Overall, a nice place to stay- but it was not clear that the kitchen was shared with other tenants.

It was a good location, enough space and we got help from the Owner when we had any questions! However the listing photos were very confusing as it showed me the whole house, but we only rented one room downstairs!! Otherwise, great stay!

We had a great stay at Zack's place! The suite was nice and spacious, with a comfy bed and couch. Good neighbourhoos Zack was great to communicate with. Having a parking space was awesome (not always an easy thing to come by in the Bay Area), and the suite was in a great spot: short walk away from the train station and maybe a 15 to 20 minute ride to downtown.

The host was great to work with. Communication was prompt, and he was there for any Questions. Even to let me know name of SUPER comfortable mattress! Great location, quick drive to everything. Would def suggest this as a terrific and reasonable clean place to stay.

Zack was a very informative host and was onsite for our 3-day stay. Room was clean and neat.

Clean, quiet room very close to pretty much every retail, dining, and entertainment offering you could ask for. Walking distance to BART. 15 minutes to Chase Center; 25 minutes to the Financial District.

I write good review as long as the host/staffs are friendly. Host here was pretty helpful so I gave good score, but you should specify that you are providing 'shared' kitchen. Private kitchen and shared one makes huge difference. Can use free laundromat and dryer here, which can be an advantage(bring ur own detergent).

This was a perfect location and set up for what I needed on a recent visit to Daly City. The host is communicative and pleasant and with the crazy parking situation in Daly City, it was great to have a spot!

This was exactly what we needed after long days of exploring San Fran. Easy walk to the Bart station, even with a toddler in a stroller.

Great location 15 min from San Francisco. 20 min BART train ride into the city & 10 min walking distance to train. Very clean, has microwave & Keurig machines with coffee & shared kitchen upstairs. Parking spot was a plus.

I stayed at Zack's place for a 3 day work trip. It was as described/pictured and getting in/out was quick and easy. The fact there was a place to park a vehicle was a plus. In addition, Zack made sure to do a quick check in via text and make sure everything was okay.

This is a quiet neighborhood. The living space is as seen on the internet. One parking space is available and it was in a driveway in front of a two car garage. For San Francisco, this is a great situation. The host was very friendly and provided tasty croissants for breakfast treats. The kitchen is shared with others. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Ideal budget property for exploring San Francisco. BART within walking distance and easy connections to downtown SF. Zak was very friendly and welcoming. Would happily stsy here again.

Great place to stay just outside of San Francisco. Easy access to the freeways or the BART. Little noisy from the guests upstairs but nothing horrible. Washer/dryer a nice perk. Would stay again if in town.

This property is surprisingly spacious and very clean. Even though it was in the lower level next to the garage, it did not feel dark or dingy. It was very airy and had enough bright sunlight with a modern bathroom, a Keurig, mini fridge, TV with Netflix and HBO. There is a parking spot in front if you're driving. The check-in process was very smooth. Zack was very responsive and accommodated an earlier check-in. If you're looking for an affordable, clean, and spacious place to stay that is close to the city, I highly recommend staying at Zack's.

The flat was nice and clean. The next BART Station was just a few minutes away. Perfect place for people who are budget minded and dont hesitate to ride a train to reach the city.

We really enjoyed staying here. It had plenty of room, a beautiful new bathroom and lots of extra touches like a microwave, a small fridge, paper plates and a coffee maker with a variety coffee and some bottles of water. The host was very nice and the bed was very comfortable. The sofa bed was also comfortable. There were plenty of pillows and everything was very clean. ;)

Nice place to stay just outside of San Francisco, close to everything, very clean up to date rental,on lower level just a little noise from upstairs unit but not bad at all worth the stay with parking

This studio was really nice and very clean, you even have a private back patio (just wish there were some chairs and a table outside). The neighborhood was very quiet. The people upstairs are a bit noisy, you can hear them walking around and moving furniture around. The studio even has a washer and drier we can use right outside our door. It was great to have clean clothes for the 3rd leg of our trip. It was kinda hard using the laundry because the people upstairs were always using it for the 2 nights we were there and they would leave it sitting in the machines forever. The drive to San Francisco was close and it was really nice we had a designated parking spot in the driveway. I would definitely stay again.

This studio rental was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, spacious, a short walk to the BART, had a super comfy bed, and it was priced right.

The place is great and agree with other comments about hearing the walking on the floor above. For me was not a problem because I was here for work and so was quiet overnight. Was a great host and super pleased with the place. Will stay again when I’m in SF-which I am quite often.

We share the same sentiments as the previous reviewers. The noise from the residents upstairs and the sweaky floor can be bothersome. Kept me awake at night. Use ear plugs if you are sensitive to that kind of stuff. The location is convenient, just outside of San Francisco. Definitely reasonably priced. Zack checked on us to see how we were doing. Place was well equipped with bathroom and kitchen necessities. We were going to utilize the laundry until we saw the sign that washing/drying was only allowable between 9am-6pm. Then only to find out the residents were actually using it after 6pm until 10pm. Overall it was a good stay.
