En San Lorenzo Costa Santa Margherita Ligure (a 4 km del centro de la ciudad y de los centros turísticos más famosos de la zona: Camogli, Portofino, Rapallo), el apartamento tiene un panorama único que abarca todo el hermoso Golfo de Tigullio hasta el final del arco de Liguria a Toscana (La Spezia / 5 Terre).
Como dicen nuestros huéspedes, las fotos no logran mostrar la amplitud de la vista (ver comentarios). La casa es acogedora, cómoda y le permite pasar una estancia agradable y relajante gracias al contexto en el que se inserta, los huéspedes regresan. Muebles bien cuidados, (también cunas de 0/2 o 2/4 años, trona), conexión a internet, sistema de calefacción, aire acondicionado, en el baño hay una ducha con cabina de ducha antipánico, el lavabo con muebles coronado por un gran espejo pared con luz, la cocina está equipada con todo lo que necesita, se utiliza una habitación doble con una cómoda cama con tablillas, un gran armario, una caja fuerte, una habitación individual cómoda y bien cuidada, la gran sala de estar que da a la terraza de acceso a la casa. Tanto en el comedor con mesa y sillas como en el área de relajación con la televisión, el sillón y un práctico sofá cama doble, también hay una bonita chimenea de ladrillo, pero no está permitido usarla.
Una característica de esta parte de la casa es la presencia de nichos en las paredes, típicos de las casas de Liguria construidas en paredes de piedra robustas y anchas, que con la inserción de estantes reemplazan los aparadores y estanterías.
El apartamento está bien para actividades de mar y senderismo (el acceso a los senderos del Monte di Portofino está a poca distancia de la casa), la terraza y la vista del golfo tiene una mesa y sillas para el desayuno y carpas de protección desde el sol, El jardín tiene una mesa para comer, barbacoa y en primavera y verano hacemos un pequeño huerto para nuestros huéspedes.
Los niños disfrutan recolectando vegetales y pueden visitar nuestras 5 gallinas. Verlos recoger los huevos calientes en el nido siempre es un placer, en sus ojos se puede leer asombro, alegría y un poco de miedo.
La propiedad está cercada y cerrada por una puerta automatizada (cámara de radio en
suministrado).
El espacio de estacionamiento es para uso exclusivo de la casa y está protegido del sol.
Almacenamiento de bicicletas, parada de autobús debajo de la casa.

Ines and Paolo were great hosts. On our arrival there was a bottle of Prosecco waiting for us as well as an assortment of breakfast foods and such for our use during our stay. They even provided us with farm-fresh eggs while we were there.
The accommodations were nice and clean with a great view of the sea. The house is about 10 minutes (by car) out from the Santa Margherita Ligure waterfront along the main road between Santa Margherita and Camogli (about midway between the two). This places it well out from the main tourist spots which meant that it was generally quiet and most importantly, we were able to dine out at authentic Italian eateries within walking distance at reasonable prices. Try the Trattoria da Oreste (across from the Church) and if they have the rabbit stew (enough for two) we definitely recommend it.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Ines and Paolo went out of their way to make us feel at home. We would stay again if we ever come back to the area.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at this charming and comfortable villa. It came stocked with plenty of snacks and supplies and had an amazing view from the yard of the sea below. Our hosts were so warm, welcoming and helpful! We hope to come back and stsy again sometime.

I can’t say am enough wonderful things about Ines and Paolo, they were hands down the most accommodating and gracious hosts I’ve ever had the pleasure of staying with.I’m a solo traveler & underestimated the distance between the train station and the home, they quickly let me know they’d be at the train station to pick me up and drive me to the house. This was one of three times they were so generous with their time driving me to town and the station. if I had it to do again I’d definitely rent a car or Vespa, there is a bus stop close by but with my luggage it would have been physically challenging for me to get to and from, so I’d recommend renting a vehicle for sure.They house itself was so well equip, gorgeous views, very comfortable and well appointed. Ines left a basket full of treats including farm fresh eggs (from their chickens), wine, butter, milk, coffee, bread, jam, cookies, brioche, and more. I loved the eggs so much they left fresh ones outside my door each morning! I’m a remote bookkeeper so my business requires me to be online as I travel, my recommendation for those with the same needs is to bring a wifi extender as it’s an older structure with thick walls that slow the signal down but completely doable with an extender. Last piece of advice if your traveling from a country with different voltage is a good converter (not just an adapter) but a voltage conversion plug.I took a boat to Portofino from Santa margherita, that was amazing! A+ all around!! Grazie!!!

Comfortable and well equipped apartment - and in a great location to access the path network of the Portofino peninsula. Ines and Paolo are great hosts. This is the ground floor of a two storey building and you will be aware (not intrusively) of your upstairs neighbours.

Wunderschöne Tage
Tolle Ferienwohnung, schöner Garten mit wundervollem Blick auf die Bucht.
Schon beim herzlichen begrüßen sind die Eigentümer ganz freundlich auf uns zubekommen, zu unserer Überraschung gab es auch noch ein Willkommensgeschenk. Ein ganzer Korb voll lokaler Köstlichkeiten, Kaffee, Wein, Milch hat uns den Aufenthalt noch schöner gemacht.

Geräumige Wohnung in herrlicher Lage
Ein außerordentlich freundliches Gastgeberehepaar bereitet einem herrliche Tage: Eine vorzügliche Kommunikation vor der Anreise, ein sehr herzliches Willkommen, nicht zuletzt mit einem großen Geschenkkorb mit Köstlichkeiten aus der Region und dem eigenen Garten. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig (großzügiger Wohn-, Koch-/Essbereich, großes Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, kleines Zimmer mit Einzelbett, kleines Arbeitszimmer mit Schreibplatz) und hat alles, was man zum täglichen Bedarf braucht. Zusätzlich stehen eine Terrasse und ein Gartenbereich mit faszinierendem Ausblick auf S. Lorenzo, die Küste und das Meer zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist ideal für Wanderungen: Nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt ist der Einstieg zu den sehr gut ausgebauten Wanderwegen des Portofino-Parks. Außerdem befindet sich in nächster Nähe die Bushaltestelle, von wo aus man sowohl nach Camogli und S. Margherita wie auch nach Genua fahren kann. Das Auto kann man getrost die ganze Zeit auf dem hauseigenen Parkplatz stehen lassen. Wir haben die Tage dort sehr genossen.

Einfach nur wunderbar!
Alles hat prima geklappt: Anreise, Schlüsselübergabe, kurze Tour durch das Haus. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Es gab einen Geschenkkorb mit Keksen, Kaffee, Tee, Brot etc. zur Begrüßung und im Kühlschrank stand Wasser, Milch und sogar eine Weinflasche für uns.
Das Haus ist sehr sauber und schön. Die Aussicht aufs Meer ist toll und von hier aus erreicht man wunderschöne Orte wie Portofino und die Cinque Terre problemlos. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage hier.

Spätsommer an der Riviera
Sehr nette Kommunikation mit Ines und Lorenzo.
Die Ferienwohnung entspricht der Anzeige und den Bildern zu 100%.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit unseren E-Bikes war der
Weg nach Rapallo bis Portofino und auch nach Recco super zu machen und
man hatte da auch keine Parkplatzsorge.
Direkt vom Ferienhaus gehen auch einige sehr schöne Wanderungen ab.

Appartamento ed accoglienza superiori alle comunque nostre alte aspettative. Posizione, pulizia, spazi, dotazioni, comfort, etc. veramente al massimo di quanto potessimo attenderci. Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo.
Tutto questo si accompagna alla accoglienza ed alle indicazioni della Sig.ra Ines, presente e disponibile, sempre con tatto e discrezione, come meglio non si potrebbe chiedere. Se torneremo in zona, questo appartamento sarà la nostra prima scelta e speriamo di trovarlo disponibile.

Perfekt
Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit perfekter Lage. Von der Terrasse und dem riesigen Garten hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer und die Berge. Camogli, Portofino, Rapallo und Santa Margherita sind super schnell mit dem Bus (2 Minuten vom Haus zu Fuß) und Auto zu erreichen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und man findet hier alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Die Vermieter sind super nett und lassen einem jegliche Privatsphäre. Fußläufig gibt es ein phantastisches Ligurisches Restaurant, welches uns von Lorenzo empfohlen wurde. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub.

Very cosy and nice accommodation
The accommodation and the place itself is perfect suited for trips around. Also the garden is beautiful, the parking for the car and the tools in the house are perfect for a stay with family and dog. The landlords are very nice and friendly and offered us a brilliant time there. We plan to stay again there. Definitely! Thank you so much.

Tauchurlaub mit dolce Vita
Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und liebenswerte Vermieter Familie. Wir fühlten uns herzlich willkommen. Bei kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten wie ein paar frischen Blumen in der Wohnung und einem Topf Basilikum auf der Terrasse zur Mückenprophylaxe angefangen, über Liegen, Liegestühle und Grill im Garten.... Alles da. Küche komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Reinigungsmittel.
Wir wurden mit frischen Eiern aus eigener Haltung verwöhnt. Bei Fragen standen uns Vater und Sohn mit guten Englischkenntnissen jederzeit zur Verfügung.
Bushaltestelle ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. Der Lärm der Hauptstraße, an der das Haus liegt, war der einzige kleine Wermutstropfen.
Erwähnenswert auch noch der kleine Alimentari in der Nähe, der von einem Holländer betrieben wird. Eine Empfehlung unseres Vermieters. Sehr nette Atmosphäre, klein aber fein.

VISTA MOZZAFIATO!
La vista dal giardino/terrazzo è davvero mozzafiato! Albe e tramonti meravigliosi e nelle giornate nitide si vede persino la Corsica. La casa corrisponde perfettamente alle descrizioni: ben curata, dotata di tutti i confort e spaziosa. Perfetta per chi ha un amico a quattro zampe perchè è dotata di giardino, che tra l'altro è attrezzato con sdraio e tavolini e dove quindi è possibile rilassarsi e godere del panorama. Non ultimo la disponibilità, l'ospitalità e la gentilezza dei proprietari ci ha fatto davvero venir voglia di tornare molto presto. Assolutamente consigliato! Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo

Sehr nette Vermieter, toller Garten mit traumhaftem Blick!
Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung wohl gefühlt und wurden sehr herzlich willkommen geheißen! Die Vermieter verwöhnten uns mit leckeren Kräutern aus dem Garten, Tomaten und frischen Eiern. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung umfasst nicht ganz eindeutig, dass es keine 2 Doppelschlafzimmer gibt, was es uns als 2 Paaren kurz zum umdesponieren galt. Der Garten ist sehr schön und hat einen traumhaften Ausblick. Die Einfahrt mit dem Tor ist jedoch auch für geübte Autofahrer eine Herausforderung, genau wie die sehr bergige Gegend mit den sehr engen und kurvenreichen Strassen. Nachts war es zeitweise durch die befahrene Strasse unterhalb mit den vielen Mopeds etwas laut. Von der Fahrweise der Italiener waren wir leider ziemlich geschockt und waren froh uns und unsere Autos wohlbehalten nach Hause bekommen zu haben. Dennoch haben wir die Tage in der schönen Umgebung und mit dem leckeren italienischen Essen sehr genossen und bedanken uns vielmals für die besondere Gastfreundschaft bei der Vermieterin und Lorenzo!

Sono sicuro che chi affitta questa casa vorrà certamente ritornare
E la cuarta volta che affittiamo questa casa ed oni volta mi faccio la stessa domanda que non oso fa re alla padrona di casa. Questa è: come si fa a mantenere tutta la biancherìa cioè federe, lenzuola, asciugamani e tende con una bianchezza immacolata in competenza con una nevi cata.
Oltre essere assolutamente pulita, quasi asettica, è una casa dove non manca nulla per procurare una permanenza comoda e piacevole. Se avete piacere di cucinare avete tutto il necesario e se non volete cucinare avete trattorie a pochi metri di distanza dove si mangia ottimamente.
A tutto questo dovete aggiungere la gentilezza della padrona di casa che accorre non appena la chiamate e a volte prevede le vostre necessitá ed anticipa la sua presenza. Sono sicuro che chi affitta questa casa vorrà certamente ritornare

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Insbesondere die Kinder genossen den Garten und freuten sich über die Hühner und deren Eier. Der Mietprozess und die Abgabe des Hauses verlief sehr unkompliziert.

Hautement recommandable!
C'est une jolie maison meublée avec soin et décorée avec goût avec une vue magnifique sur la golfe de Tigullio. Les hôtes sont généreux et accueillants et nous sommes repartis avec des cadeaux! L'endroit est très adapté pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. Merci, nous reviendrons!

Einfach wunderschön!
Wir haben den Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen und wurden sehr herzlich von der Familie Repetto aufgenommen. Die Ferienwohnung ist groß (wir waren als Familie zu viert da), sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Blick von der Veranda auf die Küste einfach wunderschön - che bella vista!! Wir waren fast den ganzen September dort und hatten bis auf drei etwas bedeckte Tage (einer mit etwas Regen) sehr schönes Wetter. Für Kinder optimal! Zum nächsten Sandstrand in Rapallo sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15 min, alle anderen nahliegenden Strände sind Kiesstrände. Im Dorf San Lorenzo della Costa bekommt man alles für den täglichen Bedarf auch fußläufig (Alimentari, Café/Bar und Pizzeria vorhanden). Für Großeinkäufe waren wir in den Supermärkten in Rapallo und Santa Margherita Ligure, beides ca. 15 min. mit dem Auto. Ausflüge haben wir mit dem Auto unternommen bzw. mit dem Schiff nach Portofino, was sich wirklich lohnt. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder herkommen!

Man hat einen herrlichen Blick über den ganzen Küstenabschnitt.

Mooie uitvalsbasis
Het huis is gelegen langs een drukke doorgaande weg. Veel herrie dus. Daarnaast is het huis heel gehorig. De tv van de buren boven is goed te horen. Naast de woning is een woning met continue blaffende honden. De eigenaar en haar zoon zijn heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Leuk pakketje met toast, koekjes, water, melk en wijn bij aankomst. Er is geen waterkoker dat is jammer.

Fantastic
We drove to the train station in Recco and phoned for directions, within 10 minutes Lorenzo met us and guided us to the house. The view was breathtaking and the house elegant and beautifully furnished. The kitchen was well equipped. Lorenzo, Ines and family were most welcoming and helpful. There was wine and a lovely welcoming food basket, they also dropped off cherries and some fresh eggs. Their directions for hiking, dining and groceries were outstanding. Our time in San Lorenzo Della Costa was magical, everything we had hoped for.
The hiking is fantastic, hiking to San Fruttuoso Abbey is well worth it. Lorenzo guided us to a parking lot to shorten the hike, it is steep in places but well marked with good footing. We went both directions, down to the water and back, taking the ferry one way is another option. The hike was a grand way to build an appetite for the best food we've had in Italy at Da Oreste, we ate there twice! Da Oreste is a short walk so we enjoyed their outstanding house wine. Across from Da Oreste is an alimentaria (grocery store), the owner was very helpful and the prices reasonable.

The house itself is beautiful and cosy. It has everything you would need for a lovely holiday. The view is amazing; the photo's don't quite do it justice.
We loved sitting on the covered terrace enjoying the view or bbq-ing in the orchard. There is a busstop less than 50m from the gate with regular service to Santa Margherita, rapallo and our favourite Camogli. From there you can take a train to Cinque Terre or Genova. It is also a perfect place if you want to go diving or enjoy hiking.
The owners are very knowledgeable and are very happy to help with any questions you might have.

Super
It was more like visiting a friend than renting an apartment. Friendly hello's and waves at every opportunity, fresh fruit, vegetables and baked treats appeared on a regular basis, and Ines even stopped on a very rainy afternoon as we were walking back from San Lorenzo and gave a welcome ride to us and a very wet dog. If there was any problem, we only had to mention it and it was quickly resolved.
We like to hike and there were more trails within a few hundred meters than we could explore in a month. Most of them, however, were quite steep in places, so you need to make a commitment to get in physical condition to really enjoy it all.
The view of the Ligurian Sea from the front porch is just breathtaking. One morning there will be bright orange and red cumulus clouds in the sky, the next morning an incredible clear blue, and the next gray clouds that allow the sun to shine through to the water like Broadway stage lights. (Of course, there were also some mornings where you couldn't see it at all because of heavy rain :-))
Bus service almost hourly made travel in the vicinity very easy (hike down and take the bus back!) so we had little need for our car while we were there. Perhaps also a good thing because backing down the narrow, steep driveway and getting out onto the roadway right in front of a blind curve was not for the faint of heart!

It was more like visiting a friend than renting an apartment. Friendly hello's and waves at every opportunity, fresh fruit, vegetables and baked treats appeared on a regular basis, and Ines even stopped on a very rainy afternoon as we were walking back from San Lorenzo and gave a welcome ride to us and a very wet dog. If there was any problem, we only had to mention it and it was quickly resolved.
We like to hike and there were more trails within a few hundred meters than we could explore in a month. Most of them, however, were quite steep in places, so you need to make a commitment to get in physical condition to really enjoy it all.
The view of the Ligurian Sea from the front porch is just breathtaking. One morning there will be bright orange and red cumulus clouds in the sky, the next morning an incredible clear blue, and the next gray clouds that allow the sun to shine through to the water like Broadway stage lights. (Of course, there were also some mornings where you couldn't see it at all because of heavy rain :-))
Bus service almost hourly made travel in the vicinity very easy (hike down and take the bus back!) so we had little need for our car while we were there. Perhaps also a good thing because backing down the narrow, steep driveway and getting out onto the roadway right in front of a blind curve was not for the faint of heart!
