Seaside let us know before we arrived that some work was being done on the beach in front of the original condo we booked. They gave us some options and the Oceanside condo was very nice. It is right on the beach and within east walking distance to many good restaurants and shops. We had a little Wi-Fi connection problem upon arrival but the property shoppe quickly helped with that and all was good. We enjoyed using the hot tub at the condo. We also appreciated the complimentary products in the bathrooms and kitchen. The weather wasn’t quite as warm and sunny as we would have liked but it was way better than Indiana and we still enjoyed walking on the beach. Overall our visit was very good!

Sharon & Taylor have always been most helpful with any questions/issues. My biggest concern with Oceanside is the condo grounds are not kept neat. Grass is always long and pool deck and pool always dirty. In our 2 week stay, I never seen the pool cleaned. It’s a shame as every guest/owner I have talked to feels this is a big issue. We love Oceanside and hate to see this continue to happen.

Location, location, location. This condo has been one of the better condos that we have stayed in and we have been coming to FL for years. The decor is exactly what I look for when searching for a place to stay. Who wants to stay in a condo that doesn't reflect a beach vibe? Always a plus to have a pool & hot tub but the best part is being able to walk out to the beach straight from the pool. Many great restaurants are in walking distance, plenty of shopping and only a little over an hour to Disney. I would definitely book this condo again in the future!

And that says everything about how you feel and want your guests to be completely satisfied... and this one is!😊” Oceanside 304 was everything I was looking for. I love Indian Rocks Beach because it is so walkable. The condo itself was absolutely spotless. The only thing that I missed was a Keurig coffee maker. The Mr. Coffee was just fine. I took a short walk to CVS to pick up the coffee that I wanted. The grounds are very well-maintained. The people I met at the pool and on the beach were absolutely delightful. My sons live in the area... One in Tampa and one in Saint Pete and they both were impressed with the condo and the view. I loved it so much that the day I checked out I had Sharon block in a week for me in September 2024. I would like to think Seaside Property Shoppe and the owner of unit 304 for sharing this wonderful home with me. I have several friends who are seriously thinking of Oceanside and Seaside for next year.

This was a 3rd story unit and the upstairs neighbors were very loud and there wasn't very much noise buffering from their floor to our ceilings. The management team were great. The air conditioner went out and we notified the rental company and it was fixed the same night. Over all I would book again. The views of the each and sunsets made all the other stuff not a big deal.

The property was excellent for our family. Clean with easy access to the beach. We had everything we needed for a week on the beach.

This is our second stay at this particular unit and third overall at Oceanside. As in the past, we had a wonderful stay! Easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, etc. and right on the beach. The beach is never crowded and there is plenty of space in the unit for our family of 5!

Oceanside as a whole is located on a Great Beach, walking distance to most all of IRB. Pool is nice, Cabana Storage great. Unit 304 was new to us this year and nicer than the other unit we have stayed in previous years. Management Company was accommodating and pleasant. We have already begun plans for 2023. We have brought Family and Friends and they love it.

Immaculate as always - people at the pool extremely nice this year - very easy to make friends when you are happy. Only problem - some teenagers decided to put bubble solution of some sort in the hot tub so there were a lot of bubbles! Elevator wasn't working one morning when we went to breakfast and by the time we returned, the service man was there and when I changed for the pool/beach, my arthritic knees were relieved to ride in an elevator.

This place was amazing! We stayed in 304 and had absolutely no complaints. From the clean interior, to fully stocked kitchen, this place was head to toe worth every penny. The staff was very helpful and quick to answer our questions. The location is steps from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants, and stores. Very quiet area that is nestled between St Pete and Clearwater. Loved the ease and access to the trolly system as well. Will return for sure!

Everything had been recently refurbished and was top quality and very enjoyable. The beds and all furniture were very comfortable and the entire condo well appointed for most things (linens, towels, kitchenware, furniture, even some beach accessories). We did find the condo quite loud. The sound of the elevator opening and closing repeatedly throughout the night and again the day we left (it kept breaking) and the sound of the people walking and doors slamming shut in the unit above, to be very noisy. Some of this is to be expected in a condo but we found this building particularly noisy. Simply the construction of it. Overall the condo was very enjoyable.Things that could be improved:-There was no kettle in the kitchen which was an inconvenience. Please provide a basic kettle.-The drawers that won't stay closed in the kitchen were annoying and hazardous- easy to bump into and hurt oneself. Should be fixed especially since so newly renovated.-There were 2 coffee makers in the kitchen. This may have been because the one provided was not working so it appears as though another renter purchased and left a small, basic one which was nice to have.. -upon arriving in the condo it had been cleaned quite well but the floor had not been perfectly vacuumed in a few places. Overall: good.-Garbage bags left for the kitchen would be very nice to be provided. There is one very thin one when you arrive, and I understand that renters are intended to provide their own items but a basic like garbage bags would be helpful for the condo to provide so that the best care can be maintained. There is not much that can be said to improve things. The location, the condo, the rental experience with the property manager was all very good. We loved 304 Oceanside and hated to leave. We'll definitely be back. Thank you for helping to make a wonderful family vacation.

We have no issues with unit other than a few minor items could be updated but overall love the condo. Still feel the condo association could do a better job with keeping pool clean & walkways. Guests are not following rules about leaving beach items at the pool, by their car or outside their unit doors. We treat the condo & grounds as if we were at home but some guests do not. Noticed units had way more than max # of people in them. We love Oceanside & Seaside Rental so hoping condo assoc. steps up their game. Pool is biggest area that is not kept cleaned. Rarely seen pool guy.

If I was the owner I would get a new couch it is wore out people slide off and the deck furniture is so Beautiful but they need tighten the bolts they lean forward the towels in this condo are plentiful beautiful beach towels also.
