Blue Sol was just perfect for our family- and the management company was incredible at every turn. The home is lovely, clean, well appointed. The beds are so comfy, the pool was heated to perfection. From the Sonos sound system throughout the house and back yard to the quality furnishings and perfect location- we couldn’t have asked for more. The 6 bikes were also a fun and useful bonus. Our whole family truly enjoyed every part of the week.

This was our second stay in this beautiful home. ❤️ the location & private pool! Convenient to the beach, shopping and many great restaurants. Our family is rapidly expanding with grandchildren and this home is perfect for family vacations and making great memories as these babies grow. We plan to make this our annual family vacation home away from home. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful home!

This house is a nice large house as depicted in pictures with a nice pool area. Beech access is only a short walk. While having a lot of potential, I only give this property 3 stars due to maintenance issues. The dishwasher did not drain Management was informed. They sent out a repairman who was unable to resolve the problem He said he had been there 2 weeks earlier for the same issue. One of the upstairs showers did not drain properly as well so you did not want to use it. The master bedroom toilet had some sort of condensation drip from the duct work which had been there for some time by the ceiling stain. The pool deck and the driveway were covered with leaves and pine needles our entire stay and appeared to have been there for a couple of weeks . You just really felt this house was not getting proper maintenance compared to other places we have stayed in the past.

Our family of 9 loved Blue Sol. Great Location to seaside and the beach. Very clean home. We called maintenance twice (grill & Smoke Detector). They came and repaired immediately. Some things to know - Beach Access has no parking for Golf Cart. Pool was not cleaned twice per week. Bikes could use air in tires, outdoor fridge does not work. Overall a great house and great service. Would stay here again for sure!

It was perfect for our girls beach getaway! We had 8 of us and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other at all! I highly recommend!

We enjoyed a wonderful Spring Break at Blue Sol. Plenty of room and we loved that there's a downstairs bedroom/bathroom. Beautiful furnishings/decorations. Beautiful, tranquil back yard and amazing location.
The only negative as far as the house is concerned is the Wifi connection. We intended to work while there, but the Wifi connection was too weak.
Suggestions: new can opener is needed and more storage containers in multiple sizes for leftovers would be helpful.
Other comments concerning the property management company:
-There was hardly any propane left and we were told more would be delivered and that never happened.
-There were pieces of broken glass, bottle caps and cigarette butts around the outdoor kitchen area.
-There was something dripping down the wall in the downstairs bathroom and we were told someone would be back to clean the wall, but that never happened.
-The shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom had several rings off of the curtain, causing the curtain to sag on both sides. We were told someone would be back to fix it and that never happened.
*None of these things are issues that would prevent us from booking a property with this management company.

Great house for 3 adult couples and 3 senior boys. Bunk room is perfect set-up. Property was really pretty. We did have a couple of issues but maintenance was there immediately. Boys could easily walk or ride bikes to restaurants and hang out with friends. Pretty short walk to the beach especially with beach carts (good luck getting them back up the steps to the beach though). Great backyard area with pool, large dining table, and small fireplace. Loved it!

We loved Blue Sol!!!It has 4 bedrooms that work for families.Even the bunk room has two bottom queen beds.The pool area was perfect when parents were back at the house with napping children.Seaside does have about 40 stairs down to the beach.Backpack chairs and coolers work great.

We love coming to Seaside every fall and I usually like to rent different homes. However, after staying here we all agree this will be our forever vacation home. So much luxury and the pool, fire pit and outdoor kitchen are a plus. It rained nearly every day all day so having to stay indoors was not so bad!

Our week at Blue Sol was very relaxing. The property was spotless and the bedrooms were all well equipped. Our grandsons enjoyed the heated pool each day. The walk to the beach is short and we took advantage of the umbrella and chairs provided. Close proximity to Publix and ordering for lunch.
Lots to do and many inviting places to gather in this house. Will definitely consider a return trip.

House was not as clean as it should have been. There were toe nail clippings left on the rug in front of TV, found an earring back in entrance hall and hair left in the bathtub downstairs. Gave me an uncomfortable feeling during our stay. I don't think the rugs were vacuumed.

We had a wonderful stay at Blue Sol and would definitely come back. The house is beautiful and well furnished. The pool and backyard were absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The two main downsides were that the road in front can be fairly busy and loud at times and that there is currently construction taking place next door. The road wasn't a huge problem, but did wake our son from his nap on two occasions. The next door construction is obviously only a temporary situation. Overall I would definitely recommend a stay!

Pool Heater was requested to be turned on and paid for. The pool heater leaked gas with a terrible smell for several days. Property mgr's were contacted but the issue was not fixed. Maintenance came out to fix it and turned the temperature up to 92 degrees and kids could not swim for 2 days until it cooled back down. We reached out to the property for a refund on the pool heater, but have not heard anything back. If it was not for this unfortunate event, it would be have been absolutely perfect.

The property was perfect for our group of families. All of the bedrooms have bathrooms connected and the beds were very comfortable. The upstairs bunk bed room was perfect for the kids! Each room also had some type of outdoor porch near it. We had some issues with the fridge and air conditioner but Royal Destinations was quick to fix and provided excellent customer service. I would highly recommend this vacation rental for a large group. The walking distance to beach and town is ideal!

Wonderful family beach vacation
Our family of 6 enjoyed our holiday at your beautiful home. The kids had fun riding the bikes.
We really liked that we were close enough to town that we could walk or ride a bike into town.
The only negative is the dogs barking next door.
This is our second year staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for opening your home so others can enjoy this beautiful beach town.

Everything was in pristine condition and very clean.
