ORANGE LODGE - BEAUTIFUL HOME A FEW BLOCKS FROM TOWN
Le encantará esta casa, ya que se trata de una casa recientemente renovada de 4 habitaciones, 2 baños, 2 salas de estar, a solo un paseo de la ciudad. Cuenta con todos los elementos esenciales para una estancia relajante en la hermosa Orange. La casa tiene 4 dormitorios, 2 baños, 2 salas de estar, comedor y cocina moderna. Un comedor al aire libre con fogata (en invierno) completa esta hermosa y espaciosa casa.
Damos la bienvenida a nuestros huéspedes con una botella de vino local y un frutero. También le ofrecemos té, café, chocolate, leche, mantequilla, pan y cereales para que pueda comenzar, y le ofrecemos un desayuno continental.
Contamos con estacionamiento en la calle, una barbacoa, ventiladores en cada habitación y aire acondicionado. La calefacción central de gas te mantendrá cálido y acogedor durante el invierno. Siéntese y relájese y disfrute de una taza de café o té o una botella de vino de cortesía a su llegada

Stayed with family (Wife and 2 adult children), very spacious and well kept premise, kitchen setup is outstanding. Unfortunately didn't get to enjoy the outside areas due to rain. Appreciated the pantry items that were provided. NB No internal fireplace although mentioned on listing

Three couples stayed in the property, four of us for 10 days. The property is quite central, a nice distance from the main street to enable a decent walk each day.
There was a good supply of utensils and equipment etc, often needed for longer stays. There were cleaning items which is helpful.
The beds were very comfortable but the doona's looked like they needed a clean. The towels were small, thin and we only had one each, which is a problem if you have long hair.
The heating worked very well and there was plenty of hot water with good showers.
The TV's are huge for the size of the rooms they occupy and we had trouble operating them. We couldn't find any instructions.
It was raining a lot the first weekend and we would have preferred to use the back door as we didn't get as wet getting to the car this way, but the key didn't work and we were told not to enter and exit this way.
The back undercover area doesn't look like the picture, the chairs are old and damaged and a bit grubby. The main inside table has a ledge around the outside that is full of crumbs and !!!
There are a lot of plastic plants.
There are a great deal of instructions on what is not allowed at the property; it was a bit like being back at school.

Beautiful house that was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our weekend in Orange. It was perfect for 4 adults and 3 kids and we all had enough space etc. The house with very warm for our winter stay and an easy walk into town. Would definitely stay there again!

We loved staying here! So close to the shops and the central part of Orange town. Lindy gave us all the information prior to our stay and was very responsive when contacted. House was very clean and beautifully presented.
Only negative was that the host came onto the property unannounced whilst we were out to grab something. As we had our dog staying at the house too, this was quite startling for him. A warning message before would have been appreciated as we were more than happy to say hello!

We stayed at Linda’s place with my young family and another couple and young family and had the best experience imaginable. The large house is located just 5 minutes from the city centre and we walked there every single day because it was so close.
We loved the free drinks in the fridge and well stocked pantry and cleaning supplies.
The WiFi is strong, The bedrooms are all large and there was two good bathrooms a laundry and plenty of privacy. Two separate living areas was perfect for a kids area and an adults area. We especially loved the fully enclosed outdoor door entertaining space.
The house is located on a quiet side street, but it’s possible to walk to the center of town with shops and restaurants in less than 5 minutes. Lindy provided lots of detailed instructions including a map of the surrounding areas and recommendations on things to do.

The property was very impressive as you walk through the front door. Great kitchen, bathrooms, & the bedrooms had good size & comfortable beds. Well presented backyard with barbeque.Overall a very enjoyable stay for all of us!

Wine weekend in Orange for 8 adults. After reviewing a number of properties we settled on Linda's lovely home based on previous reviews, floor plan & locality. The house was a perfect fit for 8 adults, the configuration of the house worked perfectly for us. House is exactly as pictured, clean, styled well & set up very well with everything that is required. Check in is super easy & Linda was a fabulous host, extremely easy to communicate & deal with & very accommodating. House was supplied with lovely bottle of wine & plenty of supplies.
House is in a great location, plenty of street parking & long driveway & within easy walk to The Parrot Distillery ( great first night) & easy walk to Ever Coffee Roasters, Racine Bakery & an easy 2 km walk into Anything Grows Cafe & town. The weather was wet & fairly cold so we did not get to utilise the outdoor space, which is a well kept, lovely & private back yard but being indoors the heating worked extremely quickly & well & the electric blankets were very much appreciated. Certainly would reckon the house & would be happy to stay again. Thanks Linda for sharing your fabulous home. Cheers

On arrival we found the perfect accommodation
It had everything that was required and more. The pantry was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. The house warmed up very quickly on the cold nights we were there. Overall the best B&B that we have ever stayed in.

Great home as a base to explore Orange and surrounds
8 adults utilising the 4 double bedrooms and we were all comfortable. The layout of the home works well and the ducted heating was very much appreciated for the early June, 4 night stay (cold). The supplies of breakfast cereals, bread , milk, spreads was unexpected and also much appreciated.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a very well appointed kitchen, you really have everything covered. It was very much appreciated.
The only small negative is the plumbing is very noisy.
House location is very convenient for walking into town or if you are having delicious dinner at Charred Restaurant.
