As always, we loved our stay. The property is well equipped, fairly clean and comfortable. The caretaker is always quick to help and very friendly. The only suggestion would be to replace the very dirty and worn out sofa.

The beds were not comfortable though. The double bed in the main room was too small 😩
It had a metal head and foot board which got in the way. My husband had to lie skew on the bed to fit.
The air conditioner in the living room kept that area cool but the bedrooms were terribly hot. They had fans which just blew the hot air around 😩

This was the third time we stayed at these cottages. Always clean and well presented and they have everything you need there. Love staying there. Walking distace from the main street and great place for dogs.

BBQ dirty. Frypans dirty. Floors dirty. Only had one airconditioner in main area not enough for the whole unit.
Had to be out by 9am cleaner came right on 9 told us we should have been out.” Rude”Most places you don’t have to be out until 10am.

I’ve stayed in these cottages a few times and always excellent facilities. Plenty of cooking gear supplied and even pegs for your washing. Good sized fridge and rooms. We’ve already booked another visit for 2024.

The property was clean and comfortable and had everythkng we needed. (The people up the road with the music blaring until 3 in the mornings really changed the mood)

We had a wonderful time. We could walk downtown every day. We saw lots of emus and even a roaming chicken each day. The property has all the essentials and is well-maintained. Perfect for a family of four.

We had a short stay and the cottage provided all that we needed. It was nice and clean and included all the basics. A nice short stroll to the foreshore. The back area is communal which we didn't realise but it didn't impact our stay. Overall very happy and would stay again thank you.

Our family of 4 enjoyed our stay. With 2 young children, having a washing machine was very useful, with the amount of times we'd be going to the beaches. Location is ideal for groups of families as well, as there are 4 properties clustered together with a common area outside. The place is clean and tidy and has all the basic needs for being away from home.

We were pleasantly surprised on arrival, the place is nicer than the photos suggest. Nice and easy walk into town. Good bbq and out door area. We had a lovely stay.
BYO everything though, no hand soap or tea/coffee etc.

Great house in a quiet spot
Easy communication with owner. One of the bedrooms gets quite hot however and the air con doesn’t reach it so in summer would be stifling. Otherwise a great house for us

Great escape location
Cottage Two was very good accommodation for us. Bathroom was refurbished and very clean. Though there was no wi-fi at the cottage, this helped us to really live our life without the outside world.
However travellers should get their Telstra sim card and package ready before reaching there. Network coverage works only via Telstra. This will help them a lot for navigation and visiting sites.

Stayed here for a week it was neat and tidy a great place with a modern feel could do with a Queen size bed for those 6ft plus , but central to all sights and town only a 5 min stroll away.

Nothing fancy but everything you need
Overall good place to stay. Renovated areas (bathroom, laundry) great. Denham is such a windy town it would be hard to find somewhere where the fly wire panels didn’t rattle at night but we took them off at night and then popped them back in (kids didn’t seem to mind though). Backyard had clothesline which was handy but not much else in this area or the front porch
