Great experience, wonderful area to vacation, family had a fantastic week!

We stayed last summer (Aug 2021) but forgot to write a review after our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home has everything you would need for a vacation! Large home with many bedrooms and tons of room to spread out and relax. Fire pit out back with lawn furniture made the back yard a relaxing extension of the house. The hot tub was awesome! Home is on a private road with very little traffic. We literally only saw 2 cars pass all weekend. Would definitely stay again!

Only issue we had during our stay which wasn't really an issue was we weren't able to get to use the hot tub as it wasn't heating up. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool table. The owner was great when it come to moving dates for our stay and changing our arrival time. Great area for adventures

The week at Deermeadows was wonderful! Far enough for others that we didn’t have to worry about the kids making noise, close enough to places to swim and explore that we were able to do something different everyday! The house was comfortable with plenty of space. Felt warm and welcoming. We made some wonderful family memories here!

The house was large enough to accommodate us. It is large with plenty of space for parking trucks, trailers and machines. It has a nice yard with a fire pit that was perfect. Great location close to the trailhead and downtown Rangeley. Communication with Jeff was easy. He was very responsive. The only negative was his cleaning company must of rushed because it was not as tidy as we would have expected. He was apologetic when contacted. We would definitely rent this property again.

Went to ride and that's what we did. Went from Rangley to Newport, VT then to Newport ME. This house was perfect. The hot tub after riding all day on 65 year old bone was the secret. Well maybe the Gentleman Jack helped. We all fell asleep in the living room with the huge screen TV. Jeff the owner great guy. And if you need a deliver person find jake.

We had 8 adults, a 6 year old and four kids 2 and under and we had SO much space for all of us!! There was a back patio that was just poured and was a great space for kids to ride bikes and to keep less dirt going through the house. We also loved the private road it was on- sipping coffee while going for a morning walk was so peaceful! There are 3 floors (and the basement too!) with many bedrooms to choose from. If you go in the summer, I highly recommend bringing a fan or two from home to remain comfortable when it's hot out as there wasn't any AC. All adults enjoyed the hot tub on the front porch! What a wonderful way to start and end the days! The kitchen had all we needed for food prep and cooking our meals while we were there. I did wish I would've brought our cast iron pans as many of the pans are highly worn but we made due with what we had. I was surprised and glad they had outdoor chairs and the patio set for backyard and front porch sitting. We enjoyed spending time around the fire and the privacy of the property! There's also a grill we used for almost all of our cooking, with no problems at all! We spent some of the days going to Quill Hill with a gorgeous 360 degree view, Height of the Land with more amazing views, and the Rangeley State Park. We loved the local ice cream shop and stopped into Classic Provisions for breakfast on our way home the next morning. Great food and small town atmosphere! Our next family trip will definitely be on the water, but I can see us coming back in the years to come! Shoutout to working with Jeff!! He was very personable, very understanding, and immediately called when I had a question regarding check-in. Highly recommend!

Great stay! Huge house, great location.

Plenty of parking as there was 5 trucks with ATV trailers and no issues! Great place to stay and riding ATV trails were amazing!

It was a beautiful House and very spacious it was nice location everything was about 6-10 mins away we loved the bonfire we used it every night and the jacuzzi was even better jeff was very helpful with everything i asked about and answered quickly to my Questions Overall stay was very comfortable stay

4 generations of family stayed for an extended weekend. No real complaints. The house was large enough for all of us to have our own space but close enough to spend time together.

Nice place. Needs a good cleaning and a mouse problem needs correcting.

Property could use a thorough cleaning in all rooms !! Would be wonderful for a bigger dining room table with leaves and extra chairs. Owner very nice and accommodating we have wonderful memories ! Thank you Jeff!!!

Was allot of fun, the location was amazing and we all had a truly great time. House was huge and we had plenty of room for everybody! Would definitely go back for another stay

perfect home for large family to share, quiet, private and yet close to everything.

Aside from a few minor problems that were handled quickly by the owner, this was a great place to stay! Plenty of room for the 5 of us, you easily could of fit double it not more. The kitchen is nicely stocked with everything that one could want. We would stay again.

The house was awesome! We had 10 adults and 2 kids staying at the house for Christmas and had more then enough room for everyone. The location is amazing, surrounded by trees and wildlife there wasn't a better place for us to stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, other than food they had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. With so many people it seemed like the the hot water ran out pretty quickly and showers needed to be spread out pretty far, but other then that I have not one single complaint. I 10000% would reccomend this house to anyone and plan on making another visit sometime soon.

We stayed here in july 2016. Huge house. We were big group and house had enough place. House is away from other houses but still right in city. Only thing we had was lot of night bugs/insects on windows, but I guess that is common in area. Owner had arrangments for that too. We enjoyed our stay and would love to rent again, if we are in area.

No direct trail access for ATV's also no hot tub. Front porch collapsed last winter and has not been repaired. False advertising to say the least!! Rangley is beautiful, but this house is not where you want to stay!!!

Didn't get to enjoy the house to it's full potential, but Jeff still did a great job making our stay comfortable.

There was plenty of room, it was laid out well, close to town, yet on a quiet road. It had all the amenities we needed. We are a large group of women who have been renting houses for 15 years. I think this one is our favorite.

The whole family had an amazing time!! We bought deer feed and on the second day they were all in yard eating! 10/12 of them usually!! We had issues with TV satelite watched New Years Ball drop on my IPad!! We got the ice of satellite disk in time for Patriots game!! Thank goodness!! Really no negativein this house perfect for a big family! They do need to update their towels plus have a lot more towels and washcloths for a big group!!! Beds are not the greatest but very duable for a short stay!! Owner was very responsive for our couple issue!!! Amazing stay!👍𣐽򐸃

This house is a Huge 7 bedroom home with plenty of room . It's located on a culdesac, it was very quiet and secluded area . The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you can think of . Everybody enjoyed the Hot tub. The out door fire pit was a hit with us . We also loved how the surround sound for the stereo system had two speakers indoor, two on front porch next to the Hot tub , and two more out back while having a fire we could listen to music . I talk to the owner Jeff when I arrived , he was very helpful and told me if I needed anything just to call him . I would highly recommend this home . I know we are looking forward to renting this home next October . Thanks Again

We had a family reunion with 13 people and had plenty of room in the house for everyone. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans and gadgets. The only things missing are kitchen tea towels and dish cloths. Everyone was able to shower and we never ran out of hot water. It was nice to have the washer and dryer available as we had to do hand towels and bath towels as these were sparse in number. We enjoyed the hot tub and sitting on the front porch. The semi private road was nice and quiet. The kids were able to ride their bikes without having to worry about traffic. We had a great time and would recommend this house!! The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had before and during our stay.

Clean, new and spacious. home on wooded lot with large yard on quiet culdesac. Seven bedrooms. Two on third floor. four on second floor.. Large eat in kitchen with center island and table facing deck. Separate dining room. Over sized living room with couches and tv. Large living room on lower floor. Hot tub and barbecue. Ten minute walk to swimming. Located in the heart of the beautiful Maine lakes region. Minutes from Rangely Lake. Five miles from the town of Rangely with great restuarants and town beach. Enjoyed by my family of seven but could have held ten more plus. Owner always available for questions. Would highly recommend to anyone I thought would maintain this property.

It was wonderful New Year experience! The house was clean, warm and fully equipped. The owner even decorated Christmas Tree for us. Hot tub was a great entertainment every night! On the 2nd and 3d we went to Sugarloaf - 45 min away. I highly recommend this place.
