The property was clean, but we were surprised no basics were provided. No toilet paper, no soap, shampoo, salt, sugar, coffee etc. Take anything you may need with you. Linens and towels are extra, and the rates are steep (may have been cheaper to buy new). There are some other little inconsistencies. The property is large enough to sleep 6 as advertised, but there are just 3 wine glasses. There are only table knives, we had trouble chopping a salad, etc. We did not get clear check in and check out instructions. The building was locked at 7pm. Turns out one has to contact a property manager (Loretta) at the phone provided, or ring a bell for her at the reception desk if you manage to get in.

Perfect place just outside the village up the mountain. Just a balcony is missing, that’s all.

Two good spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms made for a comfortable week for five people.

Bel appart pour une famille mais manque balcon ou grande fenêtre pour apporter de la lumière et profiter des montagnes . Le pb principal est l'accès au domaine skiable général qui impose de marcher 10 min. Il n'y a pas de jonction entre le domaine global et cieloalto pour démarrer. Le retour se fait sans problème .

Antonio’s home from home apartment was a refreshing change from some of the little holes we have stayed in other resorts across Europe. The rooms are well proportioned, the open accommodation is homely and has a very well equipped kitchen, again unusual for a ski chalet. It also offers 2 bathrooms, both with very adequate showers and toilets. It felt like a lot of effort had gone into this home and this is The experience you feel when you stay here. The front desk of the apartment complex is hosted by The lovely Loretta and her husband, I don’t speak any Italian but we got by with pigeon English/Italian and lots of gesticulating!! The check in and check out was very good and a Ski locker on the ground floor. You can ski out the back of the complex and onto the slopes at Cielo Alto. Really very good You do need to be aware though that the location of the apartment is a proper trek uphill, we timed 30 minutes walking home from the village one night. So if you have a car great, if you don’t there’s a bus that runs regular up until 9pm or a short taxi ride might save your lungs! There were 4 of us staying, I felt we could have easily accommodated 6 and it still not felt too cramped. Great stay and service and good value for money, thank you Antonio

We had a great week in this functional flat within a great ski resort.

Very charming apartment. We really loved our stay. The place is very spacious. Nice beds. Cosy living room. And, it has 2 bathrooms! Very convenient when staying with 4 or even 6 people. Near the condominium there is a small grocery store for some small necessities and fresh bread. A restaurant, bar, and very friendly ski rental place close by (they also do wax jobs). The village Cervinia itself (a short 15-20 walk down the mountain or a € 1,10 bus every 30 minutes) has some amazing restaurants. And a bigger supermarket for your weekly shopping. The apartment is almost ski-in, ski-out. Very convenient. From the back of the building you can access the slopes within a 50 meter walk. And there is a nice 'almost private' lift with a nice run black and red run down that is very quiet. Building staff is super friendly and helpful. And Antonio made sure everything was ok. Highly recommended and would be my first choice when coming back to Cervinia.

Excellent property - very suitable for our party of 3 adults and two children. Having two bathrooms was a real bonus. Very well cared for and decorated apartment, with Wifi and TV. Arrangements for ski storage were good and car parking was available outside the door. Very warm and comfortable premises. The provision of electricity was just a little frustrating in that not too many appliances could not be used at the same time. but this was a minor issue and was easily sorted if the electricity 'tripped'. The slopes were outside the back door and easy to get to for experienced skiers but would be a challenge for beginners, although beginners could walk to the slope in 1 minute. The property owner was most helpful both before and after the stay. As was the property manager on site. Information provided was useful. It was very easy to communicate with the owner, who always responded quickly and with courtesy. The cost to hire bed linen and towels locally was a little high. Having pub, restaurant and shop within 3 minutes walk was a great feature. The ski area of Cervinia and Zermatt is outstanding for intermediate skiers although it should be noted that the last link back from Zermatt is early. To miss the return time will present big difficulties and cost. Without question, we would think of returning to the area and also to this property

L'appartement est conforme à l'annonce et propre. La cuisine est bien équipée, les chambres de bonne taille avec suffisament de rangements.Le ménage en fin de séjour est compris dans le prix. La concièrge est très serviable. Appartement à louer sans hésitation.

Casa pulita, ben arredata. I due bagni sono molto convenienti.

All'arrivo in appartamento era tutto come stabilito e immaginato, la signora alla reception ci ha subito accompagnato illustrandoci l'appartamento a nostro avviso spazioso caldo e pulito. Un servizio buonissimo per gli sciatori... l'unica segnalazione che si può fare era la seggiovia Cielo Alto che purtroppo malgrado il beltempo è rimasta chiusa tutta la settimana, ad ogni modo abbiamo ugualmente trovato il modo per raggiungere l'appartamento con gli snowboards nei piedi al ritorno dalle piste. Abbiamo egregiamente cenato tutte le sere in casa per non sforare col badget nostro previsto. Estrema gentilezza e disponibilità da parte del sig. Stornelli che ha permesso la nostra permanenza in casa anche per tutta la giornata di sabato. Consigliato.

"Nicely furnished apartment with very warm and nice equipped bathrooms. First floor, but surprisingly wonderful view of the Cervino/Matterhorn. The apartment complex is located over Cervinia, there is a shuttle bus for 1 euro that links it with the center every hour from 8 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. Babycot provided. The electric stove tends to cut off the electricity if more than two dishes are made. The overall impression is very good and the apartment is perfect for families like us (4 adults and 2 small kids) "
