We were amazed!
1. The check in process was carefree. We went straight to the condo. We had already received our parking pass in an email and parking was steps from the condo.
2. We were pleasantly surprised to be supplied with dishwashing liquid, dishwasher liquid, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, toilet paper, paper towels, beach towels.
3. The pool bands were already in the condo (10 of them). The condo property is beachside and has a huge pool and huge hot tub. We also had access to The Island property next door with a grotto and swim up bar (I don't drink but it was super cool and had non-alcoholic choices). It had multiple pools and a heart shaped hot tub. There was also a grill with food and a tiki bar beachside.
4. Across a catwalk there is a beautiful pool with a lazy river bay side with amazing views.
5. We had one tiny issue when the internet went out. The owner responded immediately and the issue was resolved within minutes.
The condo property is perfect for kids and the pools next door are perfect for adults. We loved this place and the carefree experience. We will be back every year!!

Such a great condo. It had everything we needed and was a perfect location with my son staying at the hotel next door. Super close to the garage, and easy access to the beach and pool. Krystal was amazing with help and response time. We had a great week!

We enjoyed our time here. The condo was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay like toiletries and cleaning supplies. The property manager was super attentive and texted to make sure everything was to our liking and to answer any questions that we might have. The nice sized gym was up-to-date with machines and free weights. We definitely recommend this property.

Love this condo perfect size and layout, pools very nice and short walk to beach. Pools clean but they need to keep pool decks cleaner/swept. Lazy river relaxing lots of floats. We really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what it claims to be.
We had no issues whatsoever. It’s an older establishment that could do with a facelift but as far as what it claims to be, it was spot on. Everything was exactly as described and the pictures were spot on. The only thing we missed was the last river and pools in that area are across the road and while easy to access from the bridge, it takes a couple of minutes to get to.
All in all it was perfect for us and we had a great time and would definitely recommend.

I loved this particular unit as I could see the pool and the ocean.
Our property manager was AMAZING. Since I was staying for a month I wanted to make sure my stay would be seamless so I made a couple suggestions. Frank contacted me and was over within a day and solved my concerns, I was extremely impressed!!

Family Friendly Vacation
Rooms were clean, not a long walk to pool or beach and more items than normal were available in the kitchen. The covered parking was quite close to the room as well. Went in Oct and the heated pools were a big plus.

Nice condo and great location for families!
Everything was just as described in the listing. The location is perfect and right by the gorgeous beach side pool and just a short walk to the beach. The teens spent a lot of time on the Lazy River side of the property which is also beautiful. The beach chair service was great to have as well. Overall we had a fantastic time and a much needed break from everything going on in the world right now.

Nice place. Perfect for our vacation
We were happy with this condo. Had everything you need for a stay in Florida. Listing says 3 bedrooms but really you have two large, closed off bedrooms and one nook with bunk beds. The place was plenty big enough for our family of four to make sure everyone had their own space. You’re right across the street from and arcade and just 200 yards from a large restaurant/shopping complex. The hotel also rents jet skis and pontoon boats and has chairs that come free with the room.

Wonderful Condo and Resort!
This place is wonderful! Very nice and roomy inside. Limited view of the gulf (only second floor) but it's only a two minute walk to the sand and water. Beautiful view of a beautiful 150ft× 50ft pool, palm trees and very large jacuzzi, which we enjoyed from our balcony every morning and evening. So many different water options (the gulf, at least 7 pools, 4 hot tub, lazy river and kiddie pool). The nicest gym I've seen in a condo complex! 1/4 mile at most to a nice pier. There's a handful of easy walkable restaurants(5 minutes ), and the Gulfarium, which we enjoyed. A three minute drive to other nice restaurants. Eight minute drive to Harborwalk which has any vacation options you want from dolphin, shell, snorkel, fishing tours. Shopping, restaurants. The area is super nice, just like this condo and complex!! Thank you Frank and Tracy! We'll be back!

We really enjoyed staying in this unit! It was clean and comfortable. There is very easy access to the parking garage, the pool area, the beach, and a quick walk to the Bayside amenities. The kids enjoyed access to all of the Destin West pools, lazy river, and the pool next door at The Island.

Gulf side 214
We had a great time staying in the gulf side unit #214. The unit was a bit dated, but very clean and well equipped. The resort grounds and beach were well maintained. Would have been nice if the large pool on the gulf side was heated. We visited the last week of March. The weather was nice but the large pool was frigid, and mostly unusable the entire week. Our balcony overlooked the pool. I can count only a couple times during the week where there were one or two brave kids trying to use the pool. There was a hot tub next to the pool, which was very busy due to the pool being unusable. There was a smaller heated pool on the gulf side property, but it wasn’t in a very desirable location, with a view of the parking garage. The resort itself is in a great location with easy access to the Okaloosa pier, restaurants, and shopping. The bay side condos have nice grounds, but again the main pool with the lazy river was not heated. The middle of the lazy river has a small heated pool, but apparently the waterfall was broken, as it wasn’t ever on. Overall we had a great visit, and will be back.

We so enjoyed our stay in this condo! It is a great beach location - with the patio looking out upon the pool and the blue waters of the gulf. And, Frank was a terrific host! From the beginning of the reservation process all the way through the end of our stay, he was always reachable and responded very quickly to any questions or concerns. We cannot wait for our next visit! A beautiful place, and, Frank helped make it great!
