool floor could use some paint.

The entire property is horrible staff are nasty and disrespectful they took my money and lied about it now they won’t give me my deposit back they notified me that I couldn’t use my booking discount I had to pay online now you guys blare saying I was checked in under my reservation but I was not charged the discounted price of 88$ I was charged 231$ instead and I want my money back

The rooms were poorly remodeled, there was a smell in the room, and there was a cock roach on the floor when we woke up in the morning.

Nothing the room was trashed and the room door didn’t lock no lights inside the room had to use cellphones for light

Beds looked decent. Bathroom had a nice mirror. Maintenance guy was more pleasant than the whole entire staff.

Everything. When we booked it there was nothing about extra fees/deposits upon arriving online. Then when we entered nothing pleasant ...I could tell they hated their job. Took 3 times to even set up the key. So we had to go back and forth, back and forth. The room wasn't cleaned as all. Took picture of how nasty the shower, walls etc.

Extremely noisy. Has a night club inside the hotel with music out loud. Old fashion.

No breakfast... room didn't have tv... didn't have sheets for pull out bed... breaker clue and they ran an extention cord to the ac... I've machine was broke on our floor.. there was a party at the bar next door that went on until 1am that literally shook the windows

It seemed ok when I checked in at 4 pm but when I came back at 9 pm it was ridiculous with the drug dealers on and off the property. The maintenance guy is rude as hell. I left by 10 pm and checked out

It's a 5 floor Trap Hse not safe at all. I felt like I was on a street corner in the Hood!

The Hotel looks clean apon arival. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Night staff was friendly.

The laundry room was locked, it took 3 hours to finish 2 loads. One of the washers was broken. The front desk day staff weren't friendly. There's no fridge or microwave in the rooms.

The pool and the landscaping around it was very nice. Our room was standard the beds were clean. Front desk staff was very friendly.

The confusion between the front desk the restaurant which is only open Thursday Friday Saturday and their nightclub which was struggling with its promoters. I also found it strange that employees were permitted to smoke marijuana openly while working and so were several of the guests. I'm told they have strict smoking procedures there but from what we saw every single day that is not true. The location is not a good walking area to get to restaurants you need a car.
