We stayed here to celebrate my father in laws 75th birthday and it was perfect! The house is completely loaded! If you can think of it they probably have it. Our kids loved the pool and the volleyball net was definitely put to work for some tournaments. The extras in the garage were perfection for our beach trips. Boogie boards, sand toys, umbrellas, towels and chairs. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. The house came with it all.
Now to the pool alarm… Alarm is very annoying but once figured out it was no big deal. We did wish there was an option to keep the doors open and the screen shut with out the alarm going crazy.
Overall we had a great stay! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much for opening your house.

A truly wonderful house and prime location with everything a family will need. Close to terrific beaches, reactants, and shopping, but yet in your own private paradise. Having your own private pool and hot tub was a total hit with everyone, especially the kids. The pool allarm is a nuisance, but it’s the law so live with it-it’s a first world problem! A truly perfect place for our reunion.

It's a great property for multiple people (or big family). It has all of the amenities for staying in and preparing meals. Eating out options are available with quick few minute drive. Beach gears are fully stocked with tents, umbrellas, cooler, trolley, you name it they have it. When the beaches are too packed, staying in and hanging out at the house pool is nice. The only small inconvenience is sharing the master bath with the room next to it.

The property was beautiful and decorated immaculately. The garage is full of all the beach umbrellas, chairs and misc stuff that you'll need for beach time. The layout of the house is a bit odd but manageable. We did see ants in the kitchen and one of the bathrooms. The pool was supposed to be heated and may have been but not to the comfortable temperature stated. It was always too cool to enjoy staying in for any length of time. This really impacted the amount of time we would have stayed in the pool. I called the property manager several times to let them know and asked them to send someone out to check on the pool heater. That never happened and this was never resolved to our satisfaction. The spa did heat up and was enjoyable.

Stayed here with my family and sister’s family. Age ranges were as young as 12 all the way up to 75. House was clean, well stocked with everything we would need to enjoy our stay. Home provided beach items we could use while we stayed there and the pool was a hit with everyone (had some crazy games of valley all out there). Once you get used to how to use the sliding door alarm (lol) this place is highly recommended for all. Very close to restaurants and hotel shopping and local shops and stores as well. I don’t typically write reviews, I would stay here again if we were visiting the island.

It's a beautiful, new home with modern conveniences. Loved the quiet new neighborhood close to Queen's and King's Shops. Great pool and nice extras like bikes and beach gear. We were sad that the hammock and pool net seen in the pictures were not available. The sliding door alarms are a real drag, but required by law it seems. Great management.

Our family of 10 (6 adults and children 9,7,5 and 3) loved everything about our week at Sparkling Waters! We spent most of our time at the house because the purpose of our trip was to enjoy being together but there was plenty to do when we wanted to venture out. The pool and all the supplies that came with it a perfect for our family…. we spent almost every day in the pool most of the day. Some of us spent more time under the lanai which was wonderful to be able to relax and see the kids enjoying the pool. We loved the fact that there were two sections to the lanai one for dining and one for relaxing. The supplies in the kitchen were beyond what we have found in most of our rentals…. even champagne flutes for when we celebrated our 50th anniversary dinner! We loved being able to use the grill most nights for dinner. Bikes, beach supplies and extras were way beyond what we expected. If we come back to Hawaii we will definitely consider staying at Sparkling Waters again!

What a great property! We loved our stay in this house! The lanai was so enjoyable and sheltered us from the trade winds. We loved having a pool and hot tub all to ourselves! Everything is conveniently located near shops and beaches and it was really easy to find. We will stay again!

The house is new and beautiful. Fully stocked with all the things you might need during your stay. We had a nice stay at the house but there was a few things I wish I knew prior to booking The biggest hiccup was the pool alarm. Every time you open the patio doors to go outside there is an alarm that gets activated and it gets rather annoying. I realize it’s there for safety purposes but it’s rather inconvenient when you don’t have little kids in your party. There is no way to keep the doors open and allow fresh air into to home. And yiu have to keep pushing a button within 7 seconds of opening the doors or the alarm goes off. There isn’t a way to deactivate the alarm. And this alarm wasn’t in the house description when we booked. We weren’t told about it until a day before our arrival. So that was a bit annoying. Feel like that should have been stated in the home description so people are aware of the alarm prior to booking.
Also the community is very new and a bit away from the rest of Waikoloa village. It’s more bare and not so green. But they have bikes in the garage you can use.
Also to note. It’s very windy in this area. Especially after 1pm.
Overall beautiful house. Clean. Well decorated But would not stay here again.

Sparkling Waters house was just what we were looking for! The house is thoughtfully stocked with everything you would need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are comfortable, thereʻs a variety of bathrooms, the kitchen has ample space for cooking for a group/family, and the pool and outdoor space is awesome! The only thing that was lacking is that you are not able to adjust the temperature for the jacuzzi, which was not hot enough on the breezy nights.

Sunsets were amazing from yard…
Our family enjoy this trip very much, the kitchen was very well equipped, rooms were spacious, location was super easy, very safe, sunsets were amazing from the house, super quiet and the garden/pool area was just lovely. While this is not very important, the outdoor furniture was a bit worn and older. The website shows pictures of a hammock and volleyball net but they were not set up; perhaps clients should have the option of having it ready (I am being very picky). Our stay was lovely and I would recommend the house and area to anyone. Thank you Sparkling Waters!

Birthday celebration
My husband and I rented this property to celebrate my 60th birthday with our 2 daughters, sons-in-law, and 2 year old granddaughter. It was perfect! Everyone had their own bedroom with the adults having their own bathroom! The kitchen was the most equipped of any I have ever seen in a VRBO! And the amount of pool and beach equipment and toys was astounding!
The amazing lanai was perfect for enjoying the incredible weather and sunsets!
The managers responded to questions by email almost immediately!

This house was equipped to the hilt! We had everything we needed for a great week with our big family. The house is close to the Waikoloa resorts, hapuna beach, Waimea, etc. kitchen was great (especially given limited restaurant seating due to COVID).
We’re already planning to come back next year!

Perfect for 2 families
The lay out is perfect for 2 families. One family had 2 kids and the other 3 kids. The lanai and pool provide a great atmosphere to relax outside. We had one question regarding the spa and the property management company had someone out immediately. Property and service was first class all the way around. Without a doubt we would stay here again. We were so sad to leave. This house was a key part of our overall great family vacation.

Nice home close to A-bay
This is a really nice home with a pool and hot tub. You can even see the ocean in the distance. We have a great week in the home. The property managers were always ready to respond. And seemed happy to help.

We had three generations staying here. Everyone enjoyed it very much. They had everything we could have needed. Pool/spa were awesome. Property managers were very helpful with a couple of very minor problems and accommodating with a slightly early check in. Responsive and nice. They had many boogie boards, beach chairs and bikes as well a snorkel gear in numerous sizes. We will definitely be back. Location was perfect too, very close to King’s and Queen’s marketplaces. Easy drive to airport.

Best home in Waikoloa
We come to waikoloa 3/year this was our favorite stay. Home was gorgeous and it was so nice to have a pool of our own. The few mechanical issues we had were promptly dealt with in person by the property mgr. Only concern was that the pool was unsecured which we knew. In Hawaii, we tend to leave doors open and live outside so if you have an infant be sure you are aware, he or she lives in a safety vest with grippy shoes and you may consider bringing a pool alarm (Amazon). A+ home!!!

The location is prime: Very short distance to shopping, beaches, dining, hotels, and the airport.

The beds are very comfortable.
Well laid out floor-plan allows for privacy.
The pool and hot tub are definite features.
The sunsets over the ocean are clearly visible and of course spectacular.
Our stay could not have been better.

Very clean and well appointed.
The entire experience was easy and trouble free. The house is very well appointed with anything you would need. Extra blankets and linens; the kitchen was supplied with all cooking necessities. I would book this property again!

Wonderful Home in the Perfect Location!
This was our family’s 7th trip to the big island and our 7th different accommodation. After a vote it was unanimous- this has been by far our favorite place to stay! The home was perfectly clean. The open floor plan provided a wonderful gathering area inside and out. The bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. This home is equipped with everything you need to truly enjoy your stay whether in the kitchen preparing delicious meals or recreational play at home and abroad. They literally thought of everything. We could not be more pleased or excited to return. If we could give it more stars we would!

Fantastic home
Fantastic house that has literally everything you need. Not only is the location great for local snorkeling beaches but it’s also a great jumping off point for any of the other wonderful big island activities. And after your day long excursions you’ll welcome the fabulous heated pool and adjacent hot tub while you gaze at some of the most amazing night skies you’ll ever see. From reading in the hammock to taking bike rides around Waikoloa this house will be a memory maker for you and yours. Oh and the property managers were so helpful. Mahalo Sparkling Waters!

An absolutely fantastic property.
We were two families of four - this property was absolutely perfect for the 4 adults and 4 kids (10-13). Pool and spa were a treat to come home to after a day at the beach. 4 very comfortable bedrooms nicely configured to suit our 2 families. It seems every small detail was covered to ensure our stay was perfect - everything you could possibly need for a day at the beach, well stocked, quality kitchen and comfortable areas to sit and relax. Great location for beaches, golf and exploring. Can recommend the Kohala Zipline experience (30min drive). Jeff and Suzanne were terrific hosts - always very responsive to any questions we had.

Wonderful getaway for the family
Sparking Waters was a clean and nicely decorated house with all of the amenities we could have wanted for our stay. From the kitchen to the garage, everything was thoughtfully stocked to maximize the utility and the fun. The backyard/pool might entice you to stay in an extra day or two just to enjoy what's right in your backyard. As this is in a new development, there was some construction next door as well as some issues with the new address, but nothing that detracted from the experience. It will be interesting to see how the neighborhood evolves. I would recommend for families or groups of friends.

Best place we've stayed yet
This property was soooo perfect for our trip. It had everything you could wish for and didn't know you wanted. Four bedrooms were a treat to be able to spread out, with really comfortable beds. The kitchen was stocked with all the equipment, gadgets, and supplies we needed, plenty of towels, and OMGosh... the pool and beach equipment was so great to have right down to water wings for the 4 year old, and a wagon to carry the load. We arrived at night and all of us walked right through the house and out to the pool, hot tub and huge lanai. It was actually comical because we all just dropped our luggage inside the door and headed outside before even deciding bedrooms. The location is actually really close to everything we wanted to do on this trip. Grocery store up the hill, several golf courses, deli close by to get breakfast and eat it on the beach, the three beaches we frequent most often within 5 miles. What could be better? We have rented from Jeff and Suzanne before and they take awesome care of their guests, this time was no exception. Things were set up and ready for us and we just moved in for 8 days. To anyone shopping for a vacation and comparing prices, this property is worth it.
