Excellent location, super nice apartment 😀

Right in the Old Town, lovely outlook over the square from the balcony. Small but thoughtfully designed studio. Efficient air con.

Washing machine broken, owner knew this but did not inform us or warn that it could be dangerous. Coffee machine not working and no instructions provided. Electric extension sockets did not seem up to safety standards.

Exactly as per pictures. Clean and comfortable. The owner was very clear with instructions and helpful with suggestions. A small suggestion would be to warn people about the stairs to the bedroom. It was no problem for me but could be for someone with mobility issues or older.

the property was right in the centre within walking distance off everything. staff were helpful and friendly.

This property was obviously an original building so a small legit is used to get to rooms. lots off different levels which would be difficult for walking disabled. it was a bit old fashioned , broken bits needing fixed but clean.

The bedroom ceiling was too low i can not stand up straight . The beds were a bit hard

Great location in the centre of lovely Denia.

The very small Genova flat has the most unusual blueprint with the bathroom divided into two separate corners (shower on one side covered by a curtain, toilet and sink on the other behind a sliding door), cut into half by a passage corridor. The double bed was really small, not sure about the size but it wasn’t bigger than 200x140 cm, which, for both of us over 6’, was a tad too little. The place has virtually no soundproofing, you can hear everything happening in the hallway. The air from the air conditioning is mixed with the smells of the kitchen and the employees smoking in the downstairs restaurant. The “kitchen” is just a cabinet - there were only two miniature glasses and one was cracked all the way through so we could only use one. Overall, an okay place to stay for a couple of nights for two people (definitely wouldn’t recommend it for three), but I find the 9-star rating way too much and the nearly €100 a night a rather unfair price for the experience. Also mind that the place has no balcony, which was on the list of facilities in my application confirmation, but turned out to be wrong, probably Booking’s fault, but contributed to our not so convenient stay.
