Only plus point is that it is in madikere n very close to some of the tourist spots to visit but then NOT WALKABLE distance due to steep roads.

We had worst experience at our stay. 1st of all the property doesn't have any LIFT facility and their reception itself is downstairs with 45steps to climb up and down everytime you need to go out of the hotel. Secondly the rooms are not worthy for the price paid. Towels are torn. Leakages in bathroom and even earthworms lurking around. No tea/coffee sachets in the room. No kettle. No in house restaurant. Even if you pay for the room with breakfast, they bring the breakfast from some other hotel and options are limited to poori which doesnt come with any sode dish and dosa with chutney sambar. No other choice!. Swiggy zomato have limited deliveries if you opt for and that too only at limited timings. One staff named NAZIM is very rude n pathetic points finger at ladies n says checkout if you don't like the stay. Booking.com people offered no help on multiple contacts except saying they can cancel and give full refund if we are not happy at the hotel but since we couldn't find any other hotel room to shift in short notice we had to continue our stay.

Commode seat was broken, walls were wet and paint was coming out, no table to keep anything, tap water force was unregulated, geyser was loud all night, crappy breakfast service

Reception is below the main road by about 25 steps.Its not suitable for senior citizens .

The location was just perfect. Rooms were clean and the staff was so humble and helpful. Just loved staying here, would recommend family and friends for this stay .

Too many steps to climb and get down reach the room. No lift nor there any assistance to help with our luggage. Breakfast is worst I ever had. Please don't recommend

Nothing... it's pathetic stay

Hygiene of the washroom was pathetic. It was stinking very badly. Bucket was very dirty. Overall I never expected Booking.com to list such hotel in its website. No value for money. Money u spend for this hotel is not all worthy. They need to really work on hygiene part. I would never recommend this hotel. Just they take money and throw u at some stinking room.

Location, Room

Linen and bedsheets were not clean. No staff were present to attend us . We have to take luggage all by ourselves.

They should have more staff and proper food service

The breakfast is very specific dosa or poori .and is being served in the room. It was pathetic. No towels or toiletries. No drinking water and telephone missing. TV not working and there one person who is doing all the jobs.staff shortage .Never ever use this property.

The hotel is not located in a good place. And is not equipped with any facility to serve guest. They take full payment at the time of check-in so that the make money.
