Spring by the sea! One street back from the Crystal Clear Waters of Orion Beach
Nuevo en el mercado de alquileres vacacionales en octubre de 2018.
A solo una calle de las cristalinas aguas de la playa de Orión, con sus arenas blancas vírgenes, nuestra casa de vacaciones es un excelente lugar para relajarse y descansar. En unos pocos pasos (contamos 50) se encuentra en la tranquila y aislada playa de Orión. ¡A veces nos quedamos aquí todo el día! Usted puede caminar por millas en la arena o área pavimentada sobre las playas de la Bahía de Jervis.
Recientemente renovada, la casa tiene un acabado fresco y limpio y está bañada por luz natural. El baño principal tiene una ducha grande, una lavandería europea, un montón de espacio de almacenamiento y toallas suaves. No hay necesidad de hacer cola para el baño, añadimos un segundo!
La nueva cubierta es un gran espacio para las comidas y se completa con un banco incorporado, mesas, sillas, una nueva barbacoa con quemador de wok e incluso un jardín de hierbas recién plantado.
Hay un montón de espacio en la habitación doble y las camas son lo suficientemente grandes para que los adultos duerman bien. Toda la ropa de cama y sábanas están incluidas.
Un portacot está disponible de forma gratuita. Por favor traiga su propia ropa de cama, etc.
La habitación Queen y su súper cómoda cama miran hacia el jardín y tienen una persiana privada que deja pasar la luz pero nadie puede ver. Hay bloqueos también. Toda la ropa de cama y sábanas están incluidas.
Se proporciona una hermosa cocina con bancos de piedra, cafetera, lavaplatos, microondas y una gran selección de utensilios de cocina / vajilla. El acceso es a través de pasos que conducen a un balcón. El área con césped lateral permite el acceso a la entrada trasera de la casa si necesita evitar escalones. Estamos trabajando en una rampa para discapacitados en la cubierta.

The house is comfortable and with good provisioning; a pleasant walk and/or short drive to some very good takeaways, or shops (Woolies, Aldi, a decent butcher). We stayed for a week, so took advantage of the clean and maintained kitchen to do some home cooking. The beds were comfy, the shower amazingly spacious.
Add to that the very short walk to Orion beach (quite small but secluded) - perfect place to read, play a bit of shakuhachi, and just listen: A very restorative location!
Jackie, the owner, was also fabulous; kind and considerate, responsive, and respectful.
Perfectly placed for driving to other activities or beaches in Jervis Bay, but also with some very close options if you're feeling lazy and don't want to take half a day to just relax!

We needed accommodation for just one night, so we could attend a 60th birthday party in Vincentia. The villa ticked all our boxes. It was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Although there was only one bathroom it had a second toilet which was great, as there were three of us staying overnight.
The only point to take into consideration if you have mobility problems is the steps up to the front door and also the step from the verandah into the house is a bigger step up than normal. Would definitely stay here again.

We recently spent 6 nights at Vincentia and found the location to be perfect for exploring the 100 different beach locations in the South Coast. It is located only a 7 minute drive to Hyams Beach and a 2 minute walk to the secluded beach down the road.
The house is exceptional clean and well maintained. The host Jackie is amazing an extremely helpful. She had also thought about all the little extras in the house that made our stay that little bit more special. Would highly recommend this house for that summer vacay.

Enjoyed this property, clean and easy to navigate to. Close to beach. Little bit of distance out of town 5km as we did not have a car and had to walk. However if you have a vehicle it would not be an issue and is in a good area. We would definitely recommend.

Absolutely faultless accommodation. The unit was very clean and well appointed and practical.
Our host Jackie had obviously put alot of thought into making sure her guests are comfortable and have everything they need.
The unit was well stocked with all of the essentials, as well as thoughtful extras like, basic cooking staples, a supply of coffee pods, more than just the basic kitchen utensils for any dish you want to prepare, extra towels and the list goes on.
Jackie’s communication was great. She made sure we had everything we needed and she was very reasonable with a request that we made prior to our arrival.
I highly recommend this accommodation. My wife and I will be back as soon as we can!

Perfect location
We had such a perfect stay for a week in this apartment. Was in the best location. Quick walk to the beach for a morning swim and shops to grab a coffee also a nice easy walk. We had absolutely amazing time and the property was exactly what we needed. Clean, well equipped, great location, quiet and super relaxing neighborhood, 1 minute to the shops, 5 minutes walk to the beach.

Well presented townhouse in perfect location
Amazing, newly renovated and super clean townhouse with all the little unexpected extras that made our stay amazing. The property owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The property is located just a stone throw away from the most pristine beaches of Jervis Bay.

Perfect holiday rental
We loved the location, just a few minutes from Orion beach with access to the walking path to Huskisson and Hyams Beach
This villa is light and bright, with a cross breeze from having the front and back doors open as well as the windows on the side keeping us cool on the hot days.
The beds were comfortable and the large table meant we had plenty of space to complete a jigsaw as well as eat our meals.
Kitchen had everything we needed to entertain at home, including ice trays for our afternoon G&Ts.
We felt very at home and were sad to leave after 8 days in this lovely holiday house.
Thank you Jackie for providing such a wonderful place to escape to from the city.
