Condominio frente al mar de una habitación con vistas espectaculares! Baño recientemente renovado con piso nuevo, tocador y baño. Juego de dormitorio en trineo Queen en el dormitorio y un sofá cama Queen en la sala de estar. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas, microondas, cafetera y tostadora. Recientemente remodelado con piso de madera nuevo. WiFi, cable, aire acondicionado. Las enormes puertas corredizas de vidrio conducen a un nuevo balcón expansivo. Ascensor. Estacionamiento para un solo vehículo. Tenga en cuenta: Este condominio está ubicado en The Brunswick con un restaurante y salón en la planta baja con música en vivo. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and quaint with an amazing ocean view from the beachfront deck! The gorgeous beach is literally steps away where familles were playing in the sand, dogs having a blast and surfers enjoying the great waves.
The bar downstairs featured live music from noon until 1am along with delicious food, tasty drinks and wonderful waitstaff!
The three bands we listened to had beautiful harmonies, tight instrumentals and fantastic song selection. Also enjoyed their sense of humor! 😂
Parking can be difficult as people don’t always abide by the clearly visible private parking signs and take your spot.
We would definitely rent this place again! 👍

We've stayed at the Brunswick several times, at different condos. This one is a single bedroom gem. The pictures in the listing show all you need to know. Very comfortable and excellent 3rd floor location, right in the middle of the nightlife of "the Swick". Had a wonderful visit and would book again.

This was the perfect location and a great little condo, exceeded our expectations. Definitely not the Ritz, but well maintained and very comfortable! We were in town for the bands, the deck was huge and overlooking the patio. Best seat in the place! Only a few steps to the beach and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with, we will book again in the future.

Excellent rental right in the middle of the best action that OOB has to offer. Property is at the Brunswick, right above live entertainment, which was a bonus for us! East walk to beach and downtown activities. Definitely worth it!

The view is just amazing!! Loved listening to the waves crashing at night. So much fun listening to the bands from the deck. Drinks and food downstairs were good.

Property is awesome if you are there before the peak season. The condo could use some updates it is very dark. With that said the beach is right there. Very commercial area but could be fun for kids. Unfortunately my husband could not look past the sloped floors and poor workmanship and quality of materials. A room darkening curtain would have helped sun rises at 4:30. I'm not sure last time homeowners were there but 3 of 4 ceiling lights were not working. We will not return.

Even with a snow/ice storm, the beach doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and waves crashing. The condo was warm and cozy and I was very happy to be able to watch the Bruins on tv. Already planned my next visit!

The view is unbeatable! The condo was clean, warm, and comfortable and made for a great stay. Listing indicated the bar had live music on weekends even on off-season so we were aware but still surprised how well we could hear them on the 3rd floor; didn't ruin the trip for us though. Hubby and I are just getting old I guess!

A cute little condo with a WONDERFUL large balcony overlooking the beach. Stocked with everything you might need, except for food, of course. (There was a bit of coffee there and some filters, enough to get you started).
The bar downstairs is hoppin on the weekend, but we didn't mind the beat floating up through the building. And a respinsive host, too.

This property was old and outdated, from the building to condo unit. There was a leak in the ceiling in the shower from unit above. All the floors in the living area were lifted at the seams and other areas around the condo the floor was unfinished. The appliances were old, as was the bed which was totally wore out and uncomfortable. t Two thin towels were provided to use during your entire stay and no beach towels at a place at the beach. No kleenex to be found. Just didn't enjoy the place, but it did have a beautiful sunrise.

The room was cozy, the view was off the chart!!! The food and service below were great. FYI- the bar on the first floor can have some loud music. Which can be great from the balcony if it is your type of music. We love music so was perfect for us.

Thought this place was a good value for true ocean front.
There's a bar on the first floor that can be a bit noisy but my wife and I went down and enjoyed the bands both nights we were there, so it was worth it. Loved being able to walk downstairs to an enjoyable place to hang out. Also really liked the restaurant right next door. Great breakfast (try the lobster benny) and live music.

This unit is nicely decorated and clean but the building is neither. The unit was very hot as there is no way to have air flow through. The west side where the bedroom is has no windows. It was only in the 60s outside so I can’t imagine what it is like in the summer. The kitchen is very small . I wouldn’t recommend this place.

We booked here last minute for our mini-moon and were not sure what to expect as we had never been to OOB. It did not disappoint! It was so convenient being steps from the beach and the walking distance to all of the main attractions. I was nervous about being right above the bar and the music keeping me up at night but with the slider shut and the fan in the bedroom on it wasn’t an issue at all. The highlight of the place is being able to sit on the balcony and listen to the live music!! This place is a litttle slice of heaven!

The family had a lot of fun staying at "The Swick!" We enjoyed being right on the beach and Palace Playland is a short walk away.

The property is on the water, as advertised. The bed was very soft, but adequate. Music started about noon with different bands until midnight. We liked the choices played, so it was good for us. When we went to bed, we closed the slider, the bedroom door and turned on the ceiling fan. Sound was gone. Nice walk to the boardwalk and eateries! Walks on the beach we’re gorgeous.

We enjoyed the views, the ocean, the music below and your condo. Only complaint was tvs out of sync and mix up with cleaning lady arriving at 3 which was same time as us. She was quick tho so no problem.

Excellent property, very clean , beautiful view and just a few steps to the beach. Loved staying here and property owner was extremely helpful and communicated right away. We would recommend anyone to this property. Excellent accommodations on the beautiful OOB.

. Myself and my family had a blast. Enjoyed seeing live bands right below the deck/ people watching. No sound issues w fan on and door shut to bedroom. Would def recommend if you’re a music junkie like myself. Wendy/ city do owner responded to all questions immediately.

Property was right on beach, great ocean views, location was great, everything was within walking distance. As clearly mentioned by owner, it can be loud when the restaurant below had bands playing. If you are obe to love watching and listening to bands, this location cannot beat the view of band, you can have your drinks and see and listen to the bands from your balcony. If you have the doors to room closed, you don’t really hear the noise. Personally, at times I would have liked to be able to quietly watch the ocean and at other times I enjoyed listening to the bands. I worried that the kids would have difficulty sleeping with the noise but it did not seem to bother them. All in all, compared to other accommodation choices, I feel this was the best considering location, view and cleanliness.

The place was very clean, Short walk to the pier. Ocean right outside your door. Wendy was great to work with. She got back to me quickly and answered all my questions. Unfortunately the weather was not great, but my friends are already talking about wanting to rent it next year. If you’re not sure I Wouldn’t hesitate to rent it.

We stayed in this location because it was close to my daughters wedding venue. Oceans views were second to none. Beautiful location. Everything you might need was in the room. Saturday night there was a band playing right below the balcony. It was great music. We enjoyed it very much.

First & formost...the view from the condo is Awesome. Most of our time was spent at the condo when we wasn't beach hopping. This was our first time visiting Maine. I've always thought I'd like to live in Maine. This trip proved that & then some! Very nice condo & Wendy responded immediately to any messages I sent. We didn't have any problems with anyhing at all. I would definitely recommend Wendy's condo to anyone! Thanks Wendy for an Amazing 10 days in Maine.
