We were a party of 6 mature ladies. The apartment was so well equipped we wanted for nothing. Mrs Janet was always on hand for all our needs and responded quickly to any queries. I can't think of any negatives. The location is perfect with stunning views of the beach plenty of restaurants and bars. With no surrounding noise. We loved it and would go again. Thank you.

My wife, two daughters and me stayed here for 7 nights in February 2024 and loved every minute. Janet who meet us at the apartment on arrival was very friendly and explained everything well. Communication with Janet before we got there was brilliant and as we were arriving late she got us essentials bread, milk, butter etc as shops would be shut. The apartment was very clean, spacious, very comfy beds and very close to the bars and restaurants and the view from the balcony was amazing. We will definitely stay again😊

Booked this apartment for my wife and i, our kids and my wifes parents.
It was ideal, as my wifes parents had their own room with ensuite, for their privacy.
The apartment is a 2 min walk from the beach and the main carihuela promenade, very central location.

Great holiday in lovely location overlooking the beach
We stayed here in June as family of 6 adults. This is a fantastic apartment in a great location. Everything you could possibly need is provided. Excellent communication. Really smooth check in and check out. We would return in a heartbeat.

Appartement propre, situé à quelques pas de la mer, agréable.
Bonne literie.
Très bon accueil par Janet, très sympa.
Les points négatifs :
- la piscine n est pas agréable et aucun transat pour se poser
- La cafetière qui est très longue pour couler le café
- la douche a du mal à s’écouler
- le balcon manque de soleil
- le taxi de départ pour l’aéroport qui n’est jamais venu, donc heureusement qu’il existe l’application Uber.

A great apartment with amazing views of the beach. Very clean & well equipped. Plenty of space in the apartment & on the balcony. Janet met us to show us around the apartment & she was really friendly & helpful.
We had a great time & I would strongly recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at the apartment … usually you sacrifice a bit with a mediocre apartment when you’re in a great location, but the apartment was excellent. Everything was well maintained and clean and our host picked up survival groceries as we were scheduled to arrive very late. I can’t say enough good things.

Super saubere Wohnung. Tolle Lage. Direkt am Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein kleiner Nachteil, daß der Pool nur über 49 Stufen erreichbar ist. Sehr netter Kontakt.

Everything was great at this property. Location, view etc. Weather was great too. Many restaurants to choose from. Fantastic beach. Miles of easy walking along the beach walk. We will be back.

The apartment is excellent. We are thinking to go back next year. we were a family with 2 kids. The apartment is very comfortable, clean, great location. Right across the beach. The terrace is a huge plus. we spent many hours sitting there. It is really a very good apartment, especially when we travel with kids. We really enjoyed being there and just relaxing in the terrace.

Ett suveränt boende på första parkett.
En helmysig lägenhet som gott och väl rymde oss 7 vuxna personer.Rent och fräscht.Välutrustad med mycket av det mesta.Det enda negativa var att sängarna var i hårdaste laget.I övrigt kanonläge,lugnt och tyst på nätterna.Ingen trafik.Gångavstånd till allt.Vi återkommer gärna.

First Class Accomodation Excellent Location
A lovely property and we had a great holiday.Janet, the manager, met us on arrival and made sure that we felt fully at home immediately.
The property was well equipped and clean with accomodation and location as described in the particulars.
Dozens of cafes and restaurants plus a small supermarket all very close by.
I have no hesitation in recommending this property to others wishing to stay on the Costa del Sol

Very nice and clean apartment
The apartment is large and very clean. The hosts team Maria Clara, Miguel and Janet are kind, polite and attentive and respond to any message almost instantly. The apartment has a very nice and large terrace with a sea view and it is possible to hear sea waves from the living room and the majority of bed rooms. Thus, we highly recommend the apartment! Unless you have a small car, we would suggest to keep the car outside the building as the entry into the parking in the building is rather tight.

If you are thinking of renting in this area do not hesitate to go for this one. It’s location could not be better, it’s absolutely huge perfect for 8 people. Janet the housekeeper always on hand if needed. Just go for it. We loved it.

Hemos estado 8 días en este apartamento y han sido maravillosos, tanto por el entorno como por el apartamento en sí. No le faltaba ni un sólo detalle, perfectamente preparado para pequeños y mayores, con todos los electrodomésticos y comodidades.
La seriedad transmitida por los propietarios en todas las gestiones del alquiler, desde las preguntas iniciales al hacer la reserva hasta la entrega de llaves ha sido inmejorable.
Un 10 y con ganas de volver!

GREAT CHOISE FOR COSTA DEL SOL
Our family of 3 adults and 2 kids had a great time in the apartment. it is indeed spacious, very clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace is amazing and we used it daily for eating and just enjoying the time. All the necessities are there. We have used the swimming pool in the community block. The area has a key access so very safe and for residence only. The beach is 2 minute slow walking as well as the walking promenade with lots of restaurants.
WiFi worked with no complaints. Plenty of kitchenware and glasses. The water pressure in the apartment is amazing.
Overall a very comfy stay just like home.

Excellent location. Very clean everything you require for relaxing holiday
The owners and Janet who looks after the property make the holiday stress free. The apartment is in excellent location to explore the area. Lovely to be able to sit on the balcony watch the world go by and look out to sea. Everything you need in the kitchen if you chose to cook in the property. There is absolutely nothing negative I can say about this apartment. We have stayed in many in this area especially in the Rock and this is one of the best. A special thankyou to the owners and Janet for making a family holiday a fantastic experience

Amazing Apartment
Myself and 5 friends just had a wonderful holiday staying here, the apartment is beautiful and the recent improvements that have been made to the bathrooms and kitchen are great.The views from the balcony are lovely too.Would highly recommend it and hopefully we will be back soon .Thank you

Lovely Apartment
Had a great holiday here. Fantastic position, sea view and in a quiet residential area, key entry and very secure, just 2 minutes from the promenade and within walking distance of supermarket, hundreds of restaurants, bars etc. Spacious apartment with excellent facilities washing machine, dishwasher.large sea view balcony. Owner very responsive. Would definitely go again and recommend, indeed one of our party has already booked to go with friends next year. A wonderful find.

Excellent location and family apartment
This apartment was perfect for our family of 8. It had plenty of space for everyone and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The location is ideal...just steps from the beach and boardwalk, which has a huge variety of restaurants, shops, bars, etc. We loved the large balcony with it's great view. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Torremolinos!
