Very clean and new appartment. Clean and quiet air conditioner, very nice city\mountain view(room at 20th floor). Room has free water, nesspresso coffe maschine and tea, tootbrushes, shower gel\shampoo, etc. Easy to check in with friendly owner which alowed us to late check out at 16:00 instead of 12:00. Also at check out we just left keys in room, so check out was easy and fast

The communication with our host Mr. Simeon was excellent, and he helped us out whenever we needed help. The apartment was very clean and very well maintained, modern and all amenities were available. He provided us with cleaning and housekeeping services every day. The area in which the hotel is located with convenient, and the view is beautiful. Thank you! Will definitely stay here again!

The place is unique and elegant, the view is wonderful, and the apartment in general is new and clean
It is not possible to use all the facilities, such as the gym and the swimming pool, as well as I needed to clean the clothes, in laundry but the service was not available, as I wish faster
and I will get my clothes after 5 days, which is something unexpected, and the normal is only 24 hours , I talk to Simon the owner and he promised to solve that in future

The kitchen doesn't have a stove. I did'not needed it, but someone may.
Minor misperfections : cracks on the wall, too soft pillows and construction in nearby apartments (get ready to wake up at 9 am).

The apartments are beautiful, comfortable, excellent location, have everything you need, and best of all, Mr. Simeon and his wife are polite and helpful to the best of everything, and the Georgian people in general are friendly, helpful and service-loving.

The room was great, the view was awesome, Simone the owner communicated over Whatsapp and everything worked just fine. 24 hour supermarket across the road, get a taxi app and you can move around really well, a little out of the business of the main tourist area and that suited me just fine.
A swimming pool would have been nice, apparently that’s coming.
