Good location and excess to the Ravat Ville, medina, Hassan tower..The staff was very kind and helpful to me. The studio was bright(except for the bedroom) and cozy. Everything for me like microwave, electric kettle, water purifier(don't need to buy water), washing machine, good function of heater(good sleep) and perfect wifi.

No elevator but no problem because I had a small luggage. When you come back at night, push the front door as soon as you put the password.

L'appartement est très propre, ensoleillé, aéré et très bien équipé et entretenu. L'emplacement est juste parfait, à 2 pas du gare de train Rabat ville. Brahim était trop sympa et serviable. C'est de payer en cash ou avec carte parce qu'ils ont un TPE sur place.

Room fans are not working on tv not working . Plus, I think more communication needed, as checking out, no one came to collect the Key wasted 1hr. Atlast left the key with the cleaner. And it's not worth paying so much. Would have been better stayed in hotel. Anyway, that's my personal opinion. I wouldn't recommend it to my friends and family, nor should I stay again.

Unbeatable location in the middle of the city’s action, close to the medina, Kasbah, ocean, royal palace and everything. The apartment was small but equipped with the essentials for living for few weeks. Fatima was quick in responding any request

Staying in an apartment located on the 4th floor without elevator was a little hard for stay almost three weeks, specially carrying a suitcase. Internet was really bad, most of the time I didn’t have it, I reported several times but the system didn’t improved. The same situation with the TV, Netflix didn’t work. I couldn’t open windows to avoid flies coming in since there are so many pigeons around, specially in the little balcony where they leave their poo that attracts flies.

The location and the calm

Location was great. Great communication from hosts. Bed was comfy and the apartment is spacious. The only disappointment was the building didn’t have an elevator.

An elevator! We were exhausted and the hike up the stairs was difficult.

Fatima was really helpful with a payment problem. She coordinated with the travel agent to have everything got through.

There was a problem with the booking, it was to be paid with the credit card used but I was asked to pay on arrival. The travel agent had to deal with the property to mend it. Finally it could be mended.

The most comfortable bed I found in Morocco! The whole suite is amazing, nice view, with a small balcony, and a washing machine which is very much appreciated when you travel for long. The stuff is very friendly and if you are travelling by car, you can use their underground parking for free. Highly recommended!

It is a nice and central flat with most comfort details that are expected for a visit in Rabat.

I missed a hair drier

I really like overall arrangements and very happy. Will be coming back soon whenever I can for a stay. Highly recommended.

Great location, a few minutes walk from Rabat Ville train station. Very well kitted out with nice furniture and fittings and a good selection of cooking equipment.

There was building noise outside 24 hours but after a while I got used to it.
