The breakfast buffet spread was one of the best i have had in hotels. Thankful that we were allowed to check in slightly earlier after our long journey to hakodate. The rooms were spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the baths on the top floor v much. Will definitely stay here again should we be back.

Due to big wind and snow in Hakodate, we did not get a chance to visit Mt. Hakodate, but spent most of time in hotel today. Fortunately we booked a Premier Delux Twin room on 12F, with good view and space, plus the nice facility to ensure we had a good stay in the city. 1. The hot spring is super nice. Starting from 14F, then extend to the roof on the 15F. With a good view on Mt. Hakodate and the harbor. 2. Breakfast is wonderful too. 3. Staff are friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend for you to stay here when visit Hakodate!

Around 500m from JR Station. It is definitely ok in good weather. A little challenging in big snow or you have big luggage. You can actually easily spend JPY 600 to hire a taxi to bring you to the Station, so not a big deal.

部屋がすごく綺麗でよかった。朝食も美味しかった。

良くない点は一つもないです。

走路到函館JR站和金森倉庫都不遠。 窗外景色超讚。 有大眾浴場泡湯，露天的可以看著飄雪氣氛很好。 床和枕頭很好睡。 自助早餐豐盛且很好吃。

Amazing breakfast

朝食は、ボリュームも大満足、品そろえは問題なしで、おいしかったです。 部屋は、とても綺麗で眺めも良かったです。ネスプレッソもあり、おいしくコーヒーが飲めました。 大浴場も、きれいで広く眺望もよかったです。

The wait for the lifts was very long everyday. Do not like the pillow system. So limited that even a normal pilllow was not available

Location was good, short walk from train station. Spa facilities were great, several types of pool & sauna.

Modern and nice. Onsen and it’s facilities within is very good.

The staff don’t speak nor understand English. Morning Market is one of the must go place in Hakodate and the front desk staff didn’t even know.

Location is great! The room is cozy, and the view from the room looking out is so beautiful. The smell of the hotel is really relaxing.

So many different choices of breakfast is great; however, we arrived at breakfast floor around 10:10, but it seems that so many food have been taken, and the food were not refilled, even the drinks were almost empty.

Clean comfortable, good aircon, good views.
