Perfect vacations place!

We stayed at this property with it being our first time on the island. The owner was extremely helpful in answering all questions and the property was just as described. We will definitely be back next year

The outside of the property is not well kept but the inside is fine. The beds are very, very soft so not good for us.

Loved this place! Close to beach, easy access to everything on the island, the free trolley has a stop across the street, and unbeatable beaches. Nice condo with good amenities and well kept!

My wife and I were first timers to the island and we loved it! The condo is in a great location if beach time is your number one priority. I would probably give it a 4.5 if possible only because the beds and the couch could have been more comfortable. We didn’t mind and have nothing to compare it to on the island but it seems to be a good price for the location right off the beach. The busy road was not a big deal at all!

Vacation was amazing, love the area and ease of access to the beach! Definitely recommend.

Down the stairs to the left was the bay - perfect for a peaceful sunrise, turn right at bottom of stairs and walk 50 yards, the beach - white sand and beautiful sunsets! The condo:….Take note.. the second bedroom is super small. Beach towels aren’t provided but they did offer chairs, a cooler, umbrella, beach toys, etc. We would stay there again!!

Great location, nice clean condo, good closet space, good water pressure and shower head, up to date appliances, convenient entry code, convenient parking. However, the beds, especially the double bed, are too soft, no beach towels are provided and the beach chairs could be a little nicer. Overall good experience nonetheless.

Everything you need! Located across the street from the beach with beach view from balcony. Centrally located on Island. Quiet and comfortable.

We were blown away at how amazing this place was! Larry was extremely welcoming and the place was absolutely perfect. We cooked in the first night and the kitchen had everything we needed. The place was extremely clean, the decor was beautiful and the host thought of everything!! There was even beach chairs and a small cooler. I think we found the perfect place to stay next time we come to Anna Maria! This place was the best! Thank you Larry!!

Loved the island and the location of the condo

We loved the location! The Condo in Paradise was very clean, updated and cute inside. Larry the owner responded quickly and we had no issues at all during our stay. Was a great location to walk to all restaurants and get your steps in! Beach is beautiful. It was perfect size for my husband and I. However, a family or more than a couple, might be a little tight on space. We loved our stay, the ONLY negative feedback, the sleeper sofa getting a little tired with cushions sinking into couch and for those who prefer a firm mattress, the queen is a little soft but no doubt it's a personal preference. We would absolutely stay again!

The property was clean and well kept. Had the weather been warmer there was everything we would have needed to enjoy the beach.. the location was great. Larry was super responsive and so easy to work with. We enjoyed our stay and it was everything we needed. It was also reasonable!

Beautiful beach decor in this 2nd floor property. Very quiet inside, no sound from your neighbors. Just across the road from beach entrance. Would stay here again and again!

We had a great few days in Bradenton Beach. The property was nice, clean, and had everything we needed.

Larry is great to work with and communicates clearly. The condo is exactly as shown on VRBO and the accommodations are comfortable and clean.

Wonderful, cozy, comfortable, quiet, very private, all amenities provided in the kitchen including ice machine and most importantly great location to be able to walk to see the sunrise and the sunset.

We enjoyed our stay, easy access to the beach and trolley. The host provided helpful information in the condo to familiarize us with the area/sites, and was responsive. The condo had quality renovations which added to our pleasant experience.

The stay was of course not long enough. I absolutely cannot wait to come back. This spot will now be one of our go to’s. Such a wonderful location and a beautiful home! I highly recommend!

My little family of three decided on a very last minute vacation and I was very lucky to come across Larry’s listing. It was perfect for us. Very cute and accommodated us well! I LOVED Anna Maria and we will definitely be back and I hope we can book his location for our future visits. The rental is steps away from the beach and convienent to so many yummy places to eat. I can’t say enough great things about our trip to Anna Maria but having a nice place to come back to at night and stay while there made it even more enjoyable.

The property was very clean, updated, and in a great location!

Our stay was perfect. The beach was right across the street. Wonderful places to eat all over the island. The only problem we had is the owner messaged me about some towels being ruined and charged me $65 for them. We left everything as was instructed. Looks like the towels were washed accidentally with bleach but it was not us. Must've been their cleaning crews mistake. Take pictures before you leave so you have proof of how things were when you checked out.

My husband and I enjoyed a relaxing stay. We loved how clean and cozy the condo was and the close location to the beach. Highly recommend!

Location to the beach was great, however it is on a busy road. Listing indicates cable TV, however they only had streaming applications available to use and had to provide your own login information, particularly on the living room TV.

Amazing location for a weekend on Ana María! The beach was right across the street; because the area is more residential we practically had the beach to ourselves - not crowded like the locations north and south of the area. Condo was clean - we followed the recommendations for where to eat and loved the Ugly Grouper and AMOB. Publix is 5 min away. Sunsets can’t be beat - what a lovely condo in paradise!
