Everything is perfect! The staff, the room, the breakfast, the location.. hard to beat!

It is a very small hotel (smaller than how it looks on the photos). Rooms are pretty small. First night we were given a very small room even though we booked for the largest room available. The bell boy was absolutely amazing and inform the manager Mr. Thanh who changed the room next day and was wonderful. All the bell boys were soo nice and friendly. The breakfast is very elaborate and tasty.

The receptionists are very slow and barely understands English, which is not a fault but to attend international guests, staff should be able to speak and understand bare minimum. The hotel corridors are very old, no ventilation or aircon, carpets are smelly. Roof top is very small even though in photos they look larger.

The hotel is very well located to awesome restaurants and night life. The Japanese quarter is just a stones throw away and is quite an adventure in itself! Despite the central location and being in a very busy part of the city, the noise levels from the street below were quite low and I found it easy to fall asleep. However, the rooms are not very well sound insulated from the inside, and you can hear your neighbors dragging and scrapping chairs, or walking about above you. But ideally you would only be sleeping in your room and not spending much time there.

A little bit noisy from other guests. The hotel should look at better sound insulation between rooms and the passage. I didn't try out the Spa, however the pricing is a bit higher than spa's you can find around the city so I cannot vouch if it is worth the extra cash or not.

Their staff is pretty sweet. A morning staff named Baby Shark and a night staff I don't know the name, they full of passion for working. Everyone there is kind.

Soundproofing is not good enough. I can listen clearly if others chatted in the corridor. The water is very small, it takes around 20 minutes to fill the bathtub...

Great location! Very clean, everything you need is there. Excellent breakfast!

Considering the price, everything was fine! Only one request to clean air conditioners.

The staff were very helpful, especially Manh and Hihi. The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. The rooftop pool and area to relax is amazing and the location is great as walking distance to all the sights, restaurants and bars.

it’s at the core area and ez to locate. nice facility and nice staff. We like it all, especially the enthusiastic staff: Baby Shark. one of my associates says she’d like to have some really shark babies with Baby Shark :)

Close to almost everything in D1, the staff was friendly. Enjoy talking to the staff especially Luan, the doorman.

The breakfast place is a bit too small. It is ok for now,but if the hotel is full, it would be a problem.

The service is good, especially the receptionist which the name is called Luan is very helpful.

The location is perfect as it's in the center but not too hustle and bustle. One more thing that I'm very impressed with is the hospitality in Roseland Sweet Hotel & Spa. I especially appreciated the warm welcome and all the help that a staff named Lam had given me during my stay.
